The Wi-Fi doesn't work, there is no service in the building. I work remotely and can't check my emails, I can't browse the web during pedicure. This is a basic requirement of a salon in 2024. First off... This place is super clean. It doesn't smell like product or nail stink! There are lots of gals working and I always get a smile :) This is my one stop shop! From teeth-whitening to facial, hair cuts and colors, mani and pedis .... even Chiropractic...they have everything I need. I originally found out about this place from a nonprofit event in sparks a few years ago. Some of the girls got together to donate their time and skills to give back to the community(very important to me). Every Time I come in I feel as though I am part of a great big family. The eclectic group of staff and clients always makes me feel good about being a client. They also have a nice beer and wine selection ; wink wink. If you're as OCD and detail-oriented as I am, go to Alicia for your nails. My nails never looked better! I had a big event to go to and because I work on a ranch, my hands look very rough and aged. Last minute I decided to treat myself and I'm sure glad I did. My hands have never been treated with this much care and attention. My rough hands became soft after the hot paraffin treatment at the end and I hardly recognized my hands as my own. My husband even commented and that's a giant compliment in itself! I booked what I thought was a standard facial with Malinis. She used very large uncomfortable gloves that crinckled & made noice as she provided the facial-it was not relaxing. I was shocked to find out afterwards that I owed her $500!!!!!! She continued to call me multiple times afterward to see how my skin was doing. Instead of walking out for $12 I am walking out for over double that and happy with the extra money I am paying. Had my nails done by Kazu today and all I can say is OMG!! She is amazing!! The salon was very nice. I was greeted by a sweet receptionist that offered and brought me a refreshing glass of ice water. The salon is a beautiful "Tuscan" design in the front with plenty of retail. I noticed morraccan oil brand and Biolage. When I was brought to the back of the salon to the Mani/pedi stations it was surprisingly cosy considering the high industrial open ceilings. I did notice that they had at least two pedi stations side by side so if you are looking to go to someplace a little more upscale with a girlfriend I would give this a try. Anyhow about Kazu, I almost hate to leave a review since she is already very busy. But she did an emmaculate job on my nails and is the perfectionist I adore in my nail techs. read more
