I went to Dr. Tiffany McCormack for a breast augmentation and initially had a great consultation…read more She came across as very kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. I've since shared my story with a few people and, unfortunately, learned that I was not the only one who had a terrible experience many of my acquaintances have as well.

I don't enjoy writing 1 star reviews. If you look at my Yelp, I save them for the worst of the…read moreworst. Looking over the reviews for McCormack, they don't seem to care whether or not someone is happy with their services. I had under eye surgery and chin liposuction (she said it would give me "definition" which was totally bs) with Dr. McCormack. During the consultation visits, everyone was so nice - they wanted my business. Dr. McCormack basically lied to me about my under eye lines. I said it was a huge concern for me. During consultations she said the lower blepharoplasty would remedy the bags AND the lines. Then on the morning of my surgery she said that I'd have to go to the MedSpa for the lines. I don't know WHY I decided to give them a second chance and try the MedSpa. I had a consultation with Precious, and again, my under eye lines where the reason why I went. She said that Botox would help. I paid for their "VIP" membership (total scam). The Botox didn't do one thing. So I've spent almost 10K at this place and feel ripped off. Then on top of all that, the MedSpa receptionist's are rude. My advice: Go somewhere else for everything. This place is totally overpriced and overrated.

I am elated to find a spot so caring and kind. Not only did she check my skin but she knew I was unhappy about some rough patches in many areas and got right to work freezing them off. I will be going back to get more done in a few months. Over the years, I have seen Dermatologist and mostly had good care. In my younger years it was for acne so I knew what to expect but I was happy that she explained the procedure and the after care before she started. It is wonderful to find such a caring person for skin care. Next time I go in, I will talk to them about other things they can help me with my skin care journey. At my age, I could use all the help I can get. I was shocked and laughing that the paper gown they gave me to put on tore right down the middle as I tried to open it. A nice gal at the desk gave me another one and as I put it on carefully, it started tearing in two spots. Just be aware the gowns are thin so you might want to bring a robe. I am still laughing inside that I could tear them so easily. Thanks for taking care of me, I will be back soon.

Emily is awesome! She's friendly, helpful, honest, and fair! I've made Bella Grey Med Spa my go-to…read moreplace and so grateful to Emily and her staff for making me feel welcome and taking such good care of me during each visit!

It pains me to write this, but here you go..... and a bit long…read more Bella Grey Medical Spa! If you do AI on what a Medical Spa is, this is the definition: A medical spa, or med spa, is a hybrid facility that combines the relaxing atmosphere of a day spa with medical-grade cosmetic treatments performed by licensed medical professionals, such as physicians, nurses, or physician assistants. 'These services are supervised by a physician' and go beyond traditional spa services by utilizing advanced technology for a range of non-surgical aesthetic and rejuvenation procedures like laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectables. So my first question/concern/issue is that 'these services are supervised by a physician'. This is most definitely not a Med Spa that is supervised by a Physician. Emily's credentials are MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. Clearly not MD, DO, anything that would indicate Physician supervised. So, IDK? What do you think? So let's move on to that it is a 'hybrid facility that combines the relaxing atmosphere of a day spa with medical-grade cosmetic treatments'. I dare that you to go here and think that any treatment you have feels relaxing. Like wow, Emily, the owner does not give off a relaxing vibe at all. In and out in 15 - 20 minutes. Please tell me, absolutely not that. Relaxing? Definitely not. And let's move on to my last treatment. $10/unit botox special! Wow, she absolutely over injected my forehead, I had welts and had a Botox headache for 3 days. Have never had that in all the times that I have had Botox (30 years+). And the IPLs I have had are joke. It's just zap, zap, zap - I think 3 minutes? Others that I have had provided numbing cream before and gave 2 - 3 passes. I bought a 6 IPL package, did 4 - what a mistake. So I am 65, not that that matters - but for 30+ years I have been doing Botox, IPLs, Sculptra, Fillers, had a Face Lift, Eye Lift - you name it, I have done it. Am I vain? Absolutely! (just wait until you're 65, ha!) So, Emily will come back and say that I am the worst patient, that I asked a question over the phone if I could do an IPL and Botox on the same day. She will say that I was argumentative, that I yelled at here (I absolutely did not). She will say a lot of things.... but IMHO - take your time with your patients, just saying. I would also like to add that I have been in Healthcare for my entire career. 45+ years. This is not a place I would recommend or refer to friends. Clearly there are a lot of options in Reno, in town, find someone that is compassionate, understanding of your needs and takes time to give you what you need/want. Obviously you are paying out of pocket - so yeah, do your research! Now reading Emily's response, these are now my words/my response: I was never rude, I did not yell at her, I was most definitely not slurring, omg! I just asked a question on the phone. Could I do Botox and an IPL same - she responded and I booked my appointment for an IPL and Botox. That clearly did not go so well. She wants to keep on with the banter, make me look bad (why would you do that to a patient) I'm good and I know that I would never go back to her! So any of you that are in your 50s/60s as I am - I don't think Emily is the right person for you, I think she's early/mid 40s-ish?..... Look for someone that understands you, your age, takes their time with you. And this is an interesting response, right? 'Again, please stop. I have several witnesses to your belligerent phone calls where you are incredibly rude, slurring your words, and asked to no longer be a patient here. Please stop.' Oh my goodness! Please get over yourself! Yup, please provide those several witnesses, really? Honestly, who would say that? I will say the same to EMILY! You are a Healthcare Provider that is not compassionate, completely Rude, completely and truly all about you. So yeah, Please stop! Yowza! At the end of the Day, why would you want to go to a Provider that feels like they need to blast their patients? Emily is self absorbed/all about herself. So done!

