Yummy! They could use a bit more seating because several tables are taken by remote office laptops. Tried the turkey and Cuban. Both good, generous portions. Love that they are doing their own smoked pork. Would like some tasty sides. Like the house iced tea.

Miami Sami is pretty authentic coming from someone that's had a Cuban in Miami and Havana. Outstanding with the house smoked pork.

Just a hop, skip, and a jump from my hood (Castleberry) and my office (Trees Atlanta) this is a chef inspired/owned great addition to the Westside. Had the green eggs and ham (sub house smoked pastrami) that was off the charts. A little pricey but worth it. Had the Miami Sami and beat anything I've gotten in Miami or Havana. Once again, house smoked meat ups their game. Trees Atlanta employees really dig this place, hopefully we can plant some shade trees in their vast patio area in the near future. Sammy's is a hidden gem...for now.

Had a fantastic first time at Sammy's. The Cuban sandwich is probably the best in Atlanta. The matcha was also really nice, and they make the flavors in house. The ambience is great too - you can hang out with friends or do some work there. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

This pastrami!? Wow. So delicious. The meat is fresh and the bread is soft and buttery. I wasn't a huge fan of the slaw that comes on it (needs more acidity) but overall this is a great sandwich.

Frankly, it's overpriced, especially with the sizes of the drinks and food they serve. Although the place has lots of parking with a clean bathroom and aesthetic space. Overall, service is mid and it just felt weird having a spot like this area. This is definitely one of those establishments that signify the massive gentrification in Adair Park.

Fun little sandwich spot! Fair amount of parking and indoor/outdoor seating. I loved the unique options on the coffee menu and will def be back to try more. Staff was great!

    Me and my sandwich! Yummy

I am a creature of habit. Once I like something, that's what I will order over and over again, because it's delicious. I always have the Reuben's, I know that's not what they call it but that's what it is more or less, and now I order it with double meat. I noticed the other day that the coleslaw had little slices of scallions in it, which makes it even more delicious. At my age, my taste buds don't work as well as they used to so a lot of the pleasure that I get is from texture, with a tad of taste. The bread in the sandwich is a delight to my mouth. It has this amazing crunch, a buttery crunch, kind of like a grilled cheese sandwich made with butter. I don't actually know how they make it but it's very yummy. Sammy's smokes their own meat and it's sliced so beautifully thinly. It's just wonderful and the feel of the coleslaw with the meat and the crunchiness of the bread. Everything comes together and there's a party going on in my mouth. We've been having some delightful spring days and Sammy has opened up the former garage doors, I suspect that's what they used to be, and there's this wonderful breeze coming through and it's kind of like a party atmosphere. Actually to tell you the truth it's often very much like a party atmosphere in there because everybody's smiling and happy because what they're eating is so yummy yummy yummy. So if your tummy needs some yummy get over to Sammy's. Oh and the drinks... I forgot to mention the drinks. I had an iced chai the other day and it was quite delicious. They make their own chai, which I think is a rarity in this country, they usually use some kind of powered gunk. I've been to India three times and I like my chai to be chai. Another wonderful drink, especially for this time of year is Sammy's lime aid. If you purchase it without any flavorings, pucker up, I hope you like sour, because there's no sugar added, without the flavorings, which are very delicious. The service is perfect, everyone is so helpful and kind and they always make me feel good. Sammy's is that kind of joint. And please don't miss the big bathroom in the back, it's just so sexy.

First time here! Everybody was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We ended up getting the veggie grilled cheese and split the peach coffee cake and a blueberry muffin. Everything was delicious, especially their ube cold foam cold brew

From several of the artists who brought you Michelin award winning cocktails at BocaLupo, you now have Sammy's - a southside Atlanta coffee/sandwich shop making all the right moves. Bright, welcoming environment with amazingly crafted coffees and teas and homemade smoked meat sandwiches. The Cuban is spectacular! The staff is brilliantly skilled and genuinely happy to see each customer walk through the door. They don't shout out the name on a cup when your order is ready. They know your name and deliver your coffee to your table. I loved watching customers enter who clearly had found Sammy's in its opening week and are now returning with a group of friends.

Maybe next time, and maybe a whole pie instead, as I'm not typically a fan of pizza that stays out on the counter for a bit. That's just me, I bet this is usual, so no points off to them for this. I decided to grab The Marino from their menu. I really enjoyed the meatballs. They were super flavorful, a lot better than most places. The bread they used seemed to have been more on the Ciabatta side. The texture of the bread was soft and not hard to bite into. The sauce was not doused on this, which was great for me, so I didn't get any in my beard. It said panini, but I didn't sense the bread was pressed at all. Maybe there is something different about this in Italy that I'm not aware of? The sandwich was great overall, I wish it was larger or had an option to be larger. At $9.99, I really can't complain. Coulda just gotten two. Maybe next time! :D The shop is really cool and carries a lot of Italian/EU imports. I was able to find a jar of Nutella that is imported, which if you know, imported Nutella taste different than US Nutella and comes in a glass jar instead of plastic and taste creamier. They also had lots of pastas, sauces and candies. Some Easter stuff leftover as well at the time of this post. EU easter candy is better than American easter candy. :D When you walk in, the line sort of leads to the back and you make your way up to the front. In the glass, there are various burrata's available for around $8 each. Good for making your own pizza or perhaps an Italian dish. I didn't pay attention to what milk was used, but this is Georgia, so you make do. The drinks are all canned or bottled. They had some imported sparkling waters. You can tell by the fact that the caps don't twist off and are attached to the bottle intentionally because the EU requires this to avoid pollution by people leaving bottle caps all over the place. The young lady at the counter super knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. She was very sweet and good to talk to. I came after a lunch rush, so she asked me to pick a seat and let her know so she can clean it up. Very much appreciated that. Place is a little small and not a lot of seats. If you happen to come during lunch hour, be prepared to get the order to go and sit outside or across in the park center of the square. It's very well maintained from the looks of it and would be a great picnic area. Overall, I enjoyed this location very much. I would definitely come again to try some of their other offerings.

From the moment I called in, his customer service was top tier. Professional, warm, and intentional. He made sure my order was right, sent a quick payment link so things moved efficiently, and had everything ready by the time I arrived. That's how you run a business. When I pulled up, he greeted me with a smile, brought my food out, and confidently told me I was going to enjoy it and he was absolutely right. I originally planned to grab my food and go, but his energy made me slow down, sit, pray, and actually enjoy the moment. I asked for a lime Jarritos, and he recommended pineapple instead to pair with the jerk seasoned wild caught salmon sandwich. That recommendation was on point and really elevated the whole experience. That sandwich hits. Every bite pops with flavor across your entire palate. The salmon was perfectly cooked, juicy but not soggy. The kale had the right crunch. The onions tied everything together. And that homemade garlic butter on the salmon took it to another level. It's a creative spin on a traditional cheesesteak. I'm sure the beef options are great too, but if you want seafood, this is the move. I've had a Philly cheesesteak in Philly before, and honestly, I don't need to go back. When I'm in Atlanta, I'm coming here. Sammy, thank you for the hospitality and the intentionality behind what you do. You didn't just serve food, you created an experience. Thank you for praying with me. I will definitely be back.
