My first visit to this Sparks spa. It is at the intersection of York and Pyramid and easy to locate. I arrived a little early as it was my first visit and I was immediately greeted by a very nice lady and offered a drink. She also messaged Sarah to let her know that I had arrived. It is a very cute location with several different services. Sarah is a very sweet, kind, knowledgeable young woman. I had never had this service before so I didn't know what to expect but Sarah put me immediately at ease and explained the procedure and when I was ready, we began. She has a very gentle touch and I was very comfortable throughout as she explained everything that she was doing. I find this location lovely and the people are extremely kind and I will be returning next month for another appointment. The owner, Christa, reached out to me after my last appointment to discuss my experience and how they can improve their services. I have never had someone do this and I definitely believe this a great way to keep customers and have them coming back. I was given a refund for the tint on my last appointment because there was no drastic change from my original lashes. Christa then invited me to come back for a redo of my lash lift and tint. On the day of the appointment, Christa greeted me. She was so kind and I can tell she wanted me to have a better experience than the first time. The person doing my lashes this time was Rosa. She was amazing and professional! Rosa used extra lighting to help her see my lashes better, a face shield, and a fan to decrease the drying time during the appointment! As Rosa, put on the the piece under and above my eye, she did not have to readjust multiple times and it was on so smoothly on her first try. She was also really gentle throughout the whole process. I was really tired, so I fell asleep five minutes into the process. When I woke up, she was almost done. Just drying the lashes with a fan. When looking at the mirror, there was a big difference from what I expected the first time I came in. All the lashes throughout was evenly lifted, and A LOT more lifted compared to the first time. I can tell they were darker from the tint too! This was everything I expected it to be! Rosa walked me out to be checked out. Everyone at the front desk were really nice. I even received a small gift with samples! I would definitely recommend Rosa if you want a lash lift and tint! Amazing service. I had microdermabrasion and my skin has never felt better. The wonderful lady who helped me hooked me up with a ton of samples and I even but some full sized products because of their amazing quality. I will be returning for more appointments in the future. I went on a Saturday and there was barely anyone there in the afternoon. I got in and out and this appointment for perfectly into my daily schedule. They have always been respectful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and to provide top notch service. I was VERY hesitant, as I had this service done elsewhere, and it hurt 100 times more then waxing. I was recommended this place after my previous salon had to cancel my wax appt and had no availability the same weekend. I booked with Laura for a full leg wax, but I came in and was told that she was out for an emergency. Sarah stepped in to do my wax and I'm honestly not sure the last time she waxed someone. Yes, my hair is gone (for the most part, there are some stragglers which is fine), but she would rip the same areas multiple times. Certain patches around my ankles are raw and she claimed that she didn't pull the same area multiple times because she wasn't laying new wax? That doesn't matter if you're sticking down the freshly ripped cloth with wax and ripping over and over again. Honestly, such a waste of $40, I'll just stick to shaving from now on. read more

Since I moved to Nevada it has been a challenge to find a good nail shop or technician. I would like to say I have found her. However I will still be looking further into another one. Very lovely girl that did my nails also the only one there licensed to do so. I am feeling so so about my nails. My jewels I got have fell off but I could go back she would fix them she said I do think me driving that far would justify it. Made an appointment for an eyebrow wax. The place is super cute and smells amazing. Very calming and relaxing. I was asked if I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up or shaped. I like my eyebrow shape so I opted for a clean up since I had been growing out my brows and my last esthetician did a great job on shaping my brows the last year or so. But now my eyebrows are uneven, too short and way skinnier than when I walked in. I honestly hadn't realized how bad they were until my boyfriend asked "what happened to your eyebrows?" I've been going to Christa for 10 years! She's never done me wrong. Whether it was a brow wax, Brazilian wax, or leg wax it was wax pain, but went away rather quickly. She always makes sure my skin is hydrated and if requested, covers up my redness with makeup. She's also given amazing facials as well! I also saw Michelle for a very relaxing shoulders, neck and head massage. If it wasn't for Christmas dent, I'd be back sooner rather than later! I love that she asks the type of pressure and is very detailed on where you feel your tension. I've never been good with pain, but her encouragement to breathe through the pain helped a lot and I felt more relaxed! Lastly, I've gotten my pedicure with Sarah and got my first gel pedi. First, the pedicure was a callous remover pedicure and my feet felt so incredibly soft after. It's been awhile since they were quite that soft! They weren't nasty, just not soft as they could be! I've now booked her as my normal every 6 weeks girl! It's nice to be 1:1 with your technician, but only thing I'd change is to have more than one chair so a friend and I can get a pedi together. read more
