This was a hard pass for me. I ordered a ciabatta breakfast sandwich with bacon and it was not good. The bread was so so dry and stale (not toasted, dry and stale) that it was difficult to bite into. Kinda like it was put into the microwave with no cover and over microwaved. I could say that maybe it was an off day, but the fact that it was even sold like that was concerning enough that I won't be back. I also didn't particularly care for the sandwiches being put in plastic boxes. While it's a nice presentation it seems wasteful. Service was very prompt, efficient and polite. I had such a great experience at Better Buzz today, and it was all thanks to Spencer! He was outside taking drive-thru orders on the handheld device, and there was a bit of a delay because the Wi-Fi wasn't cooperating. Even though it clearly wasn't his fault, Spencer stayed so patient, kind, and positive the entire time while helping us. After finally getting our order in, he went above and beyond and covered our tab, which was completely unexpected and incredibly generous. Fabulous! Everything here is fabulous! The drinks are amazing, the food is fresh and delicious and the staff is genuinely happy to see you! Especially Kahlil Taylor. When I finally asked about my order, they said they had to take care of the drive-through first. The drinks were then made in under a minute. I hadn't been to a coffee shop to do work in awhile but I met a friend here recently and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is nice and inviting and the baked goods are really great. I ended up waking up early motivated to get some work done and was happy to see they were open at 5am so I came in again today and I was glad I did. Popped in on a not-so-busy Saturday night, maybe an hour and a half til closing time. Walked up, said hello, and was dismissed. Didn't realize she was taking an order on her headset so I patiently waited. When that order concluded, I continued to wait and was never acknowledged. She continued to take two more orders on her headset behind the register with me standing right there. Maybe there was a separate cashier who was supposed to help with the walk-ins? Or maybe I walked in too late and the registers were closed? It was only about 6:30 PM, so I don't know. When I left, I checked the drive thru and it was empty, so maybe the drive thru orders take priority. read more

We used the drive through. Friendly and fast service. The girl who took our order was super sweet. I ordered the candy cane latte and asked for it less sweet, which was perfect. My bf got the pumpkin latte with extra pumpkin, which was great and tasted like it had real pumpkin puree (not sure if it actually does, but it tastes like it - much better than the chemical-tasting pumpkin spice syrups most coffee shops use). Our three dogs got pup cups, which were each garnished with a milk bone cookie (I realized afterward that I should've gotten a close up of the cups before the dogs got them). Just went back for the second time today (2/25 @ 7:45am) and when I walked in I was greeted by a young man. He asked if I had a rewards and I asked him how I would sign up. He responded with all the info and just as I started to order the Barista gave him some serious attitude about working on phone orders. He politely told me he would be back with me shortly and then I heard her ask "you didn't already help him, what were you doing!?". He politely responded "I was explaining the rewards to him" and kept helping her. I walked out after 4 mins with a line behind me and cars stacked in the driveway. Management needs to appropriately staff and give that woman (likely manager given how quickly he complied with her) some customer service training. I'd call that experience a Buzz Kill! read more

100% strongly recommend trying their coffee and pastries if you have not already! We had such a wonderful time there today. The ambiance is so cute, clean, comfy and spacious. The coffee is literally one of the best I've ever had at a coffee shop. It's perfectly balanced between strong, sweet and creamy. We ordered the banana pudding cream latte. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Kat made sure we had an amazing experience and brought us a chocolate loaf slice on the house with such a sweet smile and demeanor. This location was extremely unorganized and nothing like the well-run Orange store. Their drive-through process makes no sense -- you're required to order with an employee standing outside the lane instead of using the menu board, which completely blocks traffic. Other cars couldn't get through and had to wait. When I first pulled up, I wasn't aware of this policy and moved forward slightly. The employee taking orders spoke to me in a very rude, stern tone, saying "you need to stop right here," which immediately felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I decided not to order and pulled forward behind another car as I wasn't going to interface with her anymore. She acted entitled and that's not acceptable I run a whole division at a billion dollar company building ingratitude and the people that work for me know even with off days they show customers, internal stakeholders with respect. This is warned once with me, you do it again your getting let go or a bad performance review with corrective action. At that point, the same employee walked up to my car, leaned into my open window, and repeatedly said "excuse me" in a raised, aggressive tone, insisting I order. I told her I was going to go around instead. She stormed off. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won't be returning to this location. read more
