Mona is amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease before doing anything. She is a breath of fresh air during these uncertain times visiting doctors offices. Thank you Mona! read more

Love them and I am so happy to be a patient. Everyone there is so nice. From the front desk to the receptionists and the APN and Dr. You get quality care and they actually spend time talking to you to really find out what is going on. This isn't a place where you spend an hour in the waiting room to see the Dr for 3 minutes. Refills are easy too and they always call them in within a day. read more

I have been going to this practice for numerous years and have always received the best of care from Jessica Lesperance, Delpreet and James Mc Clennan. Jasmine is a terrific assistant to Jessica. This is a busy office and I feel they do a great job of going out of there way to accommodate all. read more

This review is more for non- response and their policy in office. I just had blood taken in the office to do a blood work up and test for covid antibodies. Well my results are in but they spelled my name wrong so I cannot view my blood results on my labcorp account. It's frustrating because they said I have to go in first to go over the results, then they can give me the results. Fine, I'll go in to go over them but in the meantime I believe MY blood results should be at my disposal especially since they got my name wrong. The Privacy Rule allows covered health care providers to communicate electronically, such as through e-mail, with their patients. And there is no state or federal law that prohibits them to share my blood results with me. They need to share my information with me, not with hold it. It's ridiculous. read more

Horrible! Horrible!! Went for over a year with endocrine issues to Dilpreet Bal, PA. Never listened to my symptoms only looked at limited blood work while I continued to feel worse. She didnt seem to know what she was doing or care much to look any deeper. I asked for referral to endocrinologist. The endocrinologist was out of network so had a very detail specific conversation with Dilpreet Bal about the process of getting an approval for myself to see a doctor out of network (as it was something I had to do before). I was VERY clear that I would need to obtain a prior authorization before I was to see this endocrinologist and Dilpreet Bal assured me it would be taken care of and understood the process. A couple of weeks later their office called me to let me know it was approved and I could go ahead and schedule an appointment with the endocrinologist, which I did. After a couple of months of extensive testing, lab work and numerous appointments with this endocrinologist and coming to find out my prolactin level was sky high at 127 indicating a possible pituitary tumor. At this time the endo office called and informed me my insurance was not paying. I called my insurance company to find out that Advance Medical/Dilpreet Bal had NEVER EVEN SUBMITTED A REQUEST TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY for me to see an endocrinologist out of network!!! When I called Advance Medical regarding this. I was told they would put in the consent request to correct the problem. This was done incorrectly. The consent did not list the reasons for the referral to see a doctor out of network, nor did it mention the fact that they had mistakenly not sent one previously. It also did not backdate the requested dates of authorization now needed because of their mistake. They did nothing further to attempt to correct this problem. Advanced Medical Arts did absolutely nothing to help correct the situation they put me in, or even apologized. Nothing! My calls to the office manager Teresa? were not returned. My letter to Dr. McLennan was never replied to. I was completely ignored and left to deal with it on my own. Due to Advance Medical Arts mistake I was left with thousands of dollars in uncovered medical expenses I had to pay myself. I was left with a potential serious medical issue and no longer able to see the endocrinologist I had been seeing since he wasn't covered by my insurance. It was month long waiting lists to try and see another. Would NEVER recommend Advance Medical Arts! read more

I've been coming to this office since moving to Reno. They treat me like family and always have put my health and well being first. Even though they have gone through many office assistants, the Dr, PA, and nurses have always been the best. read more

I saw Dr. Abraham, who I REALLY liked however constantly had issues w/the staff. They do have at least one helpful person but that is diminished by the problems the rest of the staff create. I am extremely thankful for my current Dr.'s office every time I deal with them. I would absolutely not recommend this office. read more

I have been seeing Jessica Lesperance at Advanced Medical Arts for several years. I now have several family members and friends who see her for primary care as well. They are all impressed. She always takes her time with you and addresses all of your concerns. You do not feel rushed and you leave feeling like she truly cares. I can always refer people to her knowing they will be well taken care of. A plus is that their location is conveniently located. Excellent care from Jessica! read more

