Also my manicurist said my daughter should talk to her if she's not getting who she makes appointment with online, that should never happen. Again, I've been going here since it opened 8 years ago and it is a very clean place with well trained manicurists. Very popular and busy especially around holidays. I make appointments in advance about 5 to six weeks but I know many people walk in without appointments.

Pretty bummed about the final result, don't want to upload a pic just because of how horrible they look (I already have funky toes to begin with) and don't want to go back in to complain because I don't want to waste more time. Massage and exfoliation was minimal but I felt bad saying anything. My daughter's nails turned out 10 times better so I guess there's hope, just depends on the tech you get.
