We did a girls night and came here as our back up plan. There was a power outage in another town where we wanted to try tapas at and came here. I am so glad we came to eat here because the food and drinks ware very very good! We did the pitcher of margarita and wasn't disappointed. We would have been crawling out of the restaurant if we didn't get any food because we came in hungry. My favorite dish was the Montadito de pera. It reminded me of when I worked as a catering server and missed eating a dish like this one. The customer service was great and the restaurant felt like I was at some sort of speakeasy. I would definitely like to take more friends and family here in the future. Oh! What was also really nice was that at this location you can take your drink outside into the walkway front.
What a great experience! When we arrived, the host warmly greeted us. We didn't have a reservation but she made us feel welcome as they shifted some things around to accommodate our group. Once seated, our server was amazing! We let her know our likes and preferences, and she offered great suggestions. One of the highlights was the cheese and meat board. We got a few different options based on the server's recommendations and they were all delicious. We also loved the dates stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. These were an unexpected (and amazing) surprise. Another favorite was the montadito de pera - so good! We liked everything we tried: shrimp, lamb, calabacitas. The ambiance was very pleasing: nice lighting, intimate but not so dark that you can't see your food (or read the menu). They have a separate room that looks like it can be rented out for private parties, but they were just using it as an extension of the dining room when we visited.
In Decatur from Texas for a work conference. Ibera Pig accommodated our party of 15 on a Wednesday night. Sat outside, nice ambience and the weather was lovely. They have happy hour from 5-6, discount charcuterie and red, white wine and sangria. We tried the charcuterie, peppers with goat cheese, bacon wrapped dates (yummy), gambas al ajillo, papayas bravas and pescado. Everything was tasty and definitely shareable as tapas should be! The group agreed the dates and patatas were our favorites. The vodka martini with blue cheese olive was delicious but there is an up-charge for the olives and premium liquor.
Iberian Pig delivers every single time. I've visited multiple times, both for date nights and outings with friends, and it's consistently a joy. The small plates offer tons of variety, from croquettes and empanadas to flatbreads and ribs. The ravioli is our favorite, even though you only get two per order. Because everything is tapas‑style, you end up ordering quite a few dishes, and it can get pricey if you come in hungry, but the quality and ambience make it worth it. The drinks are solid, and the moody vibe keeps me coming back.
Easily the favorite things I ate while in Atlanta! The BWD are so good and pair lovely with the ricotta toast. Such a good appetizer combo. We only did appetizers and drinks here because it is on the pricier side, but well worth it. Sitting at the bar, we got to chat with the bartender a bit too. He was friendly and even let us know of his own dry cleaning business which was great for my friend who is new to the city. For drinks, I can't recall the name of the pink drink. It's relatively new to their menu. It has passion fruit and is comparable to a Pornstar Martini x Pink Lemonade. The other is an Iberian Old Fashioned - a stronger smokey drink, but can definitely taste the bacon on the back end. If you want a table you may have to wait, but we were able to walk straight up to the bar. Outside is Decatur Square which has lots to look at, while inside has plenty of pig decor to search for along the walls.
I had no idea what to expect when I arrived here. My partner and I along with another couple attended a cocktail making class prior to dinner. I honestly can't believe that I didn't take a picture of my food (Paella) because I would like to suggest that everyone give it a try because it was that delicious. I will be returning to attend the 'Martini-Madness' class and try even more dishes!
Great date night spot. Very diverse menu at an affordable price. I had the Mac & cheese, pork cheek tacos, empanadas, Lomo, and broccolini. Everything we had was great and the service was great as well.