I recently moved here from the Bay Area and was lucky to find this office of friendly, experienced and knowledgeable medical staff. They often run a bit behind schedule, but they are worth waiting for. The staff is not rushed, and they are very attentive and detail oriented. I love this facility, and feel blessed to have found this medical team. read more

I have been going to Dr. Abraham for about 4-5 years. She is a wonderful doctor that always takes time with me to explain everything and see how I'm "really" doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Abraham. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. From time to time, there have been a couple instances where I've needed to follow-up, but that's typical in today's busy environment. read more

I recently met with Jessica Lesperance for help treating several autoimmune diseases. My rheumatologist retired 2 years ago and I had not been receiving decent medical care from his replacement, despite being incapacitated by flare-ups. When I met with Jessica, she was hands-down the most empathetic, warm, kind, caring, supportive, and reassuring medical professional I have ever worked with. She acknowledged the seriousness of my conditions and the urgency to get them under control, and she validated every single feeling or concern I had. She took her time, was very thorough, and never rushed nor dismissed me. She promised me she would do everything in her power to help me and would also connect me with a more competent rheumatologist and internal medicine doctor than the ones I've been seeing now. She has been the first doctor I've seen in two years who has been helpful, but she exceeded every single last one of my expectations and absolutely went above and beyond with her care. I cannot say enough positive things about her to convey how amazing she is. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone and everyone. read more

I've been seeing Jessica Lesperance for over 4 years now. She is compassionate and understanding and takes the time to listen to her patients. She's caught things other doctors haven't. She's thorough and doesn't miss a thing. I'm a different person than I was 4 years ago and it's all thanks to her. When every other doctor said it was in my head and they couldn't find anything, she took the extra step and I'm forever grateful. The office staff however could probably use some more training. They're disorganized at times and several times I've called to get a prescription sent and the pharmacy never received a call. If not for Jessica I'd be going elsewhere for my care. I also would like to add that my whole family sees her and they all love her as well. My oldest daughter was having blackouts and I took her to 5 specialists and no one could tell us what was wrong. I finally decided to take her to Jessica and within 10 minutes of talking to my daughter she knew what it was, since being treated my daughter has not had a single episode and that was 3 years ago. She talks to us like a friend and you can tell she's genuine and truly cares. read more

I am usually pretty healthy and haven't had to use their services much , I had to establish a relationship with a primary care for our insurance . Today I am sick and I called to find out if I could get an appointment . The girl who answered was slightly rude to me , then said it would be a week before they had an available appointment . She didn't ask why I wanted to see the doctor . What if it was something that couldn't wait a week ? which it could be or I wouldn't be coming in to begin with . Seems pretty unprofessional . I will go to the Urgent Care instead and find a new primary . I liked the doctor but his staff needs work . read more

We went to Advanced Medical Arts for my wife's immigration check up. The US government paperwork is confusing for immigrants and doctors' offices alike. As could be expected, we were missing some vaccination records and the whole episode was looking like it was going to be a big mess and I have low expectations. But the staff at Advanced Medical really stuck with us. If they were frustrated by the start-stop process and a million questions, they did not show it. They helped us to the end and were always very friendly and positive. We got it done and are very thankful for their help and great attitudes. read more

I have been going here a long time and I am happy with the medical staff but I'm moving on. My provider had to cancel an appointment when she was out. The office staff called and rescheduled. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment I was told my appointment was two days earlier and no one could see me (it was a routine visit to get prescriptions filled). Since I had a 30 minute commute to work I was pretty upset that I was going to miss time at work, again, due to the provider's scheduling problems so I left without rescheduling. I was pretty sure I had the right date and a friend who heard the original phone call confirmed it was the date I thought. Previously when I had called for a referral due to a medical emergency, the staff was no help. I'm going to find a doctor that is in a practice with the hospital because they have helpful staff and a great scheduling system and they have thorough follow-up. I might miss some medications because of the office staff's screw up, but I really don't care. If anyone knows a good doctor with a practice that has the same name as a hospital that starts with an R let me know. I'm pretty sure Advanced Medical Arts won't read this review or care. read more