The space seems to be so much bigger. The staff has always been great and from my experience today, that hasn't changed a bit. Today I was here for my yearly exam with Dr. Working, who I have been seeing for over 10 years. She is simply the best!

My experience with this OB office was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely upsetting…read more Throughout my pregnancy, I dealt with severe symptoms including vomiting to the point my throat was bleeding, GERD and heartburn so bad I lost my voice, and one-sided leg swelling, which is a known red flag. These were not minor discomforts and directly impacted my ability to safely perform my job in the medical field. Despite this, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as "normal pregnancy symptoms," without meaningful evaluation. At one point, the clinic supervisor called me while I could barely speak due to losing my voice. I explained clearly that it was from severe reflux and heartburn. She said she would get me in to see Dr. St. Pierre, but when I was seen, that concern was not meaningfully addressed. I was told earlier in my pregnancy that if my symptoms became unmanageable, I could speak with Dr. St. Pierre about being taken off work. When I did, she initially refused to complete disability paperwork and dismissed my situation. She also referenced Nevada being a "right to work" state, which is unrelated to medical leave. My mother-in-law, who has decades of HR experience, was present and confirmed that statement was inaccurate. After significant pushback, the paperwork was eventually accepted, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. I was even directed to labor and delivery triage to initiate paperwork when my OB was unavailable, only to receive more resistance there. There was no continuity or clear process. Dr. St. Pierre also took multiple trips during my pregnancy. When I reached out with complications, I was told they could not assist because my OB was out of town. There did not appear to be adequate coverage. At my final appointment, instead of a discussion about my condition, the first thing Dr. St. Pierre said was, "Why don't you just get induced since you're so uncomfortable?" I was not yet 39 weeks, and there was no explanation of risks or reasoning. It felt dismissive. In contrast, when I saw Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, she clearly explained my stress test results and provided thoughtful guidance about induction. The difference in communication and care was significant. Continuity of care in this office is poor. I rarely saw the same provider. During one visit, Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada greeted me with "Who do you belong to?" which set the tone for how impersonal the office feels. Additionally, during two stress tests with Dr. St. Pierre, nothing was explained. I was left without clarity during an already stressful time. To be fair, Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, Nurse Practitioner McKenzie Rosette, and Dr. Mellum provided good care. However, my experiences with Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada and Dr. St. Pierre were the opposite. On the administrative side, the office felt transactional. I paid around $1,500 and remained current, yet was consistently pressured for payment before being checked in. Requests for minimal flexibility were treated as a problem. I also raised concerns with the clinic supervisor and received no meaningful support. Overall, this office felt cold, disorganized, and lacking in communication and compassion. I regret choosing this provider for my pregnancy. If you are looking for supportive prenatal care, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
