Instead of trying to change my mind he made me uncomfortable ONCE AGAIN. In a business where you're a male surrounded by women you should know how to be kinder towards them. If she couldn't do what I asked for I would've understood completely and had a basic polish. I understand not everyone is perfect and my problem is not with the lady who did my nails it's with the owner accusing me of taking the polish off with one basic hand wash and the being extremely unprofessional after leaving my last review.
