I came in here for a refill on my acrylic nails. The person I saw before wasn't working, so I asked for any available tech and was seen by Tram, or that was the name at station 4's equipment. I asked for a refill, with short square nails and ombré colors instead of a French manicure. Pro: for a Sunday, they were not busy and I was able to get in quickly. Cons: Besides asking what color and shape that was the end of the conversation. My nails are a little bumpy and the length isn't consistent between both hands. I asked for ombré and ended up with glitter, which is fine but not what I wanted. I should have said something or showed her a photo. The cost of what I paid for originally and the cost for the fill was the same amount, $55.00 plus tip. I need to find a nail salon that has the same quality and prices consistently. read more

i got a gel french manicure for $60. one day later my index finger chipped. i went to go get it fixed and he looked at the other nails as well. the day after you'll never guess what happened. ANOTHER nail not only chipped but peeled completely off. i got my nails done because i was leaving on a trip and i wanted them to be ready before i left. if i had known i would've had to go not once not twice but THREE times before i left i think i would've reconsidered the $60 i wasted. unfortunately i do not have time to go back before i leave for my trip and will be going on vacation with 9 nails. read more

Horrible. They used USED files and buffers on my toes. The polish was chunky and thick. The scrub was weak. Didn't get the shape right no matter how clear I made it. SQUARE. she refused to do cat eye without explanation. The paraffin wax was flaky. They were trying to set up and do everything at one time. Just awful. read more

No English, rude and abrupt." Okay go sit there" No introduction or what are we doing today? Just sit and shut it In and out for a pedicure in 30 max!! Buffed my nail beds with such a strong grit that it's taken a year to grow out and it's still my right. Massage is half a$$ at best. I don't even care that they talk about people just provide a service worth the price. read more

They try to get you in and out very fast. My technician was talking on the phone, barely touching my feet. She did not do everything that was in the option that I picked. I had to go in the car and file my own toenails correctly. I had paint all over my toes. Expensive service for a bad job very unfair won't go back again! read more

They do an amazing work!! I love how my nails look every time!!! Very nice and Great atmosphere!!

The Worst! I decided to give them a second chance after the last horrible experience, & it was even worse. The nail tech was nice but rushed through everything ..$130 later: Basic manucure with clear polish Deluxe Gel (french) Pedi with add on $10 .. for what? Not sure I wasnt even out of the parking lot & the nail polish bubbled up & looked horrible. I live 5 minutes away took off my shoes & 3 toes the gel had completely came off, it was like it hadnt ever been on my toes! I called the salon & whoever I spoke with said there was a fee, mean while she was also yelling at another person in her country language. Theyre rude, disrespectful, overpriced for their shit job... customer service is terrible.. I could go on forever about this place. Quality sucks. There bathroom was nasty. I found another salon that not only made it right, fixed it for me but no charged it. Obviously my business will go to them. Beyound Nails gets one star do to location, easy parking. Please just close down, no one needs your horrible service, food everywhere, dirty bathroom establishment read more

If there's one thing I can say about this place, it's that they are consistent.... but they're consistently bad. I've had pedicures done here maybe 3 times and they are the 3 worst pedicures I've ever had. Last time, my nail polish was still wet and smudging on stuff about 3 hours after I left the salon. How?! I am pretty sure I said that time I'd never go back, and yet... peer pressure? I did. My husband just had heart surgery so can't care for his own toes right now. And lord knows I'm not touching his toes. Ick! So we met up with some friends for what we thought was an appointment for four people all at the same time, because that is what we asked for when we called several days prior. But they did our friends first and then us. Whatever- that's not a huge deal, it gave my girlfriend and I time to gossip more. The problem is that my polish was still wet 2 hours later and they did something to my husband's toe and he's got a cut or something on the edge of his big toe that is painful. Hopefully it does not turn to an infection- that is not someone who just had heart surgery needs!! Also, the lady that did mine needs to learn anatomy. The muscle is on the calf, not the shin. She was pressing so hard into my shin that it was painful; but ignoring my calf. So this time I really mean it when I say I am not going here ever again. read more

My co-worker used to always goes here and her nails were always amazing. I decided to try them because of how amazing her nails always turned out and I was not disappointed. probably the most rushed pedicure i've ever had especially considering they weren't busy. staff wasn't super friendly either which sucked however they did offer something to drink which i appreciated. 2 stars because they took me in as a walk in, but they definitely seemed ready for me to leave. I won't be coming back here read more

I love this place. I have tried quite a few places in Sparks but so far this is my favorite! Jolie and Ginger do a great job on my nails. I personally prefer getting the dipping powder. I have an allergy to acrylic nails and fillers. This place is very clean and has a wide range of colors to choose from. I also enjoy that they serve you water, tea or coffee! I will have to take pictures of my nails next time! They are grown out now but have yet to break! Definitely continuing to go here! read more

First just want to say, love Ginger! Always does great work. However, will not be returning because of the owner. She is always very rude and unprofessional. Have continued going because of ginger but will not return. Very unprofessional! read more

I have tried to continue to come here, as I liked how one lady did my nails, however the owner of this place is so BEYOND rude and unprofessional. She has made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never go back here. I highly recommend not going in to this place. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before I even walked in. I asked for a dip and the lady that cleans up around your feet. I sit down.& Put my hands in acetone for 15 minutes and asked me if I wanted to leave so the girl shows up does my nails I've never seen a nail done like that before, so unprofessional and put my feet in for a pedicure and my feet have been red for two weeks now read more

I pride myself on trying to find positive qualities to write in my reviews... but this business doesn't get any. They were rude... rushed and didn't do a good job on my nails. You unfortunately can't hardly understand most of the women, also they consistently talk in their native language( very rude). Since going there 2 weeks ago, I've talked to other people who had the same experience there. read more

I came in for a Gel Mani, it was terrible it's probably the worst one I've had ever. I wish these ladies would clean up around your mail they don't care if the gel is all over your cuticles and skin. I choose a light pink color it looks bumpy, uneven. And what's worst she left my previous gel color on the edges. Just sloppy work but they expect a big tip. I don't know why people can't just do a good job is it that hard! read more

Great place for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I live in Palomino Valley and the Los Altos shopping center off pyramid Highway is the most convenient for me so I don't have to travel too far. The place is clean and I've yet to wait as a walk-in. They have the most up to date colors as well. Their hours are nice too!! Highly recommend. read more

I went to get my eyebrows done, just for a cleanup. She messed up my eyebrows one of them is so much thinner than the other one and they look nothing alike and i know for a fact they didn't look like this before i walked in there. Never returning. It's not the first time they do it. read more

I don't know why this place has such low stars, they are great here. I can always get in without an appointment and they always set proper expectations for wait time if your a walk in. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. I get my acrylic overlay and pedicure with them every time. They are attentive to what you like and always double check if you like it before they do the other nails. I have been to some places that try and tell you what they want to do and what will look good. I appreciate the feedback, but I know what I like and hate being forced into a decision. Definitely give them a try and help them by writing more reviews. read more

I went in to have my nails done for my wedding, I asked for French tips, Ginger painted them instead of doing tips like I asked, and gave me a nude base when I had asked for pink. fine ok no big deal. I went to have them soaked off a couple of weeks later and Tram used a plastic nail (like the ones you use for acrylics and ripped them off, I asked her about soaking them and she said since they had lifted some this was easier. it has been a week since I had them taken off and my nails are destroyed. I will never be back and will never recommend this place. read more
