I really, REALLY wanted to like this place because it's conveniently located close to my home, but after multiple bad experiences, I'm done giving them chances. This time, I specifically requested a female nail technician because the male technicians I've had here in the past have been extremely rough--one even cut me. A coworker of mine has had a similar experience here, so I made a point of requesting a woman, hoping I would have a better experience. Unfortunately, I was given Lily, and today's experience was just as bad. I have been getting pedicures for over 25 years. I know what a good pedicure feels like, and I know when someone is being unnecessarily rough. Throughout the entire service, Lily was constantly grabbing, repositioning, and forcefully moving my foot every 30 seconds. I have NEVER experienced anything like it during a pedicure. It felt like I was being manhandled rather than receiving a relaxing $65 service. I specifically asked for my toenails to be cut VERY short and for the ingrown areas to be carefully cleaned out. Instead, Lily CUT MY FOOT. Then, to top it all off, the gel polish application looks terrible. The polish is pushed all the way down into my cuticles, and the edges are jagged and sloppy. For $65, I expect someone to be able to apply gel polish cleanly and professionally without injuring me in the process. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing--not an experience where you're being jerked around by your feet, cut, and then sent home with sloppy polish. I have genuinely tried to give this place multiple chances because the location is so convenient, but convenience is not worth paying $65 to be manhandled, injured, and leave unhappy with the quality of the work. I'm disappointed in today's visit with my girls for pedicures I've been here lots of times before but not in the last year. It definitely has changed. Unfortunately, they do not use single use items for their electric callus removal and when I asked for a sanitary new scrubber pad for it Sany, my technician got pissed. I'm not even sure if he even changed the pad. He was rough with taking off the polish and the small square nail buffer on my nails, that was also not new. They don't use callus removal lotion anymore either. Sany's massage was very good and relaxing. He got visibly upset when I asked about most anything. It was a very uncomfortable non relaxing pedicure for me. My girls had fun, their pedicures were also not single use items either. I paid for the $50 Pedicure 2 for myself and really for the rushed and non relaxing experience I would rather pay more and just go to the Peppermill. i just left not even 5 minutes ago and I'm disappointed. as you can probably see, the polish is basically translucent (even tho I asked for a solid base), my cuticles look rough, some nails are crooked and it's not the shape I really asked for. not to mention, i did speak up for myself and express my concerns. it felt like i was just being rushed out of there and like take it and go. during my pedicure I was also cut pretty good which hurt and then a couple nics here and there. read more

I had been getting my nails done at another salon for a few years now, but honestly the vibe at this other place always felt a little off. I've had friends mention how much they like Eden so I thought, why not give it a try? And I'm so glad I did! The ambiance is clean, bright and fun. I went in for a pedicure (with an appointment) and didn't have to wait at all. My nail tech was friendly and professional. I was impressed that they offered drinks and they even gave everyone a long stem rose since it was Mother's Day weekend--these are the kind of nice touches that set places a part from the rest. The pedicure itself was high quality and only took 45 minutes. Although the price is slightly higher than the other place, I'm more than happy to pay more for a better experience. Clean nail salon with a lot of service offerings. I called to make 2 pedicure appointments about a week in advance for a Saturday and was able to easily find a time that worked. It would be nice if there was an online booking system but I didn't come across one that I could find. The salon is clean and the technicians appear to take care with cleaning their stations. Everyone is friendly and welcomed us upon coming into the salon. I like that the salon has organic pedicure options, but of course it's the highest pedicure price of all the options. The pedicure itself was nice and relaxing. I have an issue with nail salons rushing guests and moving quickly to get to the next customer, and this place unfortunately is no exception. I miss the days where pedicures were slow and they took their time to give you the full 45min-1 hour. I went to Eden for a gel pedicure and requested a manicure with a full-set of pink and whites. The salon is clean and the technicians are very fast and friendly. My only complaint is they did not remove my cuticles before applying the pink & white on my fingernails. And the color of my fingernails started to change within a week as well. I find that their reputation is more for the quantity of customers versus the quality, therefore, I probably won't go back because I like to push out my pedicures to a few months rather than going back a few weeks later. read more

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon for my start to Summer manicure and pedicure. They had availability at 5 pm which was amazing! I started with a level 2 pedicure and absolutely loved the service. The massage chairs are comfortable and have a great range of settings. The woman who did my toes had a great attention to detail and carefully took care of my winter toes - haha! The colors were so fun to choose from and they even had a new set of Spring and Summer colors which I ended up choosing from. The mint mask they applied to my feet and legs was amazing and I definitely would go back just for that. I then had my manicure which was well worth the price. My nails are pretty short (as I work with my hands) but they made sure to shape them and take good care to clean and pull off all my cuticles. They are very beautiful and so far nothing has chipped or cracked. I will be returning for the Summer season! read more

