This is a big store inside the Cherry Hill Mall. There were two floors. Most of the apparels (men, women, kids), jewelry, cosmetics and watches sections were on first floor. Second floor had the home good products and customer service. At the first floor indoor entrance, they had the ebar. While walking around the store, I noticed it was very well organized and super clean. The kids area seemed to be smaller than other locations. Men's and women's apparel sections had lots of items on sale for their "Anniversary Sale" special. Had a makeup appointment at this Nordstrom and got there a little early to do some browsing around and wouldn't you know it, I landed in the shoe department lol. Great selection of shoes and sneakers and the customer service was on point (as always). My makeup appointment with Lola was AMAZING so it was overall a great trip to Nordstrom. read more

The customer service at Nordstrom is excellent! I came for an online order pick up. I was told I had til 4/12 when I called. Apparently if it expired on 4/12, it gets put back that morning. The sales associate at the pick up was super nice and apologetic. She went into the store to look for the dresses on the racks and she found them! Rose another sales associate was also very nice. She set me up in a dressing room. She also had the tailor come for alterations. Anna, the tailor, was amazing! She was able to alter the top part of the dress to fit better. She explained the process of payment. If you purchase items at Nordstrom, there is a free tailoring service! You pay with your Nordstrom card then receive the amount in Nordstrom Notes. You do have to use the notes at Nordstrom, Rack or online. At almost $100 for the alterations, I'm happy to have the $$$ to treat myself! The store is bright, clean and has nice displays. The dressing rooms were also clean. Bathrooms for women are in the second level. read more

I went into Nordstrom yesterday to find a wedding guest dress. The store was very clean and had lots of dresses available. I did one find one dress I liked however they only had one size. The employee working in the dress section was extremely friendly and helpful. She said they could expedite shipping for free to get it in time. Where should I start. Was hitting a wall finding a dress for my sons wedding on the beach in September. Finally decided to try Nordstrom's In cherry hill NJ. I requested an appointment with a stylist. Melissa was my stylist and she was perfect. Melissa's Put together many dresses she thought would work for me. After Melissa ordering many more dresses for me, I finally found the perfect dress for the occasion. Melissa helped with everything , my bag, my accessories and shoes. At the end of the experience I had everything I needed to feel confident at the wedding. Thank young Melissa and Nordstroms for making a mother of the groom feel special. Staffing here is always attentive without being pushy, the racks are always neat and orderly and the selections are always well above average for a department store. I would s ay that Nordstrom is my favorite department store, potentially my favorite store in general (besides Wawa). I recently moved to Philly and was somewhat bummed that the there is no location in Center City. There's a Nordstrom Rack, but in terms of selection, it's not a great location. I had an underwhelming experience at this store. I went to return a gift and exchange for gift card. I looked around the Men's Department for at least 15 minutes before I found someone that I assumed worked there. She was very helpful but not super friendly. They get three stars because their fall collections had just been stocked and the selection looked amazing. I love Nordstrom but this location seems to be lacking. They have always done such a great job of catering to customers, I though they would be fine post-Covid. However, if this is a sign of things to come, I may do most of my shopping online (with free shipping/returns). read more

I recently bought on impulse a pair of Men's sneakers in Cherry Hill, NJ. while online I saw the sneakers were marked down & called Nordstrom.com to get a price adjustmen. I was told as the sneakers were purchased in the store, Nordstrom.com could not make a price adjustmen! I would have to go back to the Cherry Hill store (i live in Philly) & speak to a salesperson (or try to call the store, which never picks up the phone). Yet another reason not to shop in store & Nordstrom loses a future impulse purchase as this customer will not be buying at Nordstrom Retail. read more

They boast high-end name brands, and even their sleek & modern mannequins are "dressed" to the 9's! The jewelry carried rivals your Kay's, Zale's, Helzberg, for sure! Simply BEAUTIFUL! The Moorestown location is going out of business - I thought that maybe this one was too. (It isn't). Years ago I bought black "burn out" pants on sale here - I'd love to find them again. What can I say about my absolutely favorite place to shop? Firstly, customer service here is outstanding. They don't bombard you or hassle you to make a purchase, but if you need their help they are so great. In the dressing room, they will check on you and get you new sizes really quickly if needed. They will also give recommendations on similar styles and bring them to you. It is very clean and chic in here. This store is HUGE. There is so much to shop for! Their shoe selection is great. My favorite place to shop if you're trying not to break the bank is at the top of the escalator and to your diagonal left at Top Shop. The only sad thing is Nordstrom stopped selling Gucci bags and belts here and I am really disappointed about that. I bought all of my Gucci merchandise here. It's that time of the year - the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale so of course I had to splurge on a few jackets - I ordered them online and placed them for pickup at this location. By the time I ventured my way here, another jacket I ordered was delivered to my house. I brought it with me to return. I went to the order pickup section first and received my jackets very quickly - I was even able to return it there if I wanted to but I wanted to browse the store before making a final decision. I then returned the jacket that was delivered to my house and this station was cluttered with items and boxes. I wasn't surprised because it's a crazy time in this store then. The associate was very pleasant and the return was very quick. I then browsed the store to see if they had another jacket in stock because it ran out online (yes, I have a jacket addiction!) and unfortunately they didn't but the sales associate was super sweet and very easy to talk to. read more

