    Brisket quesadilla

I love this part I've been there many times but many years ago. I came back for a slow weekday brunch with a friend. The food is amazing. We had the brisket quesadilla and the special Reuben sandwich. Both the dishes were well cooked and flavored. They have a small parking lot so plan ahead if you're coming on a busy morning. Heads up, they do include 20% gratuity regardless of your party size and also can split the bill only and not by individual purchases. (Hence dropping a star)

Can't go wrong with breakfast at Rosa's. I came here on Sunday around 11am for breakfast cause it had been years since I visited and wanted some good breakfast. I waited a little over 20 min and then was seated at the bar. I ordered a hot chocolate that was okay (wish it was sweeter, more chocolatey lol). I ordered the Huevos and a side of Skillet potatoes and they were both yummy! I look forward to coming back.

Saturday noon at Ria's Bluebird means a bit of a wait, but a 15-minute pause for a table felt totally reasonable. The hostess was welcoming and led us to the heated, tented outdoor area--a cozy, no-fuss setup that felt just right for a laid-back brunch. Family-friendly, comfortable, and effortlessly cool. We grabbed a spot under the gorgeous mural (a worthy calling card--you know which one I'm talking about!), and I kicked things off with a freshly squeezed lemonade. Bright, tangy, and just the right touch of sweetness--so refreshing. The food? Equally satisfying. Their menu walks the line between classic and quirky, with solid breakfast staples alongside unexpected gems like Golden Milk and quesadillas. With plenty of healthy options and something for every craving, I already know I'll be back. The brisket breakfast is next on my list!

Everything was good. From the brief wait time to the story of the restaurant...and everything in between. Food: the early bird was everything and more. Crispy flavorful bacon, and moist chicken breast seasoned just right for a breakfast protein. The gravy was delicious and paired well with the flaky biscuit. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The sausage patty was huge and seasoned. The eggs were cooked well (we had fried and scrambled). Overall the food was AMAZING. Service: BLAKE (sp) was also an awesome addition to our brunch journey. He was witty and fast and gave great recommendations. He also was patient as we had several questions since it was our first time here. Atmosphere: I love a restaurant with a good story and this place has one. From the concrete tables to the colorful mural, it was great to hear about the founding owner and her resistant nature. We will definitely be back and if you're looking for a good breakfast/brunch check Ria's out. You will not be disappointed... unless you're just miserable ‍.

Early bird special with eggs, vegetarian sausage, fruit and a Buttermilk Biscuit.

I am so happy I decided to eat here during a conference in Atlanta. My hotel was a 20 minute drive but something told me it would be worth the trip. I also am thrilled I did this on a Monday because after falling for their food, I learned that they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday so it was my only chance to try it before I fly home. This is to say: don't hesitate or you will miss out! The early bird special (no substitutions) was vegetarian friendly and a great amount of tasty food. We got the eggs scrambled medium and they were perfect. The fruit was fresh, the biscuit was tasty with the jam on the table. I would have liked some grits but wanted to be a bit more balanced. Side of kale rounded all of it out. And a delicious lavender latte to top it all off. The neighborhood is a lot of fun to walk around if you like street art, and I felt like I tasted Atlanta's culture with this as a great first stop.

It has been years since I was here last and wanted a hearty breakfast. As expected there was a wait for breakfast. There are a few parking spots in front of the restaurant but tons of street parking available. We listed our name and waited maybe 20 mins to be called. We were seated in their heated outdoor area (thank goodness it was heated because it was cold and windy that morning). We were dropped off waters, then our server took our order. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and the huevos for my meal. It took a minute for my latte to arrive. It may have been sitting at the counter since it wasn't as hot when I got it. The huevos were decent - tons of beans so it was super filling. The best part was the salsa verde. I did get a bite of the pork sausage and that was super tasty. I thought we had a decent meal here, not the best breakfast food I've had. This is definitely an establishment in Atlanta and it's nice to see them around!

Came with some friends and sat in the patio. It seems everyone enjoyed their food. I had the American breakfast with the soysage and a coffee. I like that they have vegetarian and vegan options and the soysage tasted good. I liked the biscuit the most. Service was decent and prices were as well as portion size.

Cute little cafe! The food tasted good but was a little overcooked. The table next to us even returned theirs for less charred hashbrowns. They did have an automated tip added at the end- we would have tipped the 20% regardless so we did not mind but just a heads up in case anyone were to have a bad experience or something.

