Tony, the owner, is wonderful and very friendly every time we're there. My pedicure turned out amazing, very well done and exactly what I was hoping for. This is my far my favorite spot to get a pedicure. The staff is always so amazing, friendly accommodating. They are BUSY so definitely make an appointment. The inside is always so clean and the colors and decor are so pretty. Prices are decent (add $10 to mani / pedi services if you get gel). They offer a complementary drink with your service and I always get the mimosa. They have good quality products and the comfiest massage chairs with a seat warmer option! They give such good massages and I always feel so relaxed and pampered after I leave. Services can be booked online or over the phone. If you enter your number you earn points for each visit and can end up getting $15 off once you reach a certain point limit. I love this place and recommend it to everyone. read more

You all must have low standards for pedicures. I made an appointment for both my daughter and I. We get sat in the chairs. She was getting a gel manicure and pedicure. I was just getting a pedicure. The guy started on me first and I was almost done before another person came over to start her. The massage was just eh. I felt rushed and I have color all over my toes. When I said something to him, he just looked at me and didn't say anything. When I was done he just said ok done and left. It was super awkward because my daughter was still in the pedicure chair and still had her manicure that needed to be done. It is a busy place and I understand that but still customer service should come first with the customer you are working on. I drove from Sparks to come here because of the reviews and I feel like it did not live up to those reviews at all and I'm just really disappointed. Right now I'm sitting in my car because it's so busy in there and no place to sit because they started so late on my daughter and she is not done yet. They're just now doing her manicure. This will be a one and done for me. And now I'm looking at my toes and they're not even painted all the way. I haven't had a pedicure this bad in a long time. read more

I have only received a pedicure here, so I cannot speak for other services. I opted for the deluxe pedicure and had a very pleasant experience. The nail tech took her time, longer than any other nail tech has worked on my toe nails that's for sure! I had my nails cleaned and filed. It was so great! There was so sense of urgency which felt so nice. The salon felt clean and bright and all the staff was very friendly. I can get a cheaper pedicure elsewhere but the quality will be lacking. I have tried so many nail salons around Reno, and this is the best there is! The owners are previous employees of Eden nail salon, a South Reno nail salon I used to frequent. I have been on the hunt for a new salon for sometime and I was pleasantly surprised to know that this location opened up this summer near my work. Not only did they really listen to my nail inspo for my mani pedi, but they also gave me five star treatment that you cannot receive anywhere else in town! I had their golden cloud pedicure, which included everything from cocktails to the usual paraffin wax, hot stones, long massages, steam, warm towels, you name it! I was there for over an hour and I really felt like they paid close attention to my feet. Plus, both my manicurist and my pedicurist made a great effort to get to know me and my weekend plans. As soon as you enter the place, you were greeted with a staff offering you a bottle of water or sweets. When waiting for your services, you can wait in their comfortable mini sofa as it's receiving area. Since they just opened recently, the place is really clean and well lighted. At that time, the staff were friendly. I had a regular manicure (plus nail art), and basic pedicure that includes spa pedicure soaking, nail trimming and cuticle care, hot stone and hot lotion massage, and warm towels wrapping -- it was the best birthday celebration with my friends. This salon is awesome and very inviting. I was really pleased with my pedicure and it has been a while since I have had my pedicure. Most places now are chop shops, where they get you in and out as fast as they can. T and T did not do that. First class service is what they offer. When I came in, I let them know I was not in a hurry and wanted to relax. Andy was so awesome. Not only did he do a great job on cleaning up my nails, but he offered me a bottle of water and allowed me to close my eyes and just enjoy the pedicure. I definitely will go back. I have been going to Tony for years now. I met him when he worked at Eden Nails (he gives the best massages ever!!!) and have followed him ever since. I am so happy to see him and his wife, Tiffany, as they start this new adventure! They care so much about their clients and they always provide top quality services. They also care a lot about using the best products for their customers, so I know my nails are in safe hands with them. The salon is beautiful. Clean and fresh with many brand new chairs. The A/C is strong and perfect on a hot summers day. Their services come with a free drink. Today I chose a margarita on the rocks complete with a salt rim and a fancy lime! Delish! I was also offered a butterfly green tea shot, which I unfortunately had to decline since I had to go back to work. Sounds like they will be doing different drink specials throughout the week. This is really a great spot to pamper yourself and your friends! Today I got a hard gel full set by John. He did a wonderful job! I am very particular with my gel nails. I don't like them very long or very thick and John listened to exactly what I wanted. He filed down the gel so it looks very clean and natural. He was also able to do a fun design by hand. Love love love my nails by John! He did exactly what I asked for. I even suggested that he do a simpler design than the one I showed him, but he said he was up to the task and absolutely nailed it. He gave a nice relaxing massage and full manicure with all the hand drawn designs only took an hour. The drinks are great and the staff is super lovely. Everything is very clean and new. We were given a welcome bag for their opening week and it even came with a nice smelling cuticle oil and hand lotion. The location is super convenient to get to, in the Total Wine shopping center. My friend and I are visiting, and needed a simple pedicure. First of all, the place is gorgeous. New chairs and equipment. Presentation was beautiful. HOWEVER, both of our technicians were not very personable at all. I received no massage at all, my friend did. He barely ran the hot stones over my legs, (one or two passes). Last week, I decided to try a new nail salon near my work and chose T&T because of the high ratings. Very nice looking salon and it was easy to make an appointment. I was excited to enjoy all the treatments and massages. Unfortunately, the pedicure took less than 20 minutes total, and the massage was very short!! They shouldn't advertise a "hot stone massage" if he only grabbed a hot stone and rubbed it on each leg for like 5 seconds. After the service was done, he simply asked me to move without even saying thank you or anything else. I understand it's a busy and popular place, but the service was not good at all. While in Reno, I checked Yelp and found this place. I texted them to see if they had any openings and they were very responsive. We walked in and I was instantly impressed how clean and organized this place was. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They also spoke English very well, which is very helpful for me because I'm hard of hearing. They offered us free drinks and even took a picture of us and gave us a copy. A broken nail later, I was on yelp looking for local nail salons. I feel the most comfortable with my own nail lady, but given the circumstances, this place was great! The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. Ivy ended up helping me with my gel manicure. She was patient and answered all my questions. I know every salon has their own way of doing things so I did appreciate her explaining to me their process as it's different than how my nail lady does things (not a bad thing).
