When I booked it, it said total time was 1hr 15. And when I later asked, they said that includes clean-up time. What does clean-up time have to do with the time shown to the guest? There's also a reason Dolce Vita had availability last-minute, when Atlantis and Peppermill didn't. Dolce is simply not worth the price. The amenities are very very average. In the ladies room, there's only a steam room and sauna. The shampoo and conditioner are poor quality too. The men's room (according to my partner) doesn't even have a steam room. I've visited Dolce about three times, and this past weekend will be my list. You can get a much better experience elsewhere, and for less money. The masseuses are good, but the customer service is just ok. Really wish they'd be more upfront about add-ons, and really wish they'd step up their amenities because the location has potential.

Danielle was highly skilled, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. My lips and jaw are flawless and even though yes lips hurt, her skill and technique made the process as painless as possible. THIS is how you are suppose to feel leaving a med spa. So my first question/concern/issue is that 'these services are supervised by a physician'. This is most definitely not a Med Spa that is supervised by a Physician. Emily's credentials are MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. Clearly not MD, DO, anything that would indicate Physician supervised. So, IDK? What do you think? So let's move on to that it is a 'hybrid facility that combines the relaxing atmosphere of a day spa with medical-grade cosmetic treatments'. I dare that you to go here and think that any treatment you have feels relaxing. Like wow, Emily, the owner does not give off a relaxing vibe at all. In and out in 15 - 20 minutes. Wow, she absolutely over injected my forehead, I had welts and had a Botox headache for 3 days. Have never had that in all the times that I have had Botox (30 years+). And the IPLs I have had are joke. It's just zap, zap, zap - I think 3 minutes? Others that I have had provided numbing cream before and gave 2 - 3 passes. I bought a 6 IPL package, did 4 - what a mistake. So I am 65, not that that matters - but for 30+ years I have been doing Botox, IPLs, Sculptra, Fillers, had a Face Lift, Eye Lift - you name it, I have done it. Am I vain? Absolutely! (just wait until you're 65, ha!) So, Emily will come back and say that I am the worst patient, that I asked a question over the phone if I could do an IPL and Botox on the same day. She will say that I was argumentative, that I yelled at here (I absolutely did not). She will say a lot of things.... but IMHO - take your time with your patients, just saying. I would also like to add that I have been in Healthcare for my entire career. 45+ years. This is not a place I would recommend or refer to friends. Clearly there are a lot of options in Reno, in town, find someone that is compassionate, understanding of your needs and takes time to give you what you need/want. She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. However, I kept receiving bills saying I still owed money. When I called, I was told not to worry because those charges would "fall off" my account since I was a self-pay patient. Well, they never did, and I continued receiving bills showing an outstanding balance. At my first appointment, the doctor was running late and told me I needed to repeat my bloodwork, even though I had just had it done about two months earlier. That was frustrating, but I agreed. She told me the lab orders would be sent to Labcorp. Because the bloodwork had to be done while I was on my period, I had to wait an entire month before I could schedule the appointment. When I finally arrived at Labcorp during the required time, they told me they had never received the lab orders from the office. I immediately called the office, and Mackenzie at the front desk answered. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to solve the problem, she simply said she couldn't send the orders herself and would have to ask the medical assistant. While I was waiting, Labcorp called the office directly. I then overheard Mackenzie tell them that she had instructed me to "come another day" because she didn't know if the orders could be sent that day. That was completely false. She never told me to come back another day. Had she actually communicated that to me, I would have explained that I couldn't simply come back because my doctor specifically instructed me that the bloodwork had to be done while I was on my period. Her lack of communication, poor attitude, and terrible customer service turned an already frustrating situation into an unnecessarily stressful one. Front desk staff are often the first impression of a medical practice, and unfortunately Mackenzie's attitude reflected very poorly on the office. Between the ongoing billing issues, disorganization, poor communication, and the unprofessional customer service I received, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a medical office. I really wanted this practice to work out because of all the positive reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Because of everything that's happened, I will not be returning to this office and will be looking for a new provider. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

When I was called in the back, I was greeted quite nicely by a lady, and when I went into the back room, it was pretty huge. Quite a few of the workers said hi to me as I was led to a room. After the preliminary questioning, the girl that brought me into the room, said that Kyle would be with me shortly. Kyle was kind of like a breath of fresh air. He came in with a great attitude, really made me feel comfortable as well as welcome. He was friendly and Jovial. He asked permission to do check my legs and my back. He was very thorough and checking all of the little bumps and discoloration and put my mind at ease. If you need a dermatologist, I highly recommend you trying integrated dermatology. Friendly people and nice clean, comfortable, waiting room. Of course it's always a positive when your skin-check comes out good. But really, they really went above and beyond for new client.
