Staying in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, looked up some options for dinner and eclipse di luna came up. I remembered going to the other location years ago and liking it. This evening was also quite good. The cocktails were very good with just the right amount of alcohol to the other flavors. The watermelon salad was so good and refreshing. The fried goat cheese was nicely breaded, not too thick, the cheese was nice and creamy and the little bit of honey was perfect. The patatas bravas were crispy on the outside, but soft in the center, cooked perfectly for me. The outdoor seating faces the parking lot and its early spring, but they've attempted to make it very nice using plants and such. My server Jessica C was attentive and helpful. I will definitely return if in the area again.

Recently visited with family for happy hour. We arrived right at open so we lucked up on bar seats as planned. I've dined at this location for many years and have established a relationship with the bar staff. This particular visit there was a new bartender in place but she was extremely accommodating and convinced me to try to North pole campfire which was one point! I love a good holiday theme cocktail and the holiday cocktail list caught my eye. I indulged in 3 out of the 4 options available which were: North pole Campfire Santas Velvet Sleigh Jingle Berry Gin My least fav was the Jingle Berry Gin it tasted like cough syrup and had a strong taste however I manage to force it down (Argh)! We also partakes in tapas. I elected the calamari, extra side of pico, two orders of Gambas (shrimp) extra spicy - I was super pleased to see they were added back to the happy hour menu. YAY!! There is always plenty of parking however the Miami circle location tends to get pack especially during the days the live band performs and during the holiday season because many businesses book their company gatherings there. Service time is typically quick and the food comes out fresh off the burner! Eclipse is a great place to drop in to after a long work day to let your hair down without the long wait times and hassle. I forgot to post older photos from previous visits so they will also be attached to this review along with the latest. I hope you find this review helpful!! Cheers & Happy Holidays!!

On a fast for lent so not eating meat/seafood. Stopped by Eclipse for brunch and was pleased at the variety of offerings they had! It was easy to get a same day reservation and our server was super attentive. We chose to sit on the closed in patio and the bright natural sunlight was everything we needed! I'd like to come back for one of their event nights. The paella verduras was SO delicious. Satisfied my hunger and I'll 100% order again!

This restaurant is a must go if you want a night out! You can spend hours here which is exactly what I did with my friends! We came here after dinner and got drinks at the bar. Their drinks are DELICIOUS! I got a passion fruit pisco sour and I think it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. It was SO creamy and so delicious. And their tapas are so good. We got the ceviche, picanha, and octopus. I don't remember the octopus standing out too much, like it was good but not stellar but the ceviche and picanha!!! Get them, that's all I have to say. If you decide to stay late, like around midnight, this place turns into a club! They get a DJ and start giving out free shots haha. But super fun place for a night out and good food! Also it's in a nice area, you can bring drinks out, they have a ping pong table, an area to sit, and corn hole. And they're right next to intermezzo!

I visited with two other people on a Sunday evening and was able to get quickly seated. I heard it can get pretty busy when there's live music. There was plenty of parking available. We got seated outside and I liked the decoration of the place. This restaurant is on the moderately pricey side. I love tapas style since you get to try a variety of dishes ! We got the macarrones con trufa, patatas bravas, brochetas de chorizo, some drinks, and the family size paella de verudras. Everything was good except the vegan paella (it just wasn't very flavorful but it was the majority of our meal). It's best to order paella first since it is made fresh and can take a while to make. If I were to go back, I would have just ordered the regular size of the paella instead of the family option. Our server was nice and helpful. The Latin Saturday nights seem cool and I would also be interested in trying some of the other foods available (and see how their other paella options stack up).

Eclipse di Luna in short had amazing service, ample free parking, and fun decor, but the food and drinks were a bit inconsistent for me. I went with some coworkers during happy hour and the pricing/range of options was amazing. For me, the drinks weren't the strongest so I would recommend getting the wine for the deal to ensure a nice buzz! For the food, it was all hot and fresh, but some flavors were just a miss for my group. I also had to wait a little over 20ish minutes for one of the small plates (steak), which our server was apologetic for. All in all, I would maybe come again to give it another try as I have heard great reviews, but not sure it is at the top of my list for happy hours in the city. Oh and I want to mention again, phenomenal service from the team!