When my Nordstrom catalogs come in the mail, I most look forward to sniffing the pages of out-of-my-price-range perfume and pretending I could actually afford to buy some. It's much of the same in the store. Every now and again, I'll buy a pair of jeans, or a shirt, or a pair of shoes, but with sky high prices, I really have to watch my budget. In other store news, Nordstrom's bathrooms are just awesome. They're always clean, the set up allows for the least amount of germ spreading and there's even a comfy lounging area. When I stop into the mall, I generally park in the garage and walk through Nordstrom first, admiring quietly and hoping for sale signs! read more

Throw away the whole shoe department team. The employees here are almost as bad as employees at the motor vehicle agency. Here's why: I went here in search of a few things. I chose to go here out of all other places that carry what I was looking for. Doctor Martens boots and Uggs. Both were on display and I wanted to try them on. I looked around to see if anyone is available to help me. There were four employees standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. It was not busy at all. Seemed like no one wanted to work. So I approached the group and said excuse me and what did I get in return? An eye roll from one of them. I immediately put everything down and walked away. I work in customer service and I know what it's like working with people. I understand if they were having a bad day or something, but I was nice when I approached them. It almost seemed like I was the one working. read more

Coming on the first day of the sale is always a good idea as you'll have first pick! The sale items are sectioned off in the respected departments within the store. The drapery makes it feel somewhat exclusive! Prices can be slashed up to 50%! You'll find some really great deals and each hangtag will have the original and sale price so you know just how much you saved. The only way to receive the sale price however is to put it on your Nordstrom card. If you don't have one you can sign up for one there or if you don't do credit cards, just grab a friend who has one and bring cash along to pay them back. Customer service here is always top notch. Not so SAVVY... I have always been a big time devotee of Nordstrom. I can't even bare to think of how much money I've dropped in this store stretching from coast to coast. Don't get me wrong...I will always be a fan, but this particular Nordies is a disappointment...more specifically the SAVVY (aka: edgy, of-the-moment looks for the confident, fashion-forward woman) designer department. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and professional which is absolutely wonderful, but I gotta say...their inventory is always really low. I can come a month later after a previous visit and it's the same stuff (maybe a few new items) but the racks are still low and starting to thin out. The Topshop area is always packed with great stuff as is T.B.D., so why not SAVVY? I would think that this Cherry Hill location caters to a more affluent customer base and a plethora of fashionistas like me, but I'm not sure...it's slightly mind-boggeling. And if you're wondering if maybe I'm hitting it off-season...not so. I come here at ALL times of the year. Don't worry CH Nordies, I'm not giving up on you because I love all of your other departments, but I'm really hoping that y'all can get a little more SAVVY in your inventory management. While "running errands" at Nordstrom last week*, I suddenly recalled Andrea T.'s testimonial that the red velvet cupcakes from the coffee shop on the first floor were pretty fab. Sure enough, when I walked into the cafe they were lined up behind the glass, waiting to be taken to a good home. The cupcakes were small for $2.50 a pop but if those little suckers weren't dense... They made for the perfect dessert, enjoyed on my couch and in my jammies with my favorite guy. *LOVE my new top! read more

You are not going to believe me when I tell you this, but the red velvet cupcake in the cafe/coffee shop by shoes and perfume on the first floor is awesome. The frosting is your standard cream cheese, but it's whipped and airy and almost has a shell like outside like a meringue. With little licks of chocolate on top. The cake is dense and richly chocolate flavored. The sucker is going to make your fingers, teeth, tongue and anything it comes in contact with red, but it's worth it. p.s. when you are done just go to one of the makeup counters and spritz your hands with alcohol read more

The store was very clean and impressive when you first walk in but that's where the good new stops. High end, tacky and uninviting. Never shopped here and probably never will. The store jacks the prices of every item and stock is limited. There was nothing in this store that I felt like I needed or wanted and is obviously targeting a curtain type of consumer. Employees are unengaging and try more to avoid you then help you in anyway unless youre a 70yr man in a sport jacket and a rolex. Unless your goal in life is to spend as much money as you can before you die, just stay away. read more

I love Nordstrom! This is one of my favorite stores to shop in. They always have the latest styles in clothes, purses, shoes and etc! I love shopping in their junior section because of their prices. The prices are pretty reasonable and the clothes are great for ages 18-50! The workers are nice and it is very easy to navigate. Also, if you have to make a return it is so simple! You go right by the shoes and they have a return counter. If you are looking for something new, hip, and chic then Nordstrom is your place! Oh and they have a great food and coffee too! read more

