The food came out fresh and did not take a long time to be prepared. I enjoyed every bite of my sandwich. It was flavorful and the portion size was great. Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. My friend enjoyed her tuna melt, the only feedback she had was that the press did not allow for the inside of the sandwich to be warm. She thought the entire sandwich would be warm. I asked the young man at the counter which was the most popular sandwich and he said the Chicken Caesar but the PMC Smoked Turkey was calling my name. I'll when it was ready it looked good but when I bit into it, I was in heaven! The warm toasted multigrain roll was a great choice. It's inside of colony Square so parking is a little bit tricky because they are parking garage charges a steep price per 10 minutes. The service at Zaddy's itself was excellent. I arrived around 8 PM, and right away I could tell the person behind the counter seemed irritated. There was a couple in front of me waiting to order and another customer waiting for his food. As the line grew, the worker never once acknowledged anyone or said something like, "I'll be with you shortly." Instead, she avoided eye contact and looked around everywhere else. At that point, I already had a feeling this wasn't going to be the best experience. She stayed focused on finishing her other orders and didn't speak to anyone until she was completely done. Another customer even asked her a question, and she didn't turn around to respond she spoke with her back facing the customer. When she finally took the couple's order in front of me, the young woman sighed in disappointment and walked away without ordering I assumed that meant the sandwich wasn't available anymore. When it was my turn, I still wasn't greeted. The worker finally asked, "What can I get for you?" and I ordered the chicken Caesar sandwich. She replied, "Just like I told the people in front of you, I don't think I have enough sauce, and my legs are messed up." I honestly didn't know what her legs had to do with my order, but it felt like she just didn't want to make any more sandwiches. She never offered an alternative, which would have at least helped. Instead, I just said "okay" and walked out. It seems like she was overwhelmed, and maybe having another person to help would take some of the pressure off her.
