I also noticed how clean and organized everything was. All tools were individually packaged in sanitary envelopes, and single use items like nail files were properly discarded after use. Lucy checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable, asking about massage pressure, towel temperature, and water temperature. It made a big difference.
