    We lucked out and found an employee, Steven, right away. He answered all of our questions and was super nice to boot. We were in and out within 25 minutes! Happy daughter :)

    I don't know if it's just this particular location but every time I go to Best Buy it seems like half of the inventory is out of stock. In an attempt to shop B&M it's a bit frustrating to either not find what you are looking for due to it being out of stock or being forced to pick from slim pickings. On the flip side, staff is usually friendly and helps you find what you need (out or what they have). The aisles are wide and inventory is laid out in a manner that doesn't make finding things confusing. The stores have made the checkout process more efficient. Also I appreciate the fact that the store takes electronics to recycle. The reasons for knocking stars: -customer service always seems to take forever -lack of inventory -the return policy is very limited, 15 days for standard and a month if you qualify for the My Bestbuy Elite program (which requires $1500 in annual Best Buy purchase).

    This is the Insignia 4.1 Cu ft high efficiency top loader washer. This is definitely a low quality machine.

I think this is a scam the salesman and the installer are working. I'll be going to the BBB and NJ Consumer Affairs about ALBO. Wish I had gone to PC Richard or Best Buy instead of ALBO.

That level of professionalism and accountability really impressed me. While the repair didn't fix the problem, they stood behind their work and made it right. The problem is Fergusons has grown too big and forces customers to work through their website: Build.com. That website needs work. 1) It's fickle-- sometimes it recognized my email address, sometimes it didn't. 2) ordered pulls took three weeks to arrive; some never arrived at all. 3) returning is a rip-off: each knob comes with its own return fee: a $10 knob costs $7.95 to return. And they won't let you send them all back in the same box; each order is a $7.95 return fee. My salesperson never informed me of this. Reaching your salesperson by phone is a chore, as the phone answering company for the Cherry Hill Store is located in Lansdown, PA. Calls are rerouted-- your phone doesn't recognize the incoming call, etc. It was a time-consuming mess. Also, I tried to buy a $1,500 lighted medicine cabinet; it was more complicated than surgery. Questions had to go through the salesperson who contacts the rep, and then has to get back to me. Now factor in web issues and off-site call centers. And when you do finally connect, no solutions or alternative products are offered, and you've wasted a month. Finally, Ferguson's sends a "how did we do?" survey, but when I went to provide feedback, I got a window saying that my time to do so had expired. Absolutely infuriating. I've found another source for my 6-figure renovation--a streamlined, "family run" place that actually knows what customer service is.

The lot is limited due to it's in a massive shopping center. Twice, we went and had no issues with finding a place to park. Heading inside, the set up and layout is exactly like every other Home Depot I've visited from Hawaii, to California, to North Carolina and Florida. So I knew exactly where to go. Aunty used the buggy and we browsed the home lock and hardware section. Went over to Home appliances and made a long Christmas list for Santa. We even stopped to check put the huge Halloween display set up at the from off the store. Excellent way to get your steps in for the day! Checking out was a nightmare. It's self checkout, which is okay. They need to take a few tips from Walmart in order to get this Area right. The young lady is telling you enter to go check pot based on if you're partying cash or card. The confusion comes in when you're directing 2-3 people to the same register.