    Early Bird Special

This is a place that I would recommend and happily return for another visit. We got the Early Bird Special, an order of short stack pancakes, and the Brisket Melt. The melt and the pancakes were delicious. The eggs were pretty standard, but the gravy was good. The portion sizes were large, and the cost wasn't too high. All in all, a wonderful breakfast. Two comments that I would have are that we felt like the kale didn't really add anything to the dish. It wasn't super seasoned and it was just there as a side to the melt. Also, I felt like the service took a lot longer than expected. The waiter was nice and polite, but it took a while for us to order and to receive food. In terms of the atmosphere, I agree with the other reviewers. It is a tight squeeze in the restaurant with not too many indoor seating options. Parking in the lot is also pretty tight. But, the food was good!

Breakfast Staple Delivers! Ria's Bluebird certainly lives up to its reputation as a breakfast staple in Atlanta! Our server was very kind My girlfriend and I found the food to be pretty good, definitely hitting the spot for a satisfying breakfast. The atmosphere was also pretty cool, adding to the enjoyable experience. Overall, we definitely enjoyed the food and left feeling happy with our meal at Ria's Bluebird. If you're looking for a reliable and tasty breakfast in Atlanta, it's worth a visit!

Nice little local breakfast spot! Food is good/homemade but potatoes were overcooked (table next to us even asked for new serving) and the sausage had a kick to it. But the biscuits and gravy are really good! We didn't get to try the pancakes but may go back for those since they're so popular. Prices are good. We normally tip well anyway but note that they do automatically charge the 20% tip (no matter the size of your party or anything) to your receipt with option to add more.

From the moment I called in, his customer service was top tier. Professional, warm, and intentional. He made sure my order was right, sent a quick payment link so things moved efficiently, and had everything ready by the time I arrived. That's how you run a business. When I pulled up, he greeted me with a smile, brought my food out, and confidently told me I was going to enjoy it and he was absolutely right. I originally planned to grab my food and go, but his energy made me slow down, sit, pray, and actually enjoy the moment. I asked for a lime Jarritos, and he recommended pineapple instead to pair with the jerk seasoned wild caught salmon sandwich. That recommendation was on point and really elevated the whole experience. That sandwich hits. Every bite pops with flavor across your entire palate. The salmon was perfectly cooked, juicy but not soggy. The kale had the right crunch. The onions tied everything together. And that homemade garlic butter on the salmon took it to another level. It's a creative spin on a traditional cheesesteak. I'm sure the beef options are great too, but if you want seafood, this is the move. I've had a Philly cheesesteak in Philly before, and honestly, I don't need to go back. When I'm in Atlanta, I'm coming here. Sammy, thank you for the hospitality and the intentionality behind what you do. You didn't just serve food, you created an experience. Thank you for praying with me. I will definitely be back.

When I saw they now offer an oyster night on Wednesdays, I decided to give it a try. As a South Louisiana girlie, hearing zydeco music playing as I walked up instantly set the tone. It added a touch of home and fit perfectly with the Louisiana aesthetic they are going for. It was a welcoming start. I have visited before and was previously let down by their Boulevard location, so I walked in hopeful but realistic. The oysters were a dozen for fifteen dollars, which is a great price. Once they arrived, I understood the cost. The seasoning and flavor were truly good, but the oysters themselves were extremely small and a bit tough. The meat was tiny and often stuck to the adductor muscle, which took away from the experience. I also ordered a side of corn. Unfortunately, it was a zero out of ten for me. The cobs had no flavor and were served with only a bit of fake butter and crab boil pooling at the bottom of the plate. I did not finish them. On a brighter note, I tried the Zulu Punch from the happy hour menu. For five dollars, it was a solid drink and definitely worth the price. I will probably return because there are menu items I do enjoy. I just know that the next time I come here specifically for oysters, I will need to lower my expectations.

The restaurant was recently rebranded and I was curious to see what was new. I stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. Seating was open at the time and Noah, who was both the bartender and our server, greeted us with water right away. I have never been impressed by a casual restaurant's menu design before, but The Pub at EAV truly stands out. It is well thought out and visually appealing. I had been eyeing the tom yum wings for a while and ordered them as an appetizer. They were flavorful and served hot. The restaurant also provides complimentary house made pickles, and they were genuinely good. For my drink, I tried the Sneaky Link cocktail. Noah added muddled strawberries because it was a fresh batch and needed a little balance. I would honestly recommend keeping the strawberries as part of the drink because it turned out delicious. For entrées, we ordered the Heck Fire Burger and chose to have the bread served shareable style. They bake their bread in house and it is so good that they could easily offer a bread service option on its own. We also tried the lamb shank which was tender and very well prepared. The only disappointment of the entire evening was the bread pudding. It was recommended with a lot of enthusiasm which made me excited to try it. I ordered it to go and reheated it at home. Unfortunately, it tasted freezer burnt and slightly cross contaminated, almost as if it had absorbed the flavor of another item nearby. I am not a picky eater, but I could only take a couple of bites. Overall, The Pub at EAV is a great addition to the neighborhood. The service was excellent, the food was exciting and creative, and I will definitely return to try more dishes.
