I took my food to go but had I eaten here, I would have been fine. The space was light, large, clean, and inviting. My food was made well and I got a good return on my financial investment. I went with the ever-popular Harvest Bowl and I was glad I did. I received a huge, well made (and mixed!) bowl of shredded (and massaged -- so it's not tough to chew, eat or digest) kale, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted almonds, apples, goat cheese, and a very generous amount of tender roasted chicken (40g of protein!!) all tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. I paired my food with kombucha and leaned into my health kick.* With every bite my hunger lessened and I felt like I was empowering my body.
