Beware of bait and switch. Went to check out a 65" Samsung tv (QN70f) at $799. Sales guy showed it and then showed another tv that was a step up and listed at a higher price at $1199, but told me it was $899. (S85f) Beautiful picture, whole 9 yds. I questioned the cost twice and he confirmed $899. No "on sale" tag. Agreed on the purchase and went to the register where he loaded a tv on a cart. The model number on the box didn't look right to me so I went back to the display that he showed me to confirm (S85f) He put a Samsung S84f on the cart, which was not at all the same tv he showed me!! I was in CH Best Buys July 21st around 6pm ish. A young black gal was extremely helpful and very smart. I don't know her know but she at a singular desk with one seat up front . I asked for helped with connecting my Beats ear buds to my new SAMSUNG PHONE. I wanted her to know that eventually that night I did connect snd she was very very helpful. I will never shop at this store again. I was given false information about a promotion when opening a best buy credit card. The credit card statement period ended ONE day after opening the card and I received my first bill before the card even came in the mail. Customer service on the phone is terrible. They have bad information, and they are unable to provide me with my account number (so I can pay the bill online) or connect me with any associates at the store. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I have been shopping at various Best Buys from the very beginning. Not all are created equal. In my experience, it seems that the company is on a fast track down as far as the in-store experience is concerned. From my experience at this Cherry Hill location, the staff on the floor is helpful if you have questions. But the problem is in the speed of the checkout process. It took me 15 mins to be able to purchase one item. They lack the help they need at the registers, which don't even exist if you're looking for them. (TIP: it is labeled as "customer service.") Good luck if you have to stand in line because it might take forever to check out and be on your way. Not sure if it has always been like that at this location or is just a reflection of the current COVID economy. But either way, it's not a good look for Best Buy's in-store experience overall. I don't know if it's just this particular location but every time I go to Best Buy it seems like half of the inventory is out of stock. In an attempt to shop B&M it's a bit frustrating to either not find what you are looking for due to it being out of stock or being forced to pick from slim pickings. On the flip side, staff is usually friendly and helps you find what you need (out or what they have). The aisles are wide and inventory is laid out in a manner that doesn't make finding things confusing. The stores have made the checkout process more efficient. Also I appreciate the fact that the store takes electronics to recycle. The reasons for knocking stars: -customer service always seems to take forever -lack of inventory -the return policy is very limited, 15 days for standard and a month if you qualify for the My Bestbuy Elite program (which requires $1500 in annual Best Buy purchase). read more

I would have given it more stars, but they should be careful of the products they sell. I'm sure it's not just this Best Buy, but probably all of them. They have this Insignia top loader washing machine that is pure junk. The first one that was delivered leaked from the bottom and it was replaced with an identical one...which also leaks from the bottom. They have to come back and take these machines back and I'm going to go with a different manufacturer....going with the Samsung. I read the reviews on the Insignia and it was mixed reviews, but the majority told how it leaks from the bottom. It was a gift, so I didn't get to read the reviews as I would if I bought it myself. If your into high end items this is your place. Most of the mall is high end stores like Goocci and the regular everyday type stores the prices are jacked up because of the area. I come here once in a while strictly for the Apple store and wouldn't even do that if the Apple store in AC was still open. The mall lay out is weird and if you've never been here or haven't been in a while it'll keep you guessing where you've been and where your going. The mall is clean and has a modern feel and they have actual police on site along with security. With the exception of the Apple store nothing here makes me feel like I want to come back. read more

Please avoid Best Buy Cherry Hill at all costs. My wife and I purchased a new refrigerator, washer and dryer from Best Buy. The dryer was delivered and does not work. We made the purchase three weeks ago. Today, it was supposed to be replaced and the delivery driver called and said he doesn't have the dryer. We have two little kids, we have been trying to get the dryer fixed or replaced for three weeks. Best Buy tells us they use a 3rd Party for delivery. Best Buy tells us they cannot help. Stopped by Best Buy Cherry hill on route 70 near Wegmans with my family because my husband was interested in buying headphones. However were in there for a good 20min and no one asked us if we needed any help. Finally got a gentleman to help us and I kindly asked him if he could just help us and get us the flex beats wireless headphones he said it was a special key and he would be right back. As we waited for him to grab the key a woman walks up and asked him for his help and he helped her and never returned back to us. Ordered a microwave online said it was in stock and there were three. Said I could pick up next day. Received no emails about this transaction at all. Log on says order is processing. Finally had enough call up customer service which is in some foreign country. No one there has a clue end up canceling order. Then get an email saying order will be in a month from now. I cannot begin to recount the madness that is dealing with this store. We purchased a new gas range a week before Christmas . It was scheduled to be delivered and installed on 12/24. Yes it was delivered...to MY LIVING ROOM. As the old electric range was still in..the delivery men couldn't connect the new gas range due to the need for a gas shut off at the range site. We had to call a plumber who installed that the next day. Through the holiday I had a gas range sitting in my living room. Now New years is over Best Buy rescheduled the install. They came today 1/2. The men put the new range in place..but cannot connect it! They tell us the fitting the store sent is the wrong size and they cannot do anything. I have had to call a plumber again. Believe me...this is the LAST appliance We will ever get from Best Buy. One more thing...don't bother to call...no one ever answers phone there. read more

