Customers may see a polished environment, but behind that façade are employees who feel uncomfortable being themselves, who are reprimanded unfairly, and who are neither properly valued nor treated with respect and dignity. A business is only as strong as the way it treats its people, and unfortunately, this establishment falls short in that regard.
