Korean & Japanese food fusion food. Their menu has very big selections from noodles to rice or sushi. I love their bento box because they have a little of everything. Tasty, crispy and savory with little sodium. Not as salty as most of places. Food is ready within 5 minute. Portion is good for two people. Plenty of seatings and well kept. Recommended!

Overly priced and very basic. Everything came out to almost $40 and defiantly not worth it. Wonton soup was not wonton soup. It was basically gyoza boiled with an egg added. The fried ones were better. The sushi roll was meh and not worth it all. Service was okay, but restaurant and restroom was clean.

I had a daily special bento box. I ordered Teriyaki chicken, salad, rice, 4 sushi rolls... I received excellent customer when I was there. I would definitely visit again whenever I'm in that area. 100% recommend stopping here.

Decent, quick, and friendly service. While similar to many other places, the prices have gone up, it is still a good spot for takeout one nights when cooking isn't happening.

The menu is large & you have a lot of choices. They have a beautiful inside area to dine in. The quality of the food really blew me away! not only was it a beautiful presentation but every bite was delicious and prepared thoughtfully. Excellent service and great food.

I stopped by my favorite sushi house Bento Factory. No matter what roll you choose make sure you get ginger dressing to dip and I promise you will feel like you found something to tell a friend about. The price is right and flavor on this fantastic combo is tangy and sweet and explodes flavor with every bite. Caution once you have tried it you will never go back to soy sauce again. Ok time for me to dig in hope you do the same I promise you will thank me for it when you do. Enjoy my friends!!!!!

Teriyaki Chicken Bento Bowl with salad...yum

This spot is GREAT. Kinda easy to dismiss, from the outside it doesn't look so fancy. This hole in the wall surprised me. I tried the special, Teriyaki Chicken Bento bowl and salad for 8.95. Came with 4 gyoza. This was a very generous portion of food for the price. The chicken was very good, nit that cheapo stuff that you find at a lot of places. It came with way more rice than I could possibly eat. The salad was standard thing you get at these types of places. The gyoza was fried with a crispy brown shell and came with dipping sauce. Very good. As a side, I tried their Unagi Roll. Not the best sushi I've had but above average for downtown Everette. All in all, I was very satisfied with my meal and the price couldn't be beat. I highly recommend anyone in the area to give it a try. I'll be back next time I'm down here and hungry.

We were greeted as we entered and had access to the menus right away, as they are placed at the entrance. We got seated and were able to order quickly. We came at a non-peak time so we were at the front of the queue so to speak. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean, which I love to see. It shows me the business really cares about how it comes across. Our food was prepared and served very fast. My friend was still in the restroom by the time it had come. As you can see from the image, my Japchaebap was awesome. (Order with tofu if you're vegan) I got mild spice just because I am sensitive to *too much* spice. But as someone who enjoys spice I couldn't really perceive it. So if you have a good spice tolerance I'd suggest you up the spice one more level than you would think. The flavoring was great, but I don't really like the noodle texture. I prefer them with more weight. It was a slight challenge getting them onto the fork, and it being stable enough to put into your mouth. Just something to consider when choosing your dish. I'm still glad I chose to experience the dish. Maybe I'll learn to like this style of noodle. Special note if you're vegan too: the kimchi has shellfish, so skip any menu items with the asterisks that have kimchi in the ingredients. Thankfully my friends caught that because I would've missed it as it's below another note.

Food came out quick, though we went for lunch during a work day so we were the only ones eating there. My friend got the kalbi (I thought it wasted ok) and I got the bulgogi which lacked flavor and there definitely wasn't enough rice to eat with the dish. We also got the egg rolls which were ok. For the price, you'd think they would be bigger or there would be more egg rolls. Overall, food was ok. I may be back to try other menu items.

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

In long This is a huge strip mall parking lot that just disappears in a sea of huge strip mall parking lots along the big street out front. GC is tucked into one of the smallest suites you can imagine here; there's retail a short hop away that must be over 20K square feet, but here there's space for maybe 6 stools at the little counters. You have to turn sideways (not kidding) to read the menu. It's simple--a few proteins, served a few different ways, also available as combos. Most of their business is to-go orders. There's a cooler of pops and a couple sports drinks, and there's lovely classical music on the speakers somewhere. I listened to a pretty sonata for piano and string quartet while I waited and ate. The lady is super nice, a woman of few words and constant activity. She's answering the phone, grabbing online orders, and smiling at walk-ins. I got a pop and the spicy chicken combo. There's Sriracha on the counter. The miso was solid, and the salad had a little more than the usual iceberg and shreds in it. Some leaf lettuce, too! The chicken is super moist and nicely flavorful, but even getting the Spicy I still hit the Sriracha pretty hard. Amazing flavor and texture even without the scoring from the grill. I ate more than half of it before it occurred to me that some smoky grillness might be nice, so nothing's missing here. The rice is soft and chewy, solid light flavor, plenty of moisture still in it. Fresh made for sure. Prices here are right in line with everybody else. Looks like their KFC is a big hit and I might have to be back for that.
