There were no signs posted anywhere stating that they stop accepting walk-ins early or that they close check-ins at 2pm. The staff member who came out (a white lady) was rude and unprofessional, speaking dismissively to customers waiting in line. Here's the funny part... while I was writing this review, Yelp says they close in 42 minutes, and my phone time was 3:18pm. Seriously? Is this a joke? Who's managing this location?

So don't go here and expect to feel loved or even respected. But if you use the LabCorp app to make an appointment (highly recommended) they will get you in and out efficiently. They are the LabCorp equivalent of a dive bar that you just can't quit.

Definitely nice to make an appointment in advance online, but unlike most centers I've gone to previously, this one was running behind, and my name was called about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. The waiting room was a bit depressing. I highly recommend the option to wait in your car when you check in. I would have done that, but I didn't realize the wait time would be so long with an appointment. The room where the blood draw is taken had loud machines running, which was a little unexpected. The technician was nice, and the needle poke was quick, but the blood draw itself was uncomfortable. I had hydrated and the whole process was very quick, but as soon as the needle was out, my arm hurt more than usual and I had immediate bruising in the area, again unusual. Not the best experience overall, but not the worst either. TIP: If you want an early morning appointment (especially if you're fasting), make your appointment at least a week in advance.

One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.

Since I use LabCorp due to insurance, they had all of my information. All I had to do was scan my insurance card. Counter girl was efficient, a little friendly, but on a busy day, you can't expect much. Had to do a lot of tests, luckily it was only two vials of blood. The blood technician, not sure if it was a phlebotomist, perform a fairly painless blood draw. She was nice and friendly. I do recommend this place . Probably one of the better places and experience since I've had doing yearly blood labs.
