I was having a hard time grasping the issue with my phone line, but he patiently explained it in different ways until I understood. Sky also helped me understand the protection plan and how it's actually layered so you can save money by buying only the parts you want. I didn't even know this was an option. For 5 days and several frustrating calls to the customer service number with no success, I went into this store and was blessed to be helped by Kyree, the store manager. He was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He stayed 45 mins after the store closed and his employees left to make sure my mom's phone was activated. As a business owner, I understand the importance of remarkable customer service. Veri.on is lucky to have Kyree on their team. I would hire him in a minute!

After being fed-up with my current cell service and its very high prices, I decided to give this place a try. After all, if they have Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile, they must know the deals for all and be able provide suggestions. My husband and I met with assistant manager Bill, who was wonderful. He listed to our needs and concerns and suggest a cell plan without bias or pushy salesmanship (that I have experienced in typical mobile service stores). He stayed with us through the store's closing time to ensure that our phones were fully transferred and helped us with everything that we needed without being pushy. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is sick of the games that the wireless companies are playing.

After in which the man at the store couldn't do he gave me the discounts a few days later to offset what they wouldn't do at the store.. thank God for this gentleman as he saved his company from me going to Verizon.
