I went there today for a common female issue. The staff was friendly and professional. Total time there was about an hour. I recommend.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! By far the worst medical care providers I have ever dealt with. We had a terrible experience with not only one care provider but with 5 different ones. None of these people should be working in the medical field I have never experienced such a lack of knowledge and patient care. Literally go anywhere else to get better care. read more

Convenient... easy access. They are not just an ER. They do all lab work and imagining as well. Just bring in your prescription during "normal" business hours. Appointments are not needed. As an ER... Have had to use them twice. Both at night. VERY efficient and professional. Had to have imaging done and they were able to bring someone over to do it here. Comfortable and qualified doctor and nurses. All paperwork was done bedside and submitted correctly. The only thing this ER does not offer that a hospital does is a pharmacy in house. They do send your prescriptions out. read more

I have visited this facility 3 times. I get my lab work done here. location is convenient. In June 2026 I waited 2.5 hrs to be called back for blood draw. september 8 I waited little over hr to be called back. no other pts there in waiting room for lab. one for knee xray and that was it. Once back phlebotomist is good and quick. I learned that after 2 pm there is one phlebotomist for all patients. so if the er has patients the wait is long. why does the security guard man the reception desk? He Knows NOTHING. He cannot answer any questions and appears to have no medical office knowledge. he is not very friendly. He cannot give an estimate of wait time. I had plenty of time in waiting area to observe his interactions with pts coming and going. I have worked in medical field all of my adult life until retired. a security guard at front desk seems strange to me. read more

The worst ER.My daughter went there in pain just for them to tell her she was constipated when it was clearly not the issue they also said she had no uti we took a home test she was positive for uti.The fact that they didn't even try to admit her to run tests to see what exactly is going on in her body instead they discharged her.I will never go there nor my daughter.Youre in this field to help the ppl out and to reassure them all will be ok.Not discharge them and say I can't do nothing more to me was BS!!!!The night staff was shitty!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Arrived at 7:30 a.m. was checked in by an esi security employee. I was the only one in the waiting room, waited 30 minutes. Lab tech said I needed a urine test, drew blood, sent me to check out where I signed doc's & was told good-bye. I remineded her there were 3 tests requested by my doctor, she called the tech back & i was given the sample cup for the urine test, was told to place it back in the blood draw room on the sink. I then asked about 3rd test my doctor had ordered, lab tech said I don't know anything about that I Just draw blood. The esi security employee then asked what I wanted them to do, I left because obviously they did Not know how to read requested lab documents. Oh, and the toilet in the rest room they had me go into was Filthy! read more

Had one nice nurse. The rest were neglectful. Never got checked on, never got medicine I asked for, got tested on the wrong thing, and basically discharged myself cause hours without care is insane. DONT COME HERE read more

I arrived at 1:30 under the direction of a urgent care nurse who advised to go to this mini ER as opposed to the Big ER. I simply needed a bandage change and a ultrasound upon arrival, I was checked in by a security officer who advised me that I could not tell them what I needed, I had to allow the doctor to tell me, although I went there with the suggestion of services from my surgeons. I waited for two hours to finally be called back into a room asked for a blanket that I did not receive about 45 minutes later the doctor comes in and says OK we'll get the ultrasound and the bandages replaced, little to my knowledge did I know that there was no ultrasound tech on site at this emergency nor did they have any bandages to change the dressing from my surgery I don't understand how there was no bandages available. They did not advise me that I had to wait an additional hour and a half for a ultrasound technician to come from the main hospital. This place is nothing more than a triage Clinic. They were totally confused. They were totally deceptive. They were totally unprepared for a simple ultrasound and bandage change. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My entire visit was over 4 1/2 hours for simple procedures read more

