I went there yesterday for a Brazilian wax. She tried hard not to hurt me, but in the process pulled off half the skin and left a lot of hair. She needed to use more wax. In the future, I will not go there for a wax. However, I may try the nails. They were very nice people. read more

I ran in hoping they would still take me even though I arrived at closing time. They were nice and said yes and to have a seat. A few minutes later I was gestured to a table to start my manicure and french-tip gel set. She kept asking if I wanted a mani or just the polish. I guess I am used to them being as one, so of course I wanted the mani. My nails were ragged ! (It was an extra $7 for the mani, $25 for just gel nail polish set) She went straight to business, and I was ready in 30 min. No fuss. Quick and easy. Looked nicer than my usual place that uses the pink nail polish. There are no blaring tv screens, no complimentary beverages - but for the price what is there to argue. Come in, get it done, and out ! Perfect for me who had just come out of work, couldn't find any other place open and wanted to be back home with my baby as soon as I could. Took my 11 year old daughter there to get Pedi's for her birthday. Had an appointment for 12:45, got there 10 mins early. We were also the only ones waiting. Then two older Caucasian women come in at 12:53 telling them they have an appointment at 1 PM. Two minutes later they have the water prepared for the old Caucasian women while my child and I are still sitting there. Let me let you know that my skin color is brown. Extremely racist, and offensive that because my skin color is brown they chose the Caucasian women before us even though our appointment was before theirs, completely ruined my daughter's birthday pedicure. I do not recommend these racist people. And im a bartender and they would have gotten a way bigger tip than some old retired women. read more

I absolutely love this place usually I get my nails done by Mia but when I went in my last time a young lady did them. She did a beautiful job other then them being super thick and she cut me with the nail file. But it's a great place to go to. read more

I like this place! You can't go into a salon like this expecting to be pampered like at a place that charges $60 for a spa pedicure. I personally enjoy the efficiency and lack of small talk. No, they aren't trendy or lavish, but they get the job done and I always have a nice experience. Prices are great and they are always smiling. They might juggle you with another customer, but they do a great job handling it. A big bonus for this place is they have all their gel polish on a little palette so you can actually see what it will look like, and not have to open each bottle to decide. Its probably preferred that they clean their tools a little better (for manicures, because they DO use the autoclave for the pedicures). But it honestly doesn't bother ME much. They seem to have many regulars, including me! They know most of their customers by name. read more

Had a very nice experience here today. Came in at opening and was taken right in. The pedi was wonderful.. Foot and leg massage - the works! Then on to a full set of gel nails. Anna was very patient as I had no clue as to what I really wanted. After choosing a red and gold glittery holiday theme she set to work. Now I'm not really well versed in the mani pedi world but I feel Anna really took her time to be sure my nails turned out just the way I wanted. They are beautiful. The worst experience in a nail salon I have ever had. The shape job was very nice. I got a gel fill. Once she started painting my nails, I could instantly tell the polish was old and wrinkling. She continued on with painting them. I then proceeded to point it out to her and she took it off and repainted it. I pulled my hand out of the dryer and it was still awful. So I pointed it out to her and just simply asked her to take it off and I would pay for the fill portion. She goes to drill the paint off and does a half ass job and leaves half the paint on and is rushing. She never once apologized or asked for an alternative. When I went to go pay, she charged me $20 for the shit job she did and gave me attitude when I asked her if that was correct. Not only did they treat a customer horribly but they had no remorse. read more

Went in today for a scheduled pedi. The woman who did it was super sweet and had a great sense of humor. Her great customer service is what is getting these three stars. The pedi was subpar and my feet feel exactly the same than before going in. The place smelled and looked clean. I was hoping to have a much needed relaxing experience however, that didn't happen. I wasn't aware of the cost of service which was only $40 but would have rather went somewhere else with that even if it meant paying more. I was in and out in under 30 minutes which can be a good thing if you're in a hurry. The nail tech on the opposite side of the room spoke vulgarly and loud with his client. He was very unprofessional from the beginning as he finished his lunch and had his client wait about 10 minutes because of it even though she mentioned she had an appointment as well and she showed on time. I do not recommend this place unless you desperately need a fast pedicure. read more

I found this salon clean and the people greeted me right away. The 1 star is for the girl who did my nails only, well, except that the owner did let it happen. She set her phone up on her tray and carried on a Skype conversation very loudly in Vietnamese, pausing often to laugh and include another girl in the shop in the conversation. I could hear the Skype conversation also and I felt like my being there was incidental. She rarely even looked at my feet! Needless to say it was a very sloppy job and I had to remind her to do the base coat. The second she was done she told me to get up get up and move to the front, even though no one was waiting. It was not relaxing in the least. I will never go back. Sorry Happy Nails..you did not make me happy! read more
