I showed up 15 mins early as I was instructed, and I sat and waited 20 mins PAST my apt time, with no word from the front. I finally asked why my apt was so late and I was told it was on my doctor. I was told my deductible amount to pay was able to be paid in payments, then when I showed up for my next appointment and went to pay my payment I was told it had to all be paid up front in full. The only reason they didn't stick to that was because a front desk girl remembered me and remembered she told me it could be made in payments. The other girl at the front was so rude every time I interacted with her. Do not go here if you have ANY other options. I wish I hadn't honestly.