This is the BEST small ER in my area. I've taken my son here 2 times since they opened and have had the best experience each time. This most recent visit was for a viral myositis he was experiencing. The main reason they are so awesome is : THE STAFF - Specifically, The Clinic Director Christine, Head Nurse Stacey, Dr. Travis and lab tech Claire went out of their way to personally make my 5 year old feel extra comfortable and cared for. These wonderful people should be role models on how hospital staff should be in any ER! It made our 4 hours there completely fun and we forgot we were even in an ER! Northern Nevada Medical center should be proud to have these employees working at their facilities. read more

I have yet to use this facility. But it is brand new. It is located in Spanish Springs and opened in January. Of course, it is staffed 24/7. It has a back entrance and an entrance off of Pyramid Hwy. There are multiple treatment rooms, ER-trained nurses, fast-tracked exam rooms, imaging including X-rays, CT, and ultrasounds. As well as, 24/7 lab and board-certified physicians. They treat a wide variety of emergency needs such as allergic reactions, asthma, and other ailments or injuries. It is an extension of Northern Nevada Medical Center (NNMC). I went in to get my splints and stitches out from a rhinoplasty I had in Denver and I wish I can remember her last name but Dr Katie was so gentle I could see her aura right away it was beautiful she showed me more compassion and unconditional love healing self care energy then anyone in my whole nose surgery process she had such a great touch and she was very knowledgeable about All my questions I was so impressed and grateful for Dr Katie today and to thankful I got the Pleasure of being blessed by her today to finish off my nose job instructions with a huge sigh of relief no thanks to Dr Katie The compassionate one read more

The ER doctor was super friendly, but was a super long wait and they wanted to send me after the long wait to perform a surgery. I was resistant because it was already a three hour drive there and still had to drive back. A friend could not stay the night either. I had an abscess and had to test if there was any object because I had been punctured with a stick while pulling sage. There was no object. The doctor was willing to drain the abscess and flush it as I requested. (they also wanted to transport me via ambulance to another facility...puh-leeeeze) Novocain was sprayed on area, not injected. The abscess was drained and flushed within minutes . No stitches were necessary. I was given some antibiotics, anti inflammatory, and painkillers. It healed within days. Today, nine months later, a collection agency contacted me and was exceptionally rude. I had no idea what she was talking about when she said I owed over $5000 on a $14,000 medical bill. I did not provide my insurance information at the time I arrived. But, if I had would they have sent a bill to my Insurance for over $14k for this? How much more would it have been for the ambulance trip to another facility? This is why insurance rates are so high. This new medical facility is gouging insurance companies which us consumers ultimately pay. With that, they need to improve their phone support as I had to wait over 15 minutes to get anyone in billing over the phone. $14k?! I think this facility needs a major audit on their billing practices. Even $5k is way too much. Honestly, the actual time spent with me was no more that an hour. the most expensive part would have to be the CAT scan. I know, personally, that an individual IV fluid bag costs $3. I am sure the cost in bulk is half of that, however a hospital will charge a patient $99 for the same bag. This is the reason people are not able to afford insurance. Again, this is a new facility bilking insurance and patients to pay their debt, not the actual service provided. And, I don't appreciate it. read more

Wife presented her insurance card to a security person as they did not have a front desk person. The card was passed onto an admissions person who claimed the card was not valid. They did not call the 24 number on the back of the card and dud not make any attempt to verify. Later, after returning home, she contacted the insurance company and verified it's been valid and in effect since 2021. Contacted the ER and spoke to an admissions person who stated that the person who denied her card was not there and worked an earlier shift. I find it unacceptable to allow a security guard assist in processing medical information and clearly have some unqualified personnel working admissions. read more

All of the doctors and nurses/support staff are rude AF. Basically everyone but the people who check you in. Today (June 14th, 2024), I got treated so rudely by the first nurse, the second one, and then the doctor. I came in for very simple and standard tests and health concerns, and was treated like I was being insanely unreasonable, and inconveniencing them. I was even given a hard time and belittled for having germophobia. I left feeling like crap. I just spent the last 2 hours being my normal self, trying to find answers to a scary unknown situation, and being responded to and spoken to condescendingly and rudely, every. single. time, and got to feel like I was inherently wrong or bad by simply living and being there. read more

