Ambiance - cute and casual. Could be a good spot for a casual date night. Service - no complaints. Service was good overall. Food - thought the food portion was small for what you were paying for. Ordered the following items: chicken katsu curry, side of miso soup, spicy scallop hand roll and the bento box set. For the bento box, the sashimi was extra cold and somewhat frozen. The chicken katsu curry was good but portion was small. Miso soup came out extra hot so that's good. The hand roll was good - the seaweed wrap wasn't as crunchy as other places I've been to. It stuck to the sushi rice and was sticky.

Lunch Bento Special Gyoza, California Roll, Chicken Katsu and salad.

Tasty, quick and simple lunch. Restaurant was clean, welcoming and server was friendly. Bento box was filling but the gyoza sauce wasnt very flavorful and watery. Same with the salad dressing, wasn't great but not a meal deal breaker. Seared salmon roll was very good and would order again.

Wonderful service and delicious sushi. The bento box was a great value-- a wide variety and large amount of food.

Spicy Tuna Sushi Set

The servers were friendly and prompt. Husband said he enjoyed his $18 bento. However for Spicy chicken teriyaki instead of regular is an extra $2 so that was disappointing. I really disliked my spicy tuna sushi set. Both the spicy tuna and nigiri had zero flavor. The quality of fish is definitely on the low end which is why their prices are decent. But the lack of flavor will not bring me back. Sushi Spott or Sushi Zen in Mill Creek or Wild Wasabi in Lynnwood are better alternatives.

We had a great experience! We ordered the Rainbow, Kamakazi, and Spicy Salmon Roll. While we did not feel any were spicy, the flavor was incredible, tasted fresh, and had good texture. We thoroughly enjoyed all 3. The Wasabi was magnificent; Strong and flavorful! We would rate their Wasabi as one the the better ones! (4/5 Spicy) Our waitress was very nice, greeted us and served waters immediately. She was very accommodating for checking the ingredients of the fried batter and mayo for dairy. We greatly appreciated that! It was a short wait after our order was put in that we were served our rolls. They offer 4 draft beer options which makes it a plus in the hubby's book! He got a Mac & Jacks and I got a Sake. The sake came with cold glasses, which we prefer to the warm, and it tasted great. Cold and it was not too sweet. The wood benches were not the most comfy, but I like how the tables lines up in a fashion side by side instead of in front of eachother. It gave the illusion of the some privacy. Even the row on front of was a little off center to avoid direct eye sight.

Some really good food. I ordered the chicken katsu curry and the curry was great. Flavorful and spicy, went great over the chicken and rice. I also ordered the salmon nigiri and eel Nigiri which was both delicious and fresh! A very solid place.

Took us an hour to go here but he came back pretty frequent for their Katsu Curry. We tried couple different rolls and nigiri but overall the best dish is the katsu curry. We came around 11am and other time around 2pm which we were successfully avoid the lunch and dinner crowd.

We popped in on a whim after seeing a friend's fb post. It was Friday evening, and we had just missed the evening rush. My son ordered the mixed katsu and boy was it GENEROUS and DELICIOUSLY crispy and juicy My daugther gobbled up her tuna maki and we shared a caterpillar roll. I had the yakiniku plate. It was yummy! As we were late diners, we were one of the last customers. We got to chat a little with the owners. They are super friendly and genuine folks. We'll be back to try other items on the menu.

In a new area and this was one of the only spots open after a late softball game. Sake sashimi was so fresh and the hamachi kama sooo delicious. Staff was friendly and so accommodating. Will be visiting them when in the area

Sushi, beer, wine and sake bar.

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Parking gets congested during lunch hour due to Boeing and other near-by businesses. Yelp states that a full bar is offered. That information is incorrect. Only beer, wine and sake are offered. My wife and I each ordered a small bottle of Sapporo for $5.75 each. It would have been nice to have also received an ice cold glass to pour our beers into. My wife chose the Chicken Teriyaki Combo for $8.95: chicken thighs, gyoza (qty 3) and a side salad. My wife always loves teriyaki so she was quite happy with her choice. I originally was going to order the Spicy Ramen for $9.50; however, when I was advised that the ramen was instant I changed my mind. Serving instant ramen, let alone charging $9.50 for instant ramen is horrible. I was then going to order the Chicken Yakisoba but was advised that chicken breast is not offered nor available here. I do not like dark meat so I had to settle for the Vegetable Yakisoba for $8.95. I requested my Yakisoba to be spicy and was up-charged $1.50 for "spicy". It would have been nice to have been told of this up-charge upfront rather than having the up-charge appear on my tab. My Yakisoba was tasty with lots of carrots, broccoli, cabbage and a few mushrooms. Our server was friendly enough although there was a bit of a language barrier. Overall, I'm glad we stopped in here for lunch. In the future we will not return for teriyaki or noodles. We may return to try some sushi.

Bento Box with Chicken Katsu and Spicy Tuna

I used to frequent Wasabi factory when I was living at home a few years ago. Now I wanted to go back and try it again as it's been a while. I remembered liking their Lion King and Volcano roll and I was craving sushi that was flame seared. I went to the place on a Friday night. It wasn't full or packed, probably a few people at the bar and another party of 2. Their menu changed a little bit but I was craving a volcano roll and a bento box. I think they are known for their boxes as they are relatively cheap compared to other Japanese restaurants and comes with a lot of food. They have a deluxe and a regular bento box, depending on how much sushi you want and if you want a side of gyoza. I ordered the regular bento box with spicy tuna roll (comes with 8 rolls) and chicken katsu. They have other options you can order with it such as teriyaki, pork katsu, sushi, tempura; etc. On top of picking two things, you get miso soup, salad, and 4 pieces of California roll. I also got a volcano roll to share, which is a California roll seared with spicy tuna on the top. From what I could remember a few years ago, the roll was similar. I enjoyed eating the sushi as it leaves a little bit of a burnt taste. I recommend this along with Lion King if you want seared salmon, and the katana roll which is a shrimp tempura roll wrapped with tempura. The karagee was also ordered to share - it wasn't super great as it wasn't as crispy. Staff was friendly and food overall was great. Bento box was great for its value and I left full and content. Will be returning next time I'm in town.

I hate the give three stars as the people were so nice, great service, friendly and do that alone I would want to give them more stars, but I have to rate predominately on the sushi. I am admittedly a sushi snob; it's what my fiends and family call me and having eaten more then my fair share of sushi in my life I have to accept the title. That being said, I am not a sushi expert, just a guy who eats a lot of sushi so I have a pretty broad comparison base. First, the nigiri cuts were very fresh and had great taste. However, the rice was surprisingly skimpy, especially considering this is the cheapest resource in the building. A few times I had to pick up the rice separately as it all fell apart and or stuck to the plate and separated from the sushi. I also personally like the smallest trace of wasabi rubbed on the rice prior to placing the sushi. But like I said, the cuts were generous and fresh. I feel like I can pretty much judge a place on its spicy tuna hand roll alone. This was... just fine. Not great, just fine. The wrap was great, very crispy and nicely rolled. The tuna was well below in temp of ideal serving range and that tends to mask the true flavor of the tuna. The two rolls I had were... fine. One I would never order again, Crispy Alaska Roll, as it essentially tasted like eating a loaf of bread. A very doughy taste lacking any real flavor. The Kamakazi roll was fine... just fine. All in all, like I said, great cuts, fresh and fair prices. Great people, great service. A solid 3 star.

The chicken karange was like crispy pillows of chicken, did not need any sort of sauce in my opinion, but to each their own. The kalbi ribs were also cooked perfectly and were downright mouth watering.