Love shopping here. This location is convenient and has tons of stuff. Customer service is impeccable. Parking is sometimes a hassle but ok after a few runs. Lol. Let's talk shoes. Their shoe selection here is huge. I find some of the cutest styles for a great price. Can't complain about shoes here. Dresses: the selection at this location is rather on the small side. They tend to have more occasions then any other style of dresses. Purses: A great selection here but I think they sell out very often. Shelves are usually empty. Lol. Better luck next time. Lol. My friends and I were in the lady's shoe department looking to purchase new sandals. We noticed that the Gucci sandal I wanted to purchase online was on display. We went over to look. As we were comparing it with a nearby sandal, a male who is older-looking, causasian employee snatched the sandal and gave it to a nearby customer. As someone who workped in multiple retail stores, I found that to be super disrepectful. He needs more training and improve his customer service skill. He could've certainly asked us if he can show it to his customer but nope! I don't want to say that he was being discrimatory because we weren't well dresses and looked young. However, it does come off that way. I typically shop at the Nordstrom located in Christiana but my friends wanted to come Cherry Hill today. Needless to say, if this is how the employees act at this location, no one would want to shop here. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Nordstrom for the past 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is superb and return policy is amazing. I've read reviews about their cafe being great but I was not impressed at all to say the least. I'd compare it Panera's but way lower quality and customer service. They carry the best selection of kids shoes here. I'm a little sad they stopped carrying some of the higher end designer brand heels here such as YSL but check out Nordstrom.com. They have it all on there. Parking is great and they even have a huge multiple level drive In lot you can park in if you prefer that over their regular parking lot read more

Came here for some holiday shopping with specific items in mind. Got there only to be disappointed with the pathetic collection of cufflinks the store carries. That's what I get for not going to the one at King of Prussia. Thankfully, I met a great salesperson there (Sean H.) who was kind enough to help my mom and I find the items we needed despite their limited selection. He was very patient with the both of us (we can get a little crazy sometimes) and made sure we were able to pick out the nice quality gifts we wanted. He also knew a lot about the higher end designers/ items we were looking for. He was never pushy with trying to make a sale either which is rare in a salesperson who makes money off commission. He was genuine and found what we needed. I will definitely be returning to the store solely to shop with Sean in the future. read more

This review is No Boys Allowed, because it's about Nordstrom's lingerie department. Unless you are a boy who enjoys wearing a bra... In that case, don't let ME stand in the way of your perfect fit... I met my mom at Nordstrom this afternoon so she could model a dress that she was considering buying for my wedding. The dress was great, but needed the right bra. The dress department sales woman (who was very helpful to my mom while she was dress shopping) offered to get someone from lingerie to help out. I can't say enough nice things about the service we received from the lingerie attendant. She was friendly and made us both feel comfortable immediately (and we're dealing with semi-nudeness here, so that is very important)! She measured my mom's band size, disappeared, and then returned with bras in a few different cup sizes for my mom to try. Once she isolated the correct band/cup combination, she disappeared again and returned with a slew of different styles in that size. She helped my mom in and out of each bra, double-checking fit and adjusting straps each time. Each time there was one that fit really well, my mom would try it with the dress and they'd go from there. My mom's trip ended in her finding the perfect bra for her dress, plus a few great everyday bras. But our outing didn't stop there. My mom asked the woman to help me, as well. This started with another measurement and another slew of bras brought into the dressing room. She helped patiently as I tried on, oh, probably 30 different styles, offering her opinion on each. I finally settled on 5: a strapless for under my wedding gown, a cute matching set (which my mom embarrassingly suggested I should save for my honeymoon!) and three perfect-fitting everyday options. And SCORE: Except for the wedding strapless, the rest were on sale! Now, Nordstrom being Nordstrom, even the sale items are higher than average, or about what a Victoria's Secret bra costs at regular price. However, I have purchased bras at VS before, and I've never been given the level of personal attention that I was given at Norstrom. What's more, even their more expensive bras have never held up that great for me. According to my sales woman, they receive a lot of training to do what they do, and that was evident in her knowledge of the many brands and styles that they carry in the store. Also, Nordstrom is excessively picky when it comes to the quality of brands they will carry in their stores, so I feel that although I definitely spent some dough, I received products that will last. I will definitely go back next time I have any kind of lingerie need or want! read more

Nordstrom is a beautiful addition to the gorgeous revamp of Cherry Hill Mall. I can pretty much do all of my shopping in this one store, if I've got the big bucks, that is. My accessory heartstrings never fail to be plucked by Nordstrom's decadent selection of bags, shoes, jewelry and perfumes. Staff members are sweet and helpful, even when I've had them fetch 10 pairs of shoes or spritz 10 fragrances or unlock 10 cases of jewels. If all that pampering tires you out, grab a cup of coffee at the downstairs cafe or a more substantial bite at the one upstairs. read more