Celebrated our mom's birthday on Sat 10/11/25. Party of 8 & seated upstairs. A cozy & dark space. We were greeted by our server who was very sweet, shared how the restaurant & menu works (tapas), got drinks & we jumped right in. What I remember: Mac & Cheese, Fried Eggplant, Ribs, Goat Cheese Balls/Salad, Pepperdews, Slidder, Calamari, Queso, Flatbread, Beef We ordered desserts as well, Churos is one & no idea what the other was. We brought a cake & candles as well. A small cutting fee may apply. Had a bottle of wine & several glasses as well. Husband ordered a Vodka Tonic & the literal pour was very under, even for a regular single. Husband & son ordered a Whistle Pig bourbon neat. Again VERY under poured- got a pic of this. Let's say we won't order these drinks again. Wine is all Spanish, which is the restaurant. Everything was absolutely amazing (except those $$ cocktails). FLAVORS!!! Presentations were beautiful too! For our entire party we split the bill 2 ways, tip was included; $236.00 which means our tab was $526. I left a little hungry, to be honest. But the experience is great & the team doted on mom, which she loved!!! Located at the Decatur Square. Parking can be tight & I am not sure about paid parking situation, but be prepared to pay. Small lots around town- you pay for those!! And then walk to your destination. I didn't see handicapped parking spaces, but I wasn't looking on this day. If you need accommodations, maybe call your venue for suggestions on where to park to make life easy. Enjoy!
A perfect spot for a romantic anniversary dinner! Located on Decatur Square, The Iberian Pig is accessible from several paid parking lots nearby. We dined on a Saturday night, so reservations were a must. The restaurant was crowded, but the hostess wished us a happy anniversary and ushered us to our table without delay. We sat in the sunroom area in front; an intimate area with just a few tables, fully enclosed, right behind the sidewalk/patio seating. The interior is stately with mood lighting, wooden accents, and wrought iron tables. The owners were intentional about giving us ATLiens the immersive Spanish Cafe experience. We were gussied up for our anniversary but there was a wide range of attire represented. We enjoyed the following: Charcuteria *Tasting ($38) - Three meats; we selected Chef's Choice Tapas *Broccolini ($12) - allium crema, km39, crispy garlic *Ravioli de Pato ($15) - confit duck, black garlic truffle demi, foie gras crema, maitake mushroom *Gambas al Ajillo ($17) - Argentinian red shrimp, grilled sourdough, sherry garlic butter sauce *Iberico Mac and Cheese ($12) - garganelli, mahón cheese, gremolata, crispy jamón Wines *MÁS ASÍ Rosado -- Rioja, Spain . *TORRES "GRAN CORONAS" Cabernet Sauvignon , Tempranillo -- Penedès, Spain. Overall, the food and wine were excellent. Our server was very professional and provided recommendations for both. I would order all of the tapas again except for the mac and cheese; I wasn't a fan of the breadcrumbs and found it to be a bit greasy. Service was great. The staff are kind, professional, and really know their stuff. I'll be back!
Came to The Iberian Pig for National Paella Day & it did not disappoint. As someone with an avid cheese avoidance, the bacon-wrapped dates were perfection. A real one-bite wonder. I also had scallops, with apples & asparagus + the paella. A+! I really enjoyed the energy in the space as well - it was bustling and cozy at the same time. I can't recall my servers name :( but service overall was great!!
My absolute favorite menu item was the Montadito de pera - whipped ricotta, pear jam, truffle honey, crispy jamon on rustic bread. It came in a 4 piece tapa, but I could have eaten eight easily. My friend ordered the Ravioli de pato (duck) but didn't eat it. I took it off her hands so it would not go to waste but i wouldnt order it again. The empanadas de carne (braised short rib beef) were ok. I wouldn't order them again. The seabass was just ok. I would have preferred a different sauce. I expected a thick piece of fish, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle but I received something very thin. The Nights in granada cocktain was tasty. I like coconut rum. The bartender said the sweetest sparkling wine they had was the brut from Spain. It was okay, but not sweet. I would like to see them get a moscato. I can't really comment on the parking situation because we walked over from the hampton. It was an easy walk. It looks like they're gonna have music there tomorrow. I see a stage in front of the restaurant.
My best friend raved about this place and now I see why! I don't eat much pork but had to give this place a try and everything was amazing! I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in town.
The misses and I love tapas, so I told her to pick between Iberian Pig and Barcelona. She chose Iberian Pig, and honestly, the service and food are always on point. We had reservations for 9:00 and arrived around 8:45. They seated us a little early, even though the place was pretty busy. It was a bit loud and crowded, but we still really enjoyed ourselves. We started with the yuca tots. They weren't my favorite--maybe a little too starchy for me--but the misses loved them. Next up were the lamb skewers, which were succulent and full of flavor as always. Then came the octopus, one of my favorites--perfectly cooked and delicious. We also ordered the patatas bravas, which were crispy with a nice spicy sauce, along with the empanadas de carne and gambas al ajillo--all solid choices. There was a limited-time item, a duck leg, which ended up being one of our favorites of the night. The sauce was incredible, and the duck was juicy and packed with flavor. Can't forget the beef short rib, definitely one of the top 5 dish's. Overall, Iberian Pig remains one of our favorite spots for tapas in the Atlanta metro area. We'll definitely keep coming back.

