I was a walk in at 1pm and the place was already quite busy! I wanted a gel manipedi, they placed me with Pie after about a 5 min wait! She was an AMAZING person to do my nails! ‍ I havent had a pedicure in over 6 years (my feet are so extremely sensitive and ticklish) and she was incredibly gentle with me and checked in often to make sure she wasn't hurting me. The pedicure chairs and soaking tubs were all super clean and i loved that they used sterile packed single use tools for cuticle care and trimming! Pie did both my pedi and mani, (my manicure i had previously was from another salon who cut me during the process so I was nervous about getting another one). I was kind of nervous because my cuticles are thin and sensitive and easily painful, but again, Pie was super gentle and checked in every time I even flinched slightly to make sure I was okay! I'm super happy I came across this location! Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and polite and sweet. I just got the basic spa pedi with gel polish and a gel manicure with cateye gel. I needed a last minute pedicure and walked in at this place. They were able to take me in right away. I'm not going to lie, from the outside, I wasn't sure, if I was going to like it. But, once you're inside, you're greeted right away with good ambiance. The place was clean and spacious. I ended up getting the spa pedicure with gel nails. I made an appointment for my girlfriend, and her brother's girlfriend. My girlfriend's nails didn't turn out good. She texted me saying she didn't like them. I asked her to show me. I understood immediately why she was upset. She probably didn't get the right person because the brother's girlfriend's nails turned out good. My partner was explaining to me that while she was getting her nails done, the person seemed to be in a rush. Thats how they turned out, rushed. The acrylics aren't shaped evenly. The gems have glue exposed and are also lined up unevenly. The heart turned out weird. The black ring isn't even around the ring finger nail. She wanted to just feel pretty and confident going back to work. These nails make her feel sad. She told me to not call, but I am gonna right with review. I unfortunately cannot with this place anymore. I keep going back hoping to have a better experience and today I've just had it. I had an extremely small window to get a pedicure before a trip and this is what I ended up with. They are so friendly and always have good availability, but I'm out 1.5hrs and another $70 and now I have to go spend double my time and money just to get it fixed somewhere else and I'm pissed. The gentleman that did my pedi was kind, he gave a great massage, but his hands were a bit trembling and I knew it was going to end up a disaster at the first swipe of the brush. I let it slide, asked him to fix a few spots, he acted like he didn't understand or care, charged me $60, I tipped $10 and there you go. I took my sock off to find the edges I had asked him to fix completely peeling upwards on both feet. Last time I was in there, I got a manicure with no polish, I needed my cuticles cut and give my nails a little bit of shape with a color break. The girl cut my cuticle and I was bleeding a lot. I felt bad and tried to wrap my finger and keep it out of the way or even tell her she could just stop since I wasn't getting any polish, every effort I was told no. Everybody in the place made such a big deal about it and they kept blaming me that I was forcing myself to bleed more. Umm ok?!?!. Yet, they still charged me full price I tipped generously bc I felt so bad and then as I walked away i could see inside the window and I watched the manicurist mock what had just happened. I'm over it. I just can't recommend this place any longer. read more

(Side note) updated my rating because owner did offer to fix it, however finding time to get my nails done again with a one year old is tough and wish it would have gone well the first time. I had high hopes for this place based off other reviews but left a little bummed at the service. I did not realize how bad they looked until I was home. The nail tech seemed very rushed and did not push back my cuticles or clean up my nails before applying the acrylic. I also noticed they are turning an almost yellow color rather than the white I wanted. I'll post a picture of what I asked for and what I received. The picture I showed him had clean definitive lines where the French ended. But what I received looks more like an ombré than French tips. They are pretty chunky. And my thumbs look misshaped. The acrylic also didn't cover the edges of some of my nails. I was also charged a hefty $75 for this. I will not be returning here. read more

Was so excited to try a new pedicure spot. Reviews looked good and my best friend had just raved about her experience. So four of us went in to try it. It's a very unassuming and dated salon, but none of that really matters if the services are good. Pedicure pricing is fairly standard for this area so we opted for the best one. The good: pedicure chairs were nice, seemed new, and the manual foot/leg massage was better than most for me. They also offered small bottles of water which was much appreciated. The bad: There were inconsistencies across the technicians for time and quality, which is pretty standard in the industry unfortunately. My tech trimmed a nail so short that it's so painful, and the tech blamed my nail. You shouldn't push hard on the clippers to drive them down the nail as that can cause injury and an increased risk of ingrowns. Out of the 20+ years and across multiple states I've been getting pedicures, nobody has ever mentioned an issue. I'm meticulous about taking care of my feet and nails. So no, my nail was not the problem as it hurts across the entire length of the nail. The paraffin wax was molten lava for all of us - felt like your skin was burning. I thought my friends were being babies until it was my turn - holy hell! My nail technician never introduced themselves, so I didn't get their name, but I get to think about them with every step I take. Perhaps another person would be better but I'm unsure if I'll be back to try. read more

Worst experience ever! My best friend and friend talked great about this place and my manicure and pedicure were not worth 100 dollars. The guy working on my toes and feet (same guy) was shaking the whole time. My hands were shaking with his and everything was messy. I was rushed when the three of us made appointments. My friend who requests a specific person had to switch to someone else because they over booked who she requested. The design wasn't even what she wanted it was whatever the guy wanted. To top it off there was another lady who was upset and left because she had an appointment and they over booked her too. This seems to be a reoccurring issue it sounds like. I will not be returning. 100 dollars for a terrible experience is insane. read more

I wish I listened to the other negative reviews. I was cut pretty badly here during my pedicure and manicure. Every toe was cut a little but the big toes were the deepest and worst. I didn't realize it was that bad until I got home and it was bleeding a lot. I was up most of the night because it was so painful. I got my nails done because I going on a vacation for my 30th birthday and will not be able to go in the water or hike now due to the risk of infection. It completely ruined my trip. I am so devastated. I also got a gel French manicure but was only given 3 tips on my nails. When I saw only three nails with tips, I asked again for the technician to do a full set. She told me that she would have to charge an extra $20 (for a total of $75) to remove the 3 and put on a full set. I don't think the customer should have to pay extra for a nail technician's mistake. The nails are okay but super thick and she don't push your cuticles before applying gel so it gives a really bulbous appearance. I also was cut on my thumb as well. Please see the photos for that. I talked to the owner to try and find a solution because I paid over $100 for these services. I was just offered a $25 gift card if I wanted to come back (which I will not be doing since I was injured here). I asked the owner to comp at least some of my service and I was told that I was lying about being cut on each toe and even if I was that "it wasn't that bad" after showing a photo. He told me "being cut was part of the process of getting a pedicure". I've never gotten cut to the point of bleeding before. Please do not come here. read more
