My favorite nail tech that I have been going to for years recently moved here after being at the former salon for years. I'm glad I had her cell and tracked her down. She was able to accommodate my party. A mani/pedi and two pedicures. I treated my little sister and our sister in law to a manicure and pedicure. We loved our deluxe pedicures and our sister in law was totally relaxed. It was much needed girl time. Between juggling our busy/demanding schedules, our kids, we lean on eachother and it's reassuring to have sisters. I am a ProNail fan. I'm not sure if it's under the same ownership, but I frequented the Pronails on Robb drive because it was close to home and they were clean and reliable. It was my first time at this location. I love the bright and vibrant vibe. The massage chairs were amazing and new; I melted into mine during my pedi. I enjoyed the green tea and honey sugar scrub. My feet were so happy and ready to go back into my sandals. I'll be back for my fill and another deluxe pedi in a few weeks. read more

I saw this place and the reviews were good so I decided to give it a try. I'm so happy that I did. I called and asked if they had appointments available and they said come on in. As soon as I got there they seated me right away. Le (pronounced Lee) was my technician. Le ask me a few questions and made me feel at ease. Never talked too much and got to work on my pedicure. I have been going in Pro nails ever since Laurel the owner, has her place right beside the Once upon a child. Maybe that was 3 years ago. Ever since we followed her journey, whenever she goes we go with her as well. Almost all of my family go with her, now we treat as part of my family. I always go with Laurel, she knows my hands so well and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I gave her last minute nail inspo, and does it well. Don't go here... I've been debating finding a new spot for a while now but after multiple rushed appointments and extremely rude attitude from the owner Laurel and Diane, I decided to try a new spot today. When starting my acrylic fill, my tech noticed my nail was discolored underneath my nail tip. We removed the acrylic nail and underneath was a dark green area totally discolored and gross. The lady doing my nails even said omg. She thinks it was mold or buildup from water getting into my nail because of a bad acrylic fill done previously by Diane. I didn't get a photo of before she worked to remove as much of the buildup ass possible but only at the very end before she was doing my fill. Do not book here and expect to be seen even close to your appointment time. I have seen Laurel before she was a shop Owner so for 10 years and every appt she will over book and take walk ins before you. Normally I don't mind waiting the 10/15 minutes past my appointment cause she was worth it but today I waited over half an over she even told me to not get into her chair 20 minutes past my appointment cause she was taking ANOTHER client still before me. When I told her I now have no time it's over half an hour past my appointment she claimed she was busy today. No you took walk in over an appointment expecting me to just sit there and wait. Therefore after 10 plus years I will no longer be going back and searching for a tech that sticks to the appointment they book instead of being more worried about being a chop shop trying to stick you in a chair to get your money. read more

I have been going here for several years and they never fail. Laurel is by far my favorite though! She does exactly what you want, remembers every frequent customer even just by the sound of their voice, is very easy to talk to and remembers details you tell her as if it was yesterday. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to get their nails or toes done. Be sure to call ahead though and set an appointment, spots do fill up quickly. EDITED: I called and asked for a refund but the lady refused... the owner stayed after and fixed my nails for me and it's a night and day difference. Really disappointed in my earlier experience but the owner was nice to stay late and fix my nails. 0 STARS IF I COULD. I came to get my nails done because I start at a new location for my work tomorrow and I wanted the classic French manicure because it's professional. This was the most UGLY most PAINFUL manicure I've ever gotten. Through my job I use my hands a lot so my cuticles get mangey, which is why I love manicures. I asked her at the very beginning please take good care of my cuticles that's the most important to me... she said "ok, at the end". So I was trying to trust the process but I shouldn't have. She put the builder gel on and she got it everywhere so of course she needed to take the file and get it off, she didn't. So I pointed it out and she started to aggressively file and e file my nails which in turn cut my fingers in multiple locations (see picture for reference) and then after she filed, manicurists usually tell you to wash your hands with water no soap! WRONG! She painted my nails with dust all over them so in turn there's bubbles and bumps all over my nails, which I pointed out because it's very noticeable and again she's mad and frustrated and hurting my hands. Another customer saw how uncomfortable and in pain I was so she asked me if I was ok and If needed help, very nice of her. So Laurel walked over and asked if I was ok and I showed her the cuts and how raw my fingers were and the woman doing my nails started yelling in Vietnamese which was very overwhelming for me because I don't even like to be yelled at in English. So I got up paid and left to save myself the embarrassment of crying. I don't live here so I can't tell my friends not to go here but I will negative review this place til I can't anymore. read more

Was pretty bummed after this experience. The shape of my nails on each hand is very different and the acrylic is so thick on a few fingers. I was cut MANY times - you can see the scabs. I had warned the specialist that my skin is dry (winter) after the first cut, but then was cut many more times. I liked one hand! Lol the other one just didn't work out. read more

Needed a fill and had a nail lifting. They were able to fit me in right away which was nice. The end result looked super cute and was fast but the lifting nail wasn't addressed properly and broke off the next morning which was pretty painful. Kevin was fast as ever but boy was he rough. If you have tough cuticles and are in a time crunch stop on in. The owner of this place is a literal angel so I will come back just hopefully get a different tech. read more

The only good thing i have to say about this place is they fit me in last minute. other than that, the experience was not good. i went in to get a full set of acrylics. all of my nails are uneven in length, they are insanely thick, theyre not all the same shape and none of them are the right shape. i asked the tech to fix the shape and make them straight because they it was in a very hard slant. i got them done on saturday (3/26/22) and i am having to take one off due to a really intense throbbing and burning pain. there is polish on my cuticle on my thumb and most of them are missing paint on the sides. the tech also stopped doing my nails to finish a pedicure for another person in the salon. i am very disappointed in the service i received and it definitely was NOT worth the $70 i was charged. I thought I had an appointment for manicure just to find out that it was for polish change. The staff did not totally remove the gel polish when she applied the new polish. I told her not to apply it too close to the cuticle, " but just a tiny bit". The polish is totally unevenly applied and they looked like that my nails have outgrew already.