What didn't go well? Our server was amazing, our water glasses were filled, our food was hot and plated fabulously, and everything tasted soooooooo good. We started with the happy hour chef's choice board. Really done well and the meat and cheese was spot on. The two of shared the broccolini, the pork cheek tacos, and the empanadas for our main meal. And, as if that wasn't enough, finished the experience with the pistachio cheesecake! It was a wonderful experience. Immediately what popped into my mind that usually I would say the blah was the best and I wouldn't order the blah again. I can't say that- everything we ordered was just super. (I am running out of adjectives to describe the meal). A true culinary gem. read more

The food here is pricey but delicious. Most tapas are priced around $15 and the plates are small. They recommend about 2-3 dishes per person. We went during happy hour (5-6 Monday through Friday). They had $24 charcuterie boards (2 meats and 2 cheeses; preset, you cannot choose which ones you want). My favorite thing on the charcuterie board was the chorizo and manchego cheese. They also have $6 red wine, white wine, or sangria. The red wine was good but the sangria was better! We also ordered patatas bravas, bacon wrapped dates (B.W.D.), mushroom flatbread, almonds, olives, calamari, and croquettes. Every single thing was outstanding and flavored to perfection. I had nothing but a great experience here. Ambiance is the vibe check. Location is great although parking in downtown Decatur can be tough. Service was on point. Good was excellent. So many choices it's hard to pick. Vegetarian and pescatarian options too not just meats. The cocktails could use some work a the pan con tomatoe wasn't incredible but literally everything else was. From the patatas bravas, the mushroom flatbread, the mac and cheese, the papadew peppers, the charcuterie.. all incredible. Love this Spanish place. read more
While in the ATL the Mrs had purchased tickets to a show at Eddies Attic. She also secured a reservation for dinner before the show and I am so glad she did. The food, the setting, and the service were top notch. We had the chefs charcuterie board which had tow meats (chorizo and hamon) and two cheeses paired with very flavorful pickled vegetables and a nice mustard and blueberry honey mixture. We had several dishes to share with our table which included the Mrs. and the other Mrs ( my mom). Octopus, mushroom flatbread, broccolini, wagu burger, and pork tenderloin. All were delicious and presented very nicely. A wine that our awesome server Jade suggested paired well with all the dishes. Highly recommend! read more

