I got there a few minutes early and called and no one answered. I stayed until about 3:15, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and called multiple times and no one answered. It's now Saturday since and has been almost a week and still have had no one return my calls or email to reschedule. Now I have to find another place to go to that I can feel like I can trust with my tattoo removal process that should've been started by now. I'm highly frustrated and disappointed.

She called again @ 5:44 saying she didn't know the gym closed at 6 and she didn't have a laser key or door key. Really? You work there and don't know the hours or have keys ? As we're pulling into the parking lot and walking in ,I asked the nice kid at front desk if they would wait maybe a few min past 6 for us which he said Yes. At 5:47 she was already gone . My treatments take less than 5 min and would have been done by 6. Super rude and inconsiderate , as well as waste of my time , gas , numbing cream not once but twice. No apology or phone call back. She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

Everything will be fine at that point, but he will get half way through the removal and he will ask for more money to continue. Here you are pretty much committed to the removal and now Dr. Camp is asking for more money. Believe it or not the Dr. will ask again for more money when he is almost but not quite finished. You may want to check in Reno before committing to have a removal done.
