He did not provide any way to deal with my injury, didn't care or believe that I was injured, refused to offer an MRI and told me I couldn't even take advil or tylenol (and provided no alternative) even though they were the only thing that helped even slightly for the pain. He left me to suffer and belittled my pain telling me "it's not that bad" when I was on the verge of tears because it hurt so much. Luckily I found a doctor who prescribed me physical therapy and is far more educated and respectful than this guy. I'm shocked that Jeffrey Webster is allowed to practice anything in the medical field, given the lack of skill, compassion and knowledge presented. I'm convinced he cheated his way through school. In my opinion, he deserves to lose his license permanently and is the worst kind of doctor.

Jenn was wonderful and immediately helped put me at ease. I especially appreciate when a nurse gets my IV on the first try--it may seem like a small thing, but it certainly doesn't go unnoticed! It's always such a strange feeling to go under anesthesia and then wake up with everything already finished. Bette was incredibly calming, kind, and attentive during my recovery, which made the experience much more comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Kaiser for his care and concern in making sure all of my issues were addressed. My gratitude extends to the anesthesiologist and every nurse in the operating room for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent care throughout the entire process. I'm truly thankful for everyone who helped make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Hopefully, this will be my last surgery for a very long time!

Hands down I hope I never need another orthopedic surgery! But if I did ! It would only be with them! They attend to me with so much care ! All so sweet and kind! The effect is disjointed, interrupted and a bit disturbing treatment that is skilled but less effective than other more focused and private care. Today I was refused treatment because my blood pressure was volatile, as always, and I had tingly legs and arms, as usual. The difference today was that they measured my blood pressure and realized I was right in what I had told them. They will say they are required to refuse treatment because it is dangerous. It is no more dangerous than other days for me. Dangerous for them perhaps? I got fairly good treatment here, until they realized I had been telling the truth. It took weeks to get an appointment and find a therapy that helped. Then on a day when I really needed help, they refused. This is a no, unless you are young, strong and healthy and your insurance pays on time. My bill got more attention than my health problems today.

The first younger one seemed more rushed and more concerned with how many knees he could do in a day and make money. Dr. Boyden had more years experience than the younger first doctor and showed he really cared about the care and procedure he was going to do. He answered all our questions clearly and didn't give this impression he was in any rush, like so many medical people are these days. Scheduling for surgery was clear and timely. Mom's Medicare took care of all the expenses. Dr. Boyden was clear on the pain levels expected after and how long recovery was. The follow up appointments went well and Dr. Boyden was these for support all the way. If I ever have to have a joint replaced, I hope NOT, I'd pick Dr. Boyden.