I love this place. I wish they would open one back in Pittsburgh! Third year in Atlanta for training and third year at the Iberian Pig. I've tried most of the menu so far and have yet to have a bad thing. This trip we did the potatoes, the short rib empanadas, the jamon on toast with ricotta, lobster, and ravioli and the best mac and cheese ever. All excellent. After years of hearing such wonderful things about this restaurant I finally found my way there. I visited on a Monday evening for dinner. I was greeted nicely and seated immediately which was great. The ambiance is very nice, classy, and demure. lol. I loved the look at feel of the restaurant. The waiter was very attentive and explained the menu to us in detail. I started with a gin cocktail and it was good but I could barely taste the gin. It was a pretty drink but the flavors didnt come together well. For my second cocktail I had the Iberian old fashioned. This was a much better selection if you like old fashions. For our food selections I started with the calamari, the green beans, and the mushroom flatbread. The calamari was just ok, it was disappointing. The breading was seasoned well but the batter was soft and the calamari was spongy. The description on the menu says "crispy" calamari but it was not crispy at all. It was the opposite. The mushroom flatbread was delicious but it was unfortunately overcooked and slightly burnt on the edges make a few slices too hard to chew. Idk if that's how it's usually served. I doubt it. The green beans were undercooked and very hard but the sauce and crispy onions on top saved this dish. My friend had the ribs and they were delicious. If I come back I would order these instead. We got the seafood paella, potatoes, pulpo and broccolini. Unfortunately after finishing all our food they did not bring the broccolini out and we were told they forgot. Other than that, the dishes that we were served tasted great! The pulpo was perfectly chewy and we enjoyed the sauce that came with it. The paella was flavorful and the rice was not overcooked. We also enjoyed the potatoes as they were perfectly fried and the sauce on top was good. The ambiance was pretty nice and we were quickly during a busy night. Service was good as well! read more

Great spot! I really like this area of Atlanta! I love the little square with all the restaurants and shops, perfect for visitors / tourists! I did their happy hour wine which was $5 and really good. Their $6 Mediterranean olives were tasty, and so was the duck confit ravioli. I also had their charred octopus which was really tasty. Staff was very friendly, very warm, welcoming ambiance. Nice outdoor seating on the courtyard too! read more

Mac and cheese were dry and not creamy Empanada needs a better sauce, but it was tasty by its own. Sangria was ok Hotels chocolate with baley was so good. Beef was regular, for the p4ice I expect something better however the name its called iberian pig, so the tenderloin pork was the best I ever had same for croquetas. Place was quiet and service amazing Paella was super spicy but so tasty at the same time read more

This was such a HUGE disappointment and one of the worst meals I've had in a long time and I love tapas! The first dish that came out was the croquettes. I all I could taste was the flour from the Béchamel. If flour can overpower ham, there's a serious problem in the kitchen. The next dish that came out was the empanadas de carne; they were absolutely delicious. I thought that this restaurant redeemed itself and I was excited for our next dishes. We received the king salmon next. The salmon was cooked perfectly and had the most beautiful, crispy skin. The veg set-up sounded great (succotash), but it tasted horrible! We couldn't even eat it. Disgusting! So by this point, I'd pretty much given up. The potatoes weren't crispy at all. Definitely nothing special. Again, for a Spanish tapas restaurant to not make perfect potatoes bravas, there's something fundamentally wrong going on in your kitchen. Everyone told me to order the grilled octopus. I absolutely love grilled octopus. Like the salmon. The octopus2-: cooked absolutely perfectly. The setup on the plate, tasted so bad! We took maybe 2 bites of it and stopped. Service wasn't much better. The hostess looked irked and ready to go (we did come in around 9), our server was in this seemingly autopilot "fake it until you make it mood." The only person that seemed genuinely pleasant and happy to be at work was the food runner who brought out our potatoes and octopus dish. I'd never go back here, even if I didn't have to pay. This was ta pretty disastrous dining experience . read more

New favorite spot! Most Everything was delicious and Lexi was an awesome server! I was so excited by the large GLUTEN FREE MENU!! Wow, naturally a lot of Spanish tapas are going to be gf. The octopus was tender and the adobe sauce with was so good but a little under seasoned. The salad needed a little more dressing on it but it enough to share. The shrimp dish was incredible-the sauce it came in could be a soup-just delicious and the shrimp were fresh! Dates were fine-what you would expect but the LOMO(pork), yall..GET THE LOMO! And I was so impressed that they had a GLUTEN FREE TRES LECHES! Ambiance was gorgeous-dark and moody but each table had its own light so you could still see. We will definitely be back! read more

Calamari cooked to perfection aioli sauce bomb Empanadas with chimichirri yummy Best paella outside of Spain amazing large portions enough for three add toasted baguette Potato Bravas crispy outside yummy sauce on top so good 5 dollar red sangria very good and strong too.
