Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.

It's tough to get in the schedule but my surgery went successful today. Dr. Pappas was very clear on what he recommended an what should be done didn't feel pressured at all. As a beginner, I felt completely overlooked and they just laugh??? Although the front desk staff hid it well you can tell they were also dismissive and acted annoyed by basic questions instead of helping when they should be the ones knowing everything not me.
