This is a one stop shop. Got X-rays done, staples removed and a clean bill of health. Fron start to finish the staff is amazing. Very efficient che k in process. The medical staff was attentive to my card and needs.

The remodel of this place turned out really great. I arrived today @ 7 a.m. with a broken second toe ( the one next to the big one) It was cool to see that they had 2 large golf carts out front that are so needed when you break something... especially when you park far away... and I have had to deal with that issue back in 2019 when I broke my femur. The golf carts are a great idea! We got there right when the opened @ 7 a.m. the girl working the front desk was very pleasant. I will say the entire staff was really loud and unprofessional because we could hear them chatting about their social lives big time. I mean when your in agony you really could care less and just want to be waited on. I asked the gal at the front desk will I get a actual M.D. or a P.A. and she said a P.A which is totally fine with me I've had PA's that we're better than actual docs in some cases, well this wasn't one of them. I saw the PA sneak in at 7:20. The medical assistant came in and I told her the story of how I broke my toe. Then off to the X-Rays. The were quick but again I had to listen to Al the jibber jabbering about everyone's social life. I mean... Then Matthew Sacht finally graced me and he was speaking so quickly and really didn't make much sense but told me I didn't need to come back at all, this was the good news. I asked the assistant to please write down some instructions for me because I didn't understand all that he said, he was probably in there like 3 minutes. I did ask the assistant if I could please get some photos of the X-Ray and she was very nice and let me get some shots. I could hardly see the break at all which is a good thing. They sold me a shoe for $20 and I forget what exactly what his instructions were because he was giving me the bumb's rush to get me outta there so he could get back to his socializing. He waited on me once before and was was better at his job than that morning. There was, literally no one else in the place but me, even when I left. The E-Ray tech, the receptionist and the medical assistant were all every nice. My advice is keep down the socialization because people that are coming into urgent care are not feeling good. It was amazing to me how much a small break like that hurts. That P.A. gets 1 star.

Nice clean waiting room to be comfortable in.

I have been here before a long time ago for a foot and ankle sprain and again for our youngest daughter when she fractured a toe. The level of attentiveness back then was amazing and hasn't discontinued. I recently had a ganglion cyst removed from my ring finger and I couldn't have been more pleased with the assessment of the issue, to labs done prior, to scheduling, to the level of care from check-in to discharge. I'm not one to get antsy about surgery, but if I did, there wouldn't be a care in the world because of the personalities of all those I engaged. Thank you, ROC, and I'll see you next week for my follow up.

I'd like to give it 5 stars. Had surgery there with Dr Dobbs several times ... actually he performed my surgeries at Renown South meadows. I've every confidence in him Labs staff friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my 3/31/22 surgery was canceled by Renown because of their issues with the anesthesia group they were using and there was no one available for my surgery This is where my issues begin. It took me 10 days to get rescheduled and I felt like I was treated with indifference. I had to keep calling them ... even though they knew how stressed out I was due to the cancellation. I finally got rescheduled but felt like no effort was made to accommodate those who were canceled. I felt like "too bad about the cancellation, now step to the back of the line and wait another 9 weeks!" Seriously!! Ok so I'm going to wait for my new 6/7/22 surgery date. All I had to do was call Renown within 28 days of surgery to do pre-admit & labs. They told me my 6/7 date was canceled too. This caused more stress than you can imagine and 20 phone calls in 10 days to get it straight. I feel the ROC scheduler dropped the ball and a call to get supervisor didn't help much. So only 2 STARS to administrative staff. This was way too much stress for an almost 80 year old. I think all administrative staff working in a medical environment should spend a day or two working with a nurse to learn some compassion!

I suppose it depends on what department you are in. I have a doctor for the arthritis in my wrist;Dr. Kaiser. I have an orthopedist for an old surgery in my neck;Dr.Goz, and I have a different doctor for the problems in my shoulder;Dr. Christianson. It's a very organized business and the new building is gorgeous. Maybe I could have 1 doctor for arthritis! The End!

They care for every patient so well! I didn't feel like a number. The fact that I wasn't rushed and I was listened to was refreshing.

They charge $45 to complete FMLA paperwork. It's literally checking a couple of boxes and faxing it. Fuck you ROC. Never again.

Matt Sacht was an awesome PA who was friendly, knew what he was doing, and put myself and my son immediately at ease.

But when you're greeted by familiar, friendly faces each visit, it truly makes the experience feel far less intimidating. I've been here a few times now, and it really hit me how many incredible nurses I've encountered but never properly acknowledged. In the moment, you're focused on the procedure--but it's the people who leave the lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to Kenya and Jenn for taking such great care of me during both pre-op and recovery. Their calm, attentive approach immediately put me at ease. And to the entire OR team--about 5-6 nurses whose names I didn't have the chance to catch--your professionalism and seamless teamwork did not go unnoticed. Of course, I'm also incredibly grateful to my orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Lundeen, along with Alex Ernst, MD, and Lindsey Whitlock, CFA. Having a team you trust makes all the difference, and I truly felt I was in the best hands. And a very special shoutout to Jen B--my "IV queen." At this point, she recognizes me not just by name, but by face--and that level of familiarity brings instant comfort. She is truly one and done every single time, and I can't thank her enough. To Jen B and all of the amazing nurses here--your compassion, patience, and dedication don't just make a difference... they define the entire experience. Highly recommend this team if you're ever in need of their services. Grateful beyond words.

I highly recommend him for any of your regenerative medicine STEM Cell or PRP injection needs to avoid having invasive surgery. He is a doctor you can trust with over 45 years as an orthopedic surgeon replacing thousands of joints ( hips and knees) in his old life. He has continued to innovate his renegerative medicine methods over the years and helped me stay active . So, wouldn't you rather have an stem cell treatment or PRP injection rather than a joint replacement? I commute from Sacramento to Reno for his treatments and his prices are the lowest I have seen after talking to over 20 doctors. He also does provide phone consultations for free and will be honest about whether or not he thinks he can reallly help you!
