Yesterday I wanted to treat my daughters to pedicures and this was the only place that was open and available, I had been there several years ago and had a bad experience but had heard that they remodeled and things had changed - WRONG!! We walked in and very rudely were told to wash our hands and pick out a color, while standing in the "lobby" for a about 5 minutes someone (I think Vicky) asked why we were there and I told her we had pedicure appointments at 1:00 pm and she directed us to the chairs, we got settled and I put my feet in the tub and the water was cold - I told the gal doing my pedicure (Lisa) that it was cold, she did nothing and didn't even respond to me. She was very rude, abrupt and rushed, my pedicure started 15 minutes before my daughters and I was finished before them. The chairs were never sanitized after my pedicure and the chair next to me was never sanitized as well, the salon is not clean and they're not practicing social distancing at all. I'll never go back, the best part was when I paid I asked her to add the tip to my credit card and Vicky the owner said we prefer you tip with cash and I told her well I guess nobody will get a tip because I don't have any cash, she roller her eyes at me and rudely handed me my card and receipt. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE!!! read more

I recently had my nails done by another shop. Within 2 days they were starting to lift and looked horrible! I was in a panic since I was leaving the next day to go to my best friends wedding. My sister told me to try Beyond Nails! I was worried because I didn't have time to make an appointment, but I went anyway! When I walked in I greeted with a smile. The women working appeared to be busy but I was told to pick out my nail polish color and it would be just a few minutes. Within 5 minutes I was seated at a station. The nail technician was very gentle. She removed the nails that were lifting and replaced them. She asked what shape and length I wanted my nails to be and did exactly as I asked! She was even able to do a design on my nails from a picture I had brought in! All in all Beyond Nails saved me by fixing the poor work another shop has done! It has been several weeks and my nails still look just as good as the day I walked out of the salon! I will definitely be returning! read more

I recently had a disappointing experience at a nail shop where my nails were not up to my expectations. The shape was uneven, the polish was messy, and overall, I was not happy with the result. I decided to give Beyond Nails a try after hearing some great things, and I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They listened to my concerns about my previous nails and immediately knew how to fix them. The technician was meticulous with the shaping and polish, taking extra care to make sure everything looked flawless. When they were finished, I was blown away by the transformation. My nails looked absolutely perfect--sleek, even, and beautifully polished. I left Beyond Nails feeling so happy with the outcome. They completely turned around what was a frustrating experience elsewhere and gave me the nails I was hoping for in the first place. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants top-quality service and stunning nails! read more

I have been seeing Jolie for over a decade here. She is dependable, always on time managing her appointments and completes my nails professionally with a strong natural look. She has added the perfect designs when requested. She also manages the shop by greeting all who enter and getting them connected to an employee quickly for manicures and pedicures. I can always count on Jolie to fit me in and to take care of whatever I need at each appointment. I have watched Jolie manage the shop and counsel customers on the safety of various products while making sound recommendations to meet their needs. I have also observed her remain calm and attentive when addressing customer complaints which is very rare. Jolie has many clients so if you can, book with Jolie and stay with her read more

I've been going to Beyond nails for the last 19 years. I used to just walk in, but have found it better to make an appointment. I've had many different nail technicians over the years, but have gotten to know and absolutely love both Jolie (acrylic nails) and Lisa (pedicures.) Jolie is so fast and efficient and knows exactly what I like. If I want to change things up she's making suggestions or looking at the pictures I show her and does an amazing job replicating that picture. Lisa gives an amazing pedicure. She is so thorough and gives the best massage. I appreciate their hard work. I look forward to my appointment every three weeks. read more

After many years of using this nail salon I will never go back! On my most recent visit to Beyond Nails the nail tech did the opposite of my request by using gel after I specifically asked her not to. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails painted and they ended up looking nothing like the photo I provided. I asked for the manager and ended up speaking to the owner, who should never deal with customers, due to her lack of customer service. This nail salon then added a tip to my credit card after I said no. I would never again use Beyond Nails, nor would I recommend it to anyone.. read more

Save your hard earned money and don't come here. I was just charged $30 for a builder gel removal and even after asking repeatedly to have all of the product REMOVED, I still have bits of gel and nail polish after leaving. Not to mention Vicky was extremely rude, she kept insisting I should get a new set and tossed/threw her tools when I told her I didn't want a new set and when I asked her politely if she could remove EVERYTHING. I went from red nails on both my feet/hands to clear and I literally still see red all over the sides. $80 dollars down the drain. read more

Right now with everything going on I have found Myself with some time so I am posting some overdue reviews. The owner here and Vicky is extremely kind and nice and accommodating. She tries to help everybody. I've never had a bad experience there. And I am extremely picky I think the customer service should be number one priority people should be treated with respect and she feel welcomed. There are a lot of places that I can find things wrong with and this is not one of them. I am very impressed with with their worth ethic. read more

I went in for a Deluxe pedicure. The lady never gave me the massage. Had me wait 30 minutes with paraffin wax on my feet telling me she would supposedly come and massage me. When I complained to the owner she was rude said that I got a discount from a deluxe pedicure to a regular one. Money wasn't an issue for me I didn't need a discount I wanted the massage that came with the original pedicure I went in for. The owner is nasty and doesn't care about customer service. read more

I'm writing this review from my boyfriends Yelp because mine is not working, but I have been going to this salon for about a year or so. I started going to Hannah and she is amazing!! The place is always busy but they run pretty efficiently. I have always hated going to salons and waiting forever to get my nails done so this place is perfect for me! In and out in an hour with some pretty gorgeous nails! Here's a picture if you don't believe me! I love this place! read more

Great service and quality. The staff is always welcoming. love the vibe!! Vicky is funny, honest and wants to save her customer money if she can. Ginger is helpful, kind and always willing to go above and beyond to help the clients. There has never been a time that I walked into the shop and not been greeted with "hello, how can i help? Manicure or pedicure and asks to see my nails. I've been to other shops but i wont go anywhere else! read more

I scheduled an appointment for two friends and myself. We were taken in promptly, we all enjoyed our pedicures. Our entire legs and feet felt pampered. The three women that cared for our feet, JoAnne, Le, and Lila were professional, friendly and funny. Many reviewers commented on cleanliness issues I did not see anything to substantiate those comments. All of us would go back again. read more

I came in here to get a full nail set, I was looking for something different from the square nails I usually get. I showed Paul (he is only man work here, I think ) a picture of what I was looking for and he pretty much nailed it. .I love them, they are not big on conversation which kinda makes time seem to go so slow but I got beautiful nails. Good job Paul ! read more
