One is also in a location that just isn't practical for the type of work I do, so I finally decided it was time to start removing them. My son came here a couple of years ago and had about five sessions on a few of his tattoos with good results, so I already felt comfortable with the place. I'm three sessions in now and so far, so good. I will say, tattoo removal hurts! Numbing cream helps a little, but it's still pretty painful. Luckily, it's also really fast. Caden does my treatments and he's always friendly and efficient. Everything is clean and sanitized, and each tattoo only takes about 15-20 seconds. Afterward, he puts aloe/lidocaine gel on them and wraps them up before I leave. I still have probably another seven sessions or so to go, but I'm happy with the progress so far and feel like I'm in good hands. Hopefully you never need tattoo removal, but if you do, I'd definitely recommend Reno Tattoo Removal.

I went in for laser hair removal, and during the treatment I ended up getting burned. I was taking face, underarms, full hands, Brazilian. I got burns arms upper portion & during Brazilian lower portion as well . After I reported the issue, the clinic acknowledged what happened and apologized. They clearly promised me a refund for the damage caused. However, since then, they have completely stopped responding to my calls and emails. I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but there has been no response and no refund provided. This situation has caused me physical pain, emotional stress, and additional expenses because I now have to seek treatment elsewhere. I am very disappointed with how they handled this. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure you trust the provider before getting treatment here. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this matter.

There's also a reason Dolce Vita had availability last-minute, when Atlantis and Peppermill didn't. Dolce is simply not worth the price. The amenities are very very average. In the ladies room, there's only a steam room and sauna. The shampoo and conditioner are poor quality too. The men's room (according to my partner) doesn't even have a steam room. I've visited Dolce about three times, and this past weekend will be my list. You can get a much better experience elsewhere, and for less money. The masseuses are good, but the customer service is just ok. Really wish they'd be more upfront about add-ons, and really wish they'd step up their amenities because the location has potential.