Visited for a book club meeting. It was crowded and noisy, but not so loud we couldn't hear each other. The staff was excellent in explaining how tapas works and giving suggestions for the number and types of dishes to order. I got carried away and ordered three dishes: the plantains, the olives and almonds, and the bacon wrapped dates with chorizo. I loved the sweet soft fried plantains and the olives and almonds felt decadent without being extravagant. The dates with chorizo came on bamboo skewers and weee quite delicious. I also enjoyed the tropical mule, a nonalcoholic cocktail that tasted of pineapple and ginger. At the end of the meal I had the chocolate mousse cake and that was great: very soft and light with two different layers and a ganache topping. The bill was easy to split with the QR code at the table. Everyone seemed to be satisfied and happy with our dinner. As we exited, we passed the band and salsa dancing going on at the front. There were several birthday celebrations in the house while we were there, and the staff sang as they brought the birthday dessert to the table. This is definitely a fun place to eat with a group!

Loved the food , tired what we could as much as possible. Service was ok , but the food came out quick, which was good , except for De Verduras (Veg paella). It was a good place to hang out with friends, with Patio seating as well, have live music at certain times and lots of parking space .

On a Thursday I went twice lol. This place gives you some well rounded vibes! So during happy hour we visited and enjoyed tapas and some cocktails . Some stand outs were the calamari , and the white peach sangria ! Now to the night time festivities! We came back that night around 11:30pm for Latin night with the DJ and it was so much fun! Pure good time just dancing and vibing out! Their set up is perfect with inside and outside seating so you aren't stuck. The service was top notch and so friendly! Go ahead and try this place and if you want a night of dancing visit Thursday or Saturday

This place is a true gem. Their Happy Hour was super nice! $7 tapas you can't beat that. The plates were huge for tapas. Service was great. We stayed there for like 4 hours. I'll def will be returning.

No birthday dessert; you have to buy your own and they will just provide a candle and light it.

The vibes were so good. The prices were appropriate for the size and quality of food. Went on a Sunday evening with friends and it was not busy. There was a live performance and the decoration was fantastic! Memorable and would come back again.

Was in town and made a reservation for me and a coworker to grab some tapas and wine. We walked in to a cute , dim and cozy atmosphere with wonderful live music. We were promptly seated and our server helped us pick a nice red wine. There were so many options, but we picked the fried green beans, the Gamba Al al ajillo, patatas bravas, ceviche, and Paella with seafood. The patatas bravas were pretty good. The ceviche was fresh and tender. The green beans were a miss. The batter was very heavy and greasy. We couldn't eat them. The head on Hanna's were a tad overcooked but very flavorful with a strong smoked paprika flavor that I enjoyed. The star of the show was the paella. It took 35 min to cook which we were told in advance and it was worth the wait. It was flavorful, packed with seafood and piping hot. This was a great spot with nice vibes and I would come again when in the area.

We went to this restaurant on February 13th to celebrate a friend's birthday. The place was packed and I think they overbooked. It took more than an hour to get our food(tapas) and they said the kitchen was super busy that night. I wanted to order a large plate but ended up opting out because I was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours. The food was good, it just came really late and I ended up ordering less than what I wanted. There was a live band that played some good songs. I just thought the music was too loud for conversation.

Ask the Community - Eclipse di Luna - Buckhead

Is this a Salsa dancing place also?

    Yes

    How is parking?

Ample parking available on site and more free parking just a little further away walking a minute or two. It does get busy though so you may have to look around a little!

What time does band play on Fridays?

They start around 8pm to 8-8:15. Play maybe until 10pm

Are dogs allowed on the outside patio?

I do not think so. The only access to the patio is by entering the restaurant. Still worth the trip.

