One is also in a location that just isn't practical for the type of work I do, so I finally decided it was time to start removing them. My son came here a couple of years ago and had about five sessions on a few of his tattoos with good results, so I already felt comfortable with the place. I'm three sessions in now and so far, so good. I will say, tattoo removal hurts! Numbing cream helps a little, but it's still pretty painful. Luckily, it's also really fast. Caden does my treatments and he's always friendly and efficient. Everything is clean and sanitized, and each tattoo only takes about 15-20 seconds. Afterward, he puts aloe/lidocaine gel on them and wraps them up before I leave. I still have probably another seven sessions or so to go, but I'm happy with the progress so far and feel like I'm in good hands. Hopefully you never need tattoo removal, but if you do, I'd definitely recommend Reno Tattoo Removal.

I got there a few minutes early and called and no one answered. I stayed until about 3:15, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and called multiple times and no one answered. She called again @ 5:44 saying she didn't know the gym closed at 6 and she didn't have a laser key or door key. Really? You work there and don't know the hours or have keys ? As we're pulling into the parking lot and walking in ,I asked the nice kid at front desk if they would wait maybe a few min past 6 for us which he said Yes. At 5:47 she was already gone . My treatments take less than 5 min and would have been done by 6. Super rude and inconsiderate , as well as waste of my time , gas , numbing cream not once but twice. No apology or phone call back. She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. I've since shared my story with a few people and, unfortunately, learned that I was not the only one who had a terrible experience many of my acquaintances have as well.
