I was having a hard time grasping the issue with my phone line, but he patiently explained it in different ways until I understood. Sky also helped me understand the protection plan and how it's actually layered so you can save money by buying only the parts you want. I didn't even know this was an option. After all, if they have Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile, they must know the deals for all and be able provide suggestions. My husband and I met with assistant manager Bill, who was wonderful. He listed to our needs and concerns and suggest a cell plan without bias or pushy salesmanship (that I have experienced in typical mobile service stores). He stayed with us through the store's closing time to ensure that our phones were fully transferred and helped us with everything that we needed without being pushy.
