So I filled out the paperwork, paid my co-pay and waited for about 10 minutes. When I was called in the back, I was greeted quite nicely by a lady, and when I went into the back room, it was pretty huge. Quite a few of the workers said hi to me as I was led to a room. After the preliminary questioning, the girl that brought me into the room, said that Kyle would be with me shortly. Kyle was kind of like a breath of fresh air. He came in with a great attitude, really made me feel comfortable as well as welcome. He was friendly and Jovial. He asked permission to do check my legs and my back. He was very thorough and checking all of the little bumps and discoloration and put my mind at ease. If you need a dermatologist, I highly recommend you trying integrated dermatology. Friendly people and nice clean, comfortable, waiting room. Of course it's always a positive when your skin-check comes out good. But really, they really went above and beyond for new client.

Dr Meiri identified a couple pre-cancerous spots on my nose and another suspicious red spot on my back. Both required a return for treatment after insurance pre-approval. I asked for my after visit report (they don't offer it as a matter of course but you can get one if you ask). On it, she indicated seeing five other things that she never mentioned to me, but the report said that she had discussed them. There was a whole list of things under "Patient Q&A" of which we only went through about half of them. When I returned for treatment, Dr Meiri and the two assistants were in an awful rush. I forgot to request an after visit report for that, but I'll bet it too mentions a lot of things that did not actually happen. I'll probably return to this practice despite the dishonesty because the other guys are even worse.

She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. I've since shared my story with a few people and, unfortunately, learned that I was not the only one who had a terrible experience many of my acquaintances have as well.

The esthetician had it set on a 2 because the machine had been used all day long and kept breaking down. I was told I had additional sessions with my package and not to worry. Tried to schedule several more sessions. They were always booked or the doctor was out of town and I couldn't get in. I did finally get a session but was sick and had to cancel. Kept trying to reschedule. No returned calls. No answer at their office. If you call 30 minutes before they close, they just hang up on you. So unprofessional! Finally was able to speak to someone today who told me my package had expired. Then put me on hold and came back and said it was for 1 session and I would have to pay for more sessions. I explained you can get laser hair removal anywhere for less than $100 per session and this was a lie because my husband had purchased a package. They said the esthetician who did my service was no longer with them and they would let the office manager know about my experience. I'm certainly not holding my breath waiting for a call from them. The laser hair removal did absolutely nothing for me. It was maybe 10 minutes of actual laser on the lowest setting. I will never recommend this place! It's a total scam!

The numbing cream they provide in shop did help for sure, but she explained where she was gonna start and where to next, she applied pressure after ever zap which helped cool the area faster and relive pain SOO much quicker since it didn't linger. She warned me before we started the spicer parts and even did test zaps to check in on where I was at with pain and comfort. She even instructed me to take deep breath on the spicer parts which actually helped and WAS THE MOST THOROUGH IVE EVER HAD! She made sure to get ALL the areas! Which I appreciate so much! She definitely made me feel like I was getting my moneys worth! She is so kind, sweet, and great conversationalist, I'm sad she won't be here permanently.

I've had a few different ladies conduct the service over the course of several appts so I'm always specific with what I want in case they don't record it in my notes. I find the laser machine they use doesn't hurt at all--basically some tingling that only lasts while the laser is on and over the hair. Sometimes they really go to town and go over the area a couple times and other times the technicians do a quick sweep. Not sure how that impacts the results long term but only time will tell. Overall this is a cute little gem of a Med spa in an unsuspecting office building and I'd recommend.