All the entertainment is right there in front of you. You're just steps away from the belt line. If you like to people watch, this is for you! They have outdoor seating. A fire pit. Local spots that has live music and you can tend to hear from the patio. This is by far one of my favorite spots in the Ponce area. Let's start with the service. The service is absolutely amazing. I've never had an issue here. Got my food promptly. Always been helpful when conflicted on food options. The service here is 10 out of 10. Phemonenal customer Service, make you feel welcome. Feels like a small community of people, everyone I encoutered were super sweet from servers to bartenders. Treated me like family and I love establishments like that you can get my money ANY day! I'd like to highlight someone special: Alyssa is truly exceptional. She served as my bartender on my latest visit, and I can't say enough good things about her. I look forward to coming in whenever she's working. She's genuine, fun, and her positive energy is a gem. Turning to the cuisine, I have visited the establishment before, and the food is truly exceptional. Two standout appetizers are the Gambas al Ajillo and the garlic-forward, succulent shrimp; the accompanying bread is full of flavor and serves as an excellent introduction to the meal. The Patatas Bravas also deserve special mention--the garlic aioli, chef kiss. As a pescatarian, which is evident in many of my reviews, I cannot comment on the meat options. Nevertheless, there is a noteworthy selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes available. I sampled the Spanish grilled cheese with truffle and garlic aioli--being a fan of garlic, the generous use here was particularly appealing. This reinterpretation of a childhood favorite significantly elevated the dish. Another highlight was the scallops. Although the dish included corn (which I generally avoid), I found it delicious, nonetheless. The scallops were cooked to perfection and infused with rich flavors. The chef demonstrates considerable expertise in crafting these recipes, and I have no complaints regarding my dining experience. Now, a few of my favorite drinks--though everyone might not share the same tastes. When I visit a Spanish-style restaurant, I have my go-to options. One of my favorites is the passionfruit margarita; it's so delicious, it feels like you're on an island. Of course, my all-time favorite is the strawberry margarita--so good and flavorful. It has just the right balance of not too much lime, with a subtle hint of mint--who knew we needed that? Another top pick is the 'Dragon on Vacation.' I usually avoid spicy drinks, so I had the habanero removed, but it's still the perfect blend of dragon fruit flavor in a margarita--so good. I also love a good Paloma; I appreciate its little kick. Overall, I have no complaints about these drinks!

It's always a good time when we meet up with my friends cause the conversation and fellowship is always so sweet, however this time I'd say it was somewhat interrupted. There was always someone yelling over another and we had to continuously ask someone to repeat themselves. They do half off bottles of wine on Wednesdays and that might've been the one thing I enjoyed. As for the food, it was also subpar. I ordered the CRISPY PIMENTON CHICKEN which was essentially a fried chicken with hot honey sauce and that was enjoyable. The caprese salad was good but my tomato's were a bit mushy. I also enjoyed a few of the potatoes brava as well but they weren't anything spectacular. My friends said the steak tasted burnt and needed less charring. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cute as there is indoor and outdoor seating but honestly, I'm not that eager to go back.

It was a little loud, but we could still hear each other comfortably. We started with the sangria flight -- fruity and delicious. Our first appetizer was the papas bravas, crispy with just the right amount of spice. We also had the beef empanadas with chimichurri sauce, which were excellent. Next were the steak skewers, seasoned to perfection (though I do wish they offered a choice of cooking temperature). The octopus was my favorite -- char-grilled, tender, and full of flavor. We also tried the mac and cheese. It came out a little loose at first, but after sitting for a bit, it had a nice bite, especially with the chorizo. We finished with the shrimp in garlic butter and crostinis -- flavorful, garlicky, and one of our favorites of the night. Overall, this is one of the best tapas spots we've had in or around Atlanta. Then a good while after we'd all ordered, she was told her entrée had gluten and needed to be changed. She reordered, and almost immediately, the rest of the table's food came out. So we were left choosing between eating without her or letting everything go cold. And the plantains she'd reordered around, because she'd been told they couldn't be made gluten-free? Turns out they absolutely can be. Just miss after miss there. The spicy margarita was more of a margarita that once passed a jalapeño on the street. When I got to the restaurant my food was not ready even though it had been about 20 minutes since I placed my order. No big deal, I sit at the bar and wait for my food. After about 8 minutes or so I look up from my phone and there are 2 employees, and someone dressed in street clothes having a conversation and see a food container sitting on the counter that was not there before. I waited for a break in the convo (no more than 30 seconds) and ask if that's my food on my counter. The employee looks up from his phone and says, "yeah it just came out". I respond, "no it did not because I have been looking at it since y'all were here laughing". He doubles down and says he just came from the back with it and now his tone has changed as he is processing the transaction. I don't believe I was being rude I just wanted my food. I have now eaten my food and am still thinking about this interaction. Why would he put my food down on the counter if he sees me there waiting?! I will be back because as previously mentioned, I love their chicken sandwich, and the lattes are pretty good as well. My receipt says my server was Jaden B. I am not sure if that is the young lady or young man working at the front, but this interaction was with a young man that may be a relatively new employee with a short afro.