Had to take my mom here last weekend, Saturday evening for some pretty severe neck and jaw pain. We waited in the waiting room less than 10 minutes before being taken back. The entire staff was great, super attentive. The process took a while as ER visits can but they ran extra labs due to some possible chest pain. All in all, I'd go back here every time I needed care. It's awesome to have a full ER facility that can do so much more than an urgent care can. read more

I don't normally post reviews but was not a great experience. The lady at the front desk and the one that led me to the room were both nice. The nurse and Dr. Rahman were not so great. I'm overweight and have high blood pressure. I had a salty meal for dinner and a Starbucks this morning. I went in because my face was beet red and I could feel my blood pulsating in my head. I felt like my blood pressure was dangerously high. First question from the Dr was do you think eating salt with your high blood pressure is a good idea!!!! Hey Doc I know I am fat and need to take better care of myself. I just wanting to make sure I am not having a stroke is why I went there. I've had to use this facility several times and it's wonderful. Great people, short wait times and amazing care.

Wife fell and hit her head on the sidewalk resulting in a bleeding head injury at the back of her head. We sat in the room with two minor injuries in front of us for two hours while being totally ignored. I informed the front desk it was a bleeding head wound and I was worried about concussion or a cracked skull. Still no sense of urgency or even any instructions or advice if she were to go into seizure or coma. read more

The guy who answers the phone is really nice. He said they may be able to give out vouchers to get home. Then I got a girl on the phone when I called back I don't know if she was triage or who but she was extremely rude. I asked her about the vouchers she says no we don't do that here I said well I was just told that you did, she said no we don't! Then she went on and on about if I was my daughter's guardian or not blah blah blah. My daughter is very high functioning, she is developmentally delayed however all she does is say yes you could talk to my mom on the phone and there is no problem apparently this lady was making it a problem. By saying somebody needs to be with her and all this other stuff when that is not the case. I have sent her there two times now. Without a problem with anybody. Until tonight when this lady was rude to me I don't know what her problem was. After two times of sending my daughter there. She was still not better. The nurses there are so rude! Le is this little petite 30 something who is very rude. I brought my 88 yr old father who has Alzheimer's in and she acted like she was just put out that she had to show us how to use a catheter of which he has Alzheimer's, so they're expecting him to really know how to do this and then when she was trying to get us out, she was manhandling him, pushing him around, pulling his pulling and pulling in, and she was just very rude. Marie are official nurse apparently Lee and Marie talked and it's like they were just all rude. The doctor finally saw us the second time that my dad had to come in that same day and she was siding with them, but she was actually very nice so I don't hold her responsible, but she said that was the best nurses she had. I tell you right now that ER all they'd like to do meaning the nurses is to sit in the middle and gossip all day long. They don't want to help anybody the doctor did, but I think she really knew that, her staff was acting the way they were acting. but management whoever they may be needs to know about these two ladies, especially Le. Trying to bully an 88-year-old man that just is unbelievable. They both need to be fired. read more

Not a place I hope to visit again, but the care we received was exceptional. By far the best experience we have ever had in an ER setting. THe facility is brand new and very clean and inviting. Drew our nurse was very friendly, empathetic and took great care of my son who had a head laceration. Dr Sullivan was very professional, kind and efficient. We are new to the area and this was my first visit to this facility. I can only say wonderful things about the whole experience. I failed to get the name of the gentleman at the front door that greeted me, but he was my first positive vibe for the place. My nurse was Scott and again just genuine, kind and caring. Then I had Dr Fan take care of me. So personable and kind. I had a bleeding ear and he told me that he was not an ENT, but that he was going to go and read some articles to help to diagnose me. I really admire the fact that he didn't just come up with something without researching it. In fact, he did diagnose me and I am on my way to recovery. Then there was Melissa, the admissions clerk, she was laid back and caring and genuine as well. Not a place I hope to frequent, but hands down the best ER experience ever.
