I walked in just to see what kind of services they offered and I immediately noticed they had Red light therapy. I use a red light mask daily and love what it does for my skin. If you're wondering what the benefits of Red light is, do a google search or look it up on Reddit under 'Red light therapy" to see what the hype is all about. They were offering a first timer $25 deal for their Red light panels and I couldn't say no. Austin was the associate who was helping me and escorted me to my room where it had 2 large red light panels side by side so I could stand right in between them. There was a place for me to undress and put my clothes down. They also a provided towels and mini goggles to protect my eyes from the light. It was a short session-- just 10 minutes long to stand in the red-light. The light was really bright and warm. To remedy this, they have an electric fan facing you so that you can cool off while you stand there. Overall, I was quite happy with the experience. The facilities were clean and Austin was super friendly + welcoming. Definitely got my red light therapy in for the day and if I ever come back to Reno, I would do this again in a heartbeat. Just a heads up.. It's only $25 for the first time. Price goes up to $50 per session thereafter.

I'm shocked I wasn't sent to collections. I take pride in paying all of my bills so to find out I had this bill and never was contacted for it was baffling. I asked if they could take CareCredit, they don't take it (which is surprising!) It feels like they just want to get money out of me. I understand the provider did a service that I rendered however if they had just spoke to ME in the first place this would have been take care of. In the ladies room, there's only a steam room and sauna. The shampoo and conditioner are poor quality too. The men's room (according to my partner) doesn't even have a steam room. I've visited Dolce about three times, and this past weekend will be my list. You can get a much better experience elsewhere, and for less money. The masseuses are good, but the customer service is just ok. Really wish they'd be more upfront about add-ons, and really wish they'd step up their amenities because the location has potential.