I am very disappointed in this company. I was looking to spend approximately $4000 on a new TV and printer for my computer. I am a handicapped individual and I wanted to speak to an individual regarding the purchase. I wanted to go to the one in Cherry Hill. I waited over 20 minutes on hold to speak to a manager or a salesman. One person picked up and put me on hold again and that was the end. I guess I'll try to purchase it somewhere else. Even by this retailer's abysmal customer service standards, this store's staff struggles to offer common courtesy. Drove for close to an hour in freezing rain to this location because a Best Buy phone rep insisted the laptop I wanted was in stock there even though it was listed as out of stock on the website. The snotty guy at the pickup counter was startlingly happy to tell me they didn't have the item and the manager was so utterly indifferent about my experience he excused himself to go take a nap. At least at the Best Buy near my house the staff doesn't tell you to go f*** yourself like this store's did. I have been calling around all week for the iPhone 6 for my mother. She has AT&T and it has been a nightmare locating one. Yesterday I finally located one at Walmart. I had previously visited this Walmart two days before and their system was down. The representative could not tell me why he was unable to process the upgrade and there was no trouble shooting. It made we want to find a quiet corner and sob. I know it sounds like I'm over exaggerating but if you spend a whole week looking for a phone you will understand. Back to best buy. I always go to best buy mobile for my sprint needs and I honestly don't know why they didn't come to mind. I came in and even though it was pretty packed they had a rep review your plan and options before you went to the counter. My mother was up and running with her new phone in less than an hour! Every once and a while I'll be talking with folks about hoe stores like Best Buy continue to exist. CompUSA's demise was what many in my industry took as a sign of the impending death of the mortar and brick electronics industry in favor of online shopping and overnight delivery. To a point I agree. I hate the fact that the exact same component gets a 10% markup for MAC users. (Seriously, I took a friend of mine back and forth across the floor and showed him the exact same ethernet card marked 10% more just because it was in MAC packaging). But then, when you need something NOW, as I did the other day when I upgraded a workstation at my office to Windows 7 and suddenly found out the video card was not up to snuff, they fill the need. Plus, there are times when I want to look at something before I buy it to see what the design/feel/wow factor really is. They certainly have enough staff working at this location. There were easily ten associates hanging around the computer section and they were eager to assist. I was able to find what I wanted and they even gave me a coupon out of the circular for 10% off. After a shipping mix up ordering a Chomecast directly from Google, and a less-than-positive experience with their customer service team, I was really frustrated. On a whim, I checked Best Buy online to see if they would be able to ship it quicker than Google and to my surprise, it was in stock in Cherry Hill. Given, it was 10:30am on a Friday, so the store wasn't busy, but the girls at the internet pickup counter were friendly and efficient. The store was clean and easy to manage. Just your run of the mill Best Buy. If you're not familiar with Best Buy by now, I don't know what you're doing on the internet. Anyway, the usual... cell phones, cameras, dvds, and cds (who is still buying CDs?) in the middle. Flat screen tvs and audio equipment on the right side of the store. Appliances to the left and computers at the back. This particular Best Buy does not have a musical instrument selection like a few of the other stores in the area have ventured into (see Moorestown location). They do have a very small Magnolia for higher end audio and video. It's Best Buy... service is hit or miss... the store is fairly clean and quiet. The parking lot is sometimes atrocious thanks to the Wegmans spill over from next door. read more

This is, by far, the worst Best Buy I've ever been to. I went there to look at car stereos, and stood there for twenty minutes, just trying to get an associate's attention. It's not like they were busy, they were just messing around. I asked several to help me, but they just said 'I don't work in car stereo' and walked away. Finally, an associate came over with another customer, and acknowledged that she'd be 'right with me.' She dealt with the other customer, then walked off with her. I waited another 10 minutes, then walked away. I tried to find a manager to complain, but...she was on break! I'll take my business to the Mount Laurel Best Buy. I am a full time student with two jobs who is frequesntly exhausted and pressed for time. I stopped in Best Buy at cherry hill after working 10 hours for two simple things, a car charger, and movie. I walked in and a young lady Desiree approached me quickly but calmly which I appreciate because I dont like that anxious energy some pushy sales personal expel that makes you want to run away. She was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, just everything I needed and I made this account just because I wanted to praise her more than a verbal tip for ending my work day and night so pleasantly. Usually Best Buys have lots of employees strolling around ready to answer questions, not here. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but it was really hard to find someone to help us. As a matter of fact, no one did end up helping us. I wanted to buy an ipod case but the shelves were poorly stocked, maybe if someone had been around to help I would have had my questions answered.
