Motorboat has a cute and cozy theme. Even though the inside suggest more of a seafood menu, there really isn't any seafood. The decor screams shrimp baskets, feels like more of a deli menu. I was craving a muffuletta, and this place had them. The sandwich is big enough to split between two people. We sat at the bar and the food came pretty fast. We also got the reuben which we preferred out of the two sandwiches. It was pretty dead when we went on a Thursday around 7. Bottom line, pretty casual menu and spot. Decent atmosphere, worth going for a visit especially with their unique menu. I think anyone could find something they would like.

We just moved to O4W and walked here for an early dinner. The guy behind the bar is an absolute gem and despite it being a bit busy, kept everything going. They have lots of sandwich options but also really great non bar food you aren't expecting like African peanut soup and spaghetti. We'll definitely be back. We had the loaded tots and my husband had the meatloaf special. The burgers coming out of the kitchen also looked really good. A great spot for some drinks and bite.

My husband and I have been to Motorboat three times in the last month. Can you tell we like lunchtime sandwiches? I first had the chicken salad sandwich with tots. It was delicious and probably the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever eaten! We sat at the bar and watched the ever-changing, binge-able TV show playing there. The second time we came, I had the Chicago beef sandwich. I didn't like this sandwich, and I think the chef made me the roast beef sandwich as it didn't have the au jus and looked the same as another person's sandwich at the end of the bar who had ordered the roast beef. My sandwich was too salty, and the cheese was not melted either. However, we persevered and came back a 3rd time for the meal I've most coveted since seeing their menu - the African Nut Stew. It's a play on the Ghanaian classic chicken and peanut butter stew. The stew was warm and enveloping, like a hug from a relative you haven't seen in years. The peanuts were crunchy, and the smell was delicious. It came with some breadsticks so you didn't miss broth at the bowl's bottom. On top of their sandwiches, Motorboat makes delicious cookies and serves reasonably priced beers. We will, of course, be back!

New favorite sandwich spot in town. Plenty of sandwich styles to choose from. I tried the fish sandwich and the portion sizes was huge. Will definitely come back. Nice neighborhood vibe and ample parking up front.

Hi guys! This place is so cute. Saw it a couple weeks ago and was finally able to pop in and check it out. I believe it is fairly new so they had an updated menu, I ordered a tuna melt and sloppy Joe. Both Sandwiches were so delicious, prices were also great for what you receive. I definitely will be back to try their other dishes. Service was great for the short time I stayed in the establishment. They have some games to play and their bat area is nicely decorated. 5/5 stars :) I recommend this place.

So pleased to try this place! I just really wanted a good sandwich to go so I ducked in! The place has a really great vibe, the staff was awesome. Had a pastrami on rye. Great sandwich! Good pastrami, good bread, good mustard. Came with chips on a little pile of pickles. Even the pickles were great. Definitely going to be making stops here in the future to try other items

This was not a minor inconvenience; I genuinely mistook it for a piece of lettuce, raising serious questions about the origin and potential prevalence of foreign objects in your food preparation process. The immediate concern for my health, given that plastic is indigestible and potentially harmful, was profound. Following this alarming discovery, I promptly approached the manager on duty, Courtney, to report the issue. I presented him with the piece of plastic found in my meal. To my disappointment, his response was both dismissive and inadequate. He offered an apology before quickly discarding the plastic because customers were there. When I pressed for a more meaningful resolution, inquiring if that was the extent of the action, he then offered a refund for the salad. While I appreciate the offer of a refund, it felt entirely insufficient given the gravity of the situation and the clear neglect shown towards a serious food safety concern. Update: As of June 4th. I still have not received my refund. Spoke to someone in the management team over the metro Atlanta Salata's name Janetra Ellis. She definitely gave me the run around with generic explanations and lack of problem solving this matter. She has not returned my emails after our first conversation for my refund. Not going back to Salata!!! Very disappointing.

And I know that Atlanta has many local businesses to patronize (I've reviewed a whole bunch of 'em). BUT. I was tired & hungry and in search of healthy, filling, reliable, GF food and I was unwilling to go 'round and 'round looking for it. So, Sweetgreen it was. I regret nothing. I am grateful that I didn't befall some of the annoyances other Yelpers write of. Everyone with whom I interacted was kind -- nice, even -- and professional. I took my food to go but had I eaten here, I would have been fine. The space was light, large, clean, and inviting. My food was made well and I got a good return on my financial investment. I went with the ever-popular Harvest Bowl and I was glad I did. I received a huge, well made (and mixed!) bowl of shredded (and massaged -- so it's not tough to chew, eat or digest) kale, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted almonds, apples, goat cheese, and a very generous amount of tender roasted chicken (40g of protein!!) all tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. I paired my food with kombucha and leaned into my health kick.* With every bite my hunger lessened and I felt like I was empowering my body. Eating healthy(ish) is always a good choice and Sweetgreen is a reliable source of just that. Again, I am sorry to read that others have had a tough time at this location of late. On the mid-spring day I got food from here, it definitely hit the spot. *Earning the junk food pig out that was to come.

The service should definitely be improved, the two people working on the orders were super slow and not kind at all. The restaurant was empty and only Two people ordered in person while I was there, which doesn't explain why the online orders were so slow. The ambiance was ok.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied for it being a vegan place. I would definitely need to try one of their other dishes to see if it's more to my liking. A true Atlanta gem! They got it all right…read more Where do I begin ? First, they have a free parking lot, so that's always a win in a city where that barely exists. Please be aware that's it's limited but enough. We came on a Sunday around 7pm. There were a few people there so we instantly got seated and had our choice of where. They do have TVs and the March Madness game was on with a captive audience. We ordered the half chicken with cilantro cream sauce, sweet lime bbq sauce, black beans, birria quesadilla and yuca fries. It was all AMAZING. And our food came out quickly after we ordered, as if they read our mind and knew we were on the way. The chicken was so juicy with flavor and easily fell off the bone. It pairs well with all of the sauces. The yuca fries were a perfect combination of crunch on the outside and soft on the inside covered with chunks of garlic. The yuca fries and cilantro cream are a match made in heaven. The birria quesadilla had juicy beef on the inside but a firm quesadilla to hold it all together, and the consumé dipping sauce was a complimentary addition. The quesadilla was good without it and great with it. The black beans were pretty standard but cooked well with a nice flavor. It was all stellar. I found no fault with anything we ate.