Cute nail salon, But my nail tech was rude. Got a gel dip, she put brown nail polish under neath so the gold would be more gold. After the first application of dip I noticed you could see the brown through on almost all my nails and when I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes, and laughed and proceeded to tell all the nail techs around her something. (She hadn't been talking before this so I assume it was about my request) acting like me wanting my nails to be nice and what I paid for them was asking too much. Two days later they're chipping and already need to be redone, I'm a personal assistant, not an auto mechanic or dishwasher. they shouldn't already be chipped. I paid $65. Tipped $10 after she was rude. I think her name was Kelly? I'm not sure but the only experience I've ever had haven't a rude nail tech when I asked nicely. Hopefully she's better next time read more

I have never been to a nail salon like this and I know there are a number of them around town to choose from. A friend treated my daughter and I so I didn't feel like I could say no. Pro: Relatively inexpensive compared to some nail places, all three of us could sit together, they have a kids mani and pedi option, employees were nice even though they didn't seem like they spoke English, massage chair was nice and a LOT of colors to choose from. Con: It felt rushed, nail polish didn't last very long, the communication with the employees was tough, the smell was too strong. read more

I've been going to them the owners when they were just nail technician before they opened their own salon. Been going for years. The last time I got my manicure the polish clear peeled off within 24 hours. I went in and showed them. I will say they offered to fix it right there but I could not. I had another appointment. They never contacted me again never offered to do my next manicure on the house discount etc. went in there today, August 8 for an appointment they didn't even acknowledge me and say hi like they always did before when I walked in calling me by name. They offered no reimbursement discount. I had a different nail technician today that I asked for my nails to be cut a certain length and she cut them down to the quick. Nothing on top of that the nail technician doing a client sitting next to me was extremely rude to the lady very rude almost to the point where I said something I will not be going back. I think they just have gotten too busy that their manners and professionalism has diminished. It's a shame. The fancy is real at Eden Lounge! First time visiting Eden and it was pretty nice. I was recommended by two different people so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm simple in request but very hard to please when it comes to nail shops. I requested a manicure and pedicure and if I had to rate my experience it would be an overall 7/10. The vibe is very nice. The shop itself is aesthetically pleasing so if you love a good photo like me, this is the place. Staff had a great sense of urgency and good attitudes from start to finish. My pedicure went good, would have like for a bit more attention to the heel of my feet as it was not as smooth as I thought it would be. My manicure went okay as there was a minor hiccup to securing the gel on one of my thumbs, but all was fixed. I was served a margarita which was super cute and tasty. The price isn't too bad especially as nail salons have increased their prices in the past few years. I like quality so I will pay a pretty penny to have it done right. If you are looking to be cheap this is not for you. Otherwise, great place to be and I'll be sure to return. Stop by and give them a try! read more

Came here with my husband for pedicures! I did call ahead of time to make an appointment. Once we got there, we didn't have to wait long before we were seated. They have massage chairs that are so comfortable and work really well. The staff members are very nice. They helped me with my things and getting comfortable. They offer drinks such as water, wine and margaritas but we just got Starbucks so we didn't take up the offer but will remember for next time! We did the basic pedicure and it was enough for us! My tech was soft handed and painted my toes very nice. I was pleased! The massage was very relaxing and felt very pampered. Walked in and they were busy but no greeting and then when someone did approach me, she didn't have a friendly attitude and I felt like I was just herded around. The guy who did my pedicure was okay, but the completed work was mediocre. As for my fingernails, my right thumb at the top hurts and is red - I hope it doesn't get infected but I think the nail tech was a little too harsh when working on my cuticles. I went yesterday for pedicures with a friend. We arrived right on time and the salon seemed buzzing with manicures but only 1 pedicure underway. The staff showed us to our seats and offered us drink - we both opted for the complimentary margarita. The chairs appeared clean with a detachable jet for cleaning and disposable bowl liners. I opted for the pedicure 2 which included a scrub, hot stone massage, and hot towel moisturizing, as well as gel polish. While the job was well done, it felt rushed. The entire process, including massage, only took about 40 minutes. I would definitely go back for a basic pedicure, but it really wasn't worth the up-charge for the pedicure II.
