Jenn was wonderful and immediately helped put me at ease. I especially appreciate when a nurse gets my IV on the first try--it may seem like a small thing, but it certainly doesn't go unnoticed! It's always such a strange feeling to go under anesthesia and then wake up with everything already finished. Bette was incredibly calming, kind, and attentive during my recovery, which made the experience much more comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Kaiser for his care and concern in making sure all of my issues were addressed. My gratitude extends to the anesthesiologist and every nurse in the operating room for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent care throughout the entire process. I'm truly thankful for everyone who helped make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Hopefully, this will be my last surgery for a very long time!

Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.

I have known of him since he was at the university of Nevada Athletics Dept as the main Dr. He diagnosed me accordingly and also had me do therapy for full range of motion right away unlike ROC who didn't even mention that. It's tough to get in the schedule but my surgery went successful today. Dr. Pappas was very clear on what he recommended an what should be done didn't feel pressured at all. The entire team and process was done so well and professionally I am so grateful. His assistant Terry is also very professional and I am surprised she isn't a Dr. for the amount of knowledge she has. It felt like they didn't care about patients actual conditions just handing out exercises. They spoke too fast, used terms without explaining anything, and assumed I already knew what I was doing. As a beginner, I felt completely overlooked and they just laugh??? The effect is disjointed, interrupted and a bit disturbing treatment that is skilled but less effective than other more focused and private care. Today I was refused treatment because my blood pressure was volatile, as always, and I had tingly legs and arms, as usual. The difference today was that they measured my blood pressure and realized I was right in what I had told them. They will say they are required to refuse treatment because it is dangerous. It is no more dangerous than other days for me. Dangerous for them perhaps? I got fairly good treatment here, until they realized I had been telling the truth. It took weeks to get an appointment and find a therapy that helped. Then on a day when I really needed help, they refused. This is a no, unless you are young, strong and healthy and your insurance pays on time. My bill got more attention than my health problems today.
