So, I arrived here for an early dinner. It's within walking distance from my hotel in Everett, and I was struggling with a stomach that was still on East Coast time. When I went in, I had the restaurant to myself... and ordered the vegetarian bento. That was a good choice, as the vegetarian bento was filling, economical, and beautifully prepared. I've attached some photos, but I was very happy with the flavors and mix of items. I've been to this place a few times now. The same lady is always working and now knows me by name.. not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. I am always satisfied with the food, thats why I keep coming back to see that same lady. I have had their bentos, and their sushi rolls, but I usually get the chicken breast and salad, they make their own ginger dressing and its amazing, I actually think that their dressing is what keeps me coming back. Everything is pretty average, not bad by any means but not the best teriyaki or bento I have ever had but he price is decent for what you get. Food: Good, not great. While visiting my hometown last week, I met up with a friend for lunch in Everett and picked this place based on it's great Yelp reviews. I'm happy to say that my fellow Yelpers were correct...this spot is awesome! We arrived during the peak weekday lunch hour (12:30) and waited in line for a couple minutes before ordering. This gave us plenty of time to look at their large menu, which included teriyaki, bento boxes, sushi and more. We decided to get the lunch special with terikyaki chicken, salad, rice and gyoza. At about $6, it was a great deal for a lot of food! Everything was delicious and I actually cleaned my plate, which is a rarity for me while dining out. Ordered the B1 bento to go, which came with a salad, four pieces of cali roll, two gyoza, a generous portion of chicken teriyaki, and plenty of rice. The salad dressing was sweet and gingery, with more than enough to coat all of the lettuce (one of my very biggest annoyances with most teriyaki places is insufficient salad dressing). The remainder of the meal was tasty and plentiful, but just didn't stand out in any way, hence the 3 stars. A solid meal with good variety if you're looking for a quick to-go meal. read more

It's always a joy to find a yummy food at a reasonable price when travelling. This place is about 10 mins from Boeing factory. The best bet is the bento box, things like beef and chicken teriyaki. The nice lady even allowed me to order the white (breast) meat on the chicken which is awesome. The beef meat is not fatty and cheap-like (ie Yoshinoya leftover beef). The rice was perfectly al-dente cooked =) They used better quality rice and not like the ones you'd find in cheaper chinese fast food joints. Nyum. The today's special was very affordable at 6.50$. The rest of the bento options was pretty customizable it seems. I didn't try the sushi. The fish meat on display didn't look too fresh, but can't tell. The california roll on the bento seems to be stucked with more rice than a propet sushi should be, so sushi didn't seem to be their best forte. Free help-yourself hot Korean tea too! One of the best places in town to get cheap orange chicken and teriyaki. I love that they give you a large salad portion, and the food portion is gigantic anyway. The sushi leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the items on the menu are done very well though. The staff are incredibly polite as well. This is one of my favorite places to go. I usually get their chicken stir-fry and it never disappoints. I will say that the vegetables can change drastically from day to day. If you're hoping it will be the exact same as the last time you ordered it, you will likely be disappointed. It's still good, it's just different. They also have the best teriyaki sauce I've ever had. Lately, I've only been doing pick-up and not dining in due to COVID, their prep time is usually pretty short though. It says to expect the food in 25-35 minutes, but every time I've gone to pick it up, it was ready within 15-20 minutes. Great service, fantastic food. Highly recommended. read more

After deciding to try a new local spot for takeout, my family was very impressed with Bento Factory. The pork bul go gi was incredible -- that dish alone would merit a 5 star review. However, the chicken teriyaki was also exactly what we want teriyaki to be; the cucumber rolls and spicy tuna roll were excellent; and the spring rolls and gyoza were delicious. The portions were also very generous for the price. Not only were we beyond satisfied with the food, but the service was commendable. We ordered by phone for pickup, and the host confirmed the order (repeated it back) both when the order was placed and again when the order was picked up to ensure we received exactly what we ordered. The large plastic shield between customers and the register also made me feel perfectly comfortable picking up our food during a pandemic. We will definitely be eating here again! read more

Overall the experience of ordering from them online (through eat24 and grubhub) went smoothly. My order was ready quickly and available for pickup (although I hope someday they'll consider delivery). The food was hot and prepared how I would expect. I loved the flavor of the sauces and the gyoza (nice and crispy) but was disappointed by the extra fat on the chicken and the soggy salad. Be careful what you order. I hate to write this review because I've been a customer for four years and they have great food and great service. Tonight when I went to pick up my order, as I was paying I requested to change an item in my order. I didn't want raw salmon in my rolls, due to getting violently ill in the past from raw salmon. When I requested to change the order I hadn't paid and I hadn't received my order but she wouldn't let me change my order. I wish I would have said "to heck with you- I don't want any of this" and left but I was hungry and getting dinner to the family. If I haven't paid for my order and I haven't received my order I have every right to change it. I have literally never been denied that anywhere else in the past and in my six years of food service never denied that request. I felt that my request was reasonable and do not agree with their business practice. It's a shame because I enjoyed eating here and so did my family. I won't be back. read more

Wife and I each got the #2 special: teriyaki chicken, 4 gyoza, and salad for $6.95 (available until 2, I think). The chicken was perfect, as was the football of rice, and the salad was lightly-dressed instead of drenched, as is so often the case at teriyaki joints. I'm writing this from the perception of someone that has Celiac disease, and has to be gluten free. That means no wheat, barley, or rye. The place is small, with an order at the counter style. I explained my need to have no fake crab, or soy sauce (gluten ingredients are in both) to the woman making sushi, and she grasped the concept immediately. That is always nice. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Rolls, 8 pc. for 4.75, and the Veggie Rolls, 6 pc. for 6.45. My husband ordered the B1 bento box for 7.95. I wasn't sure what to expect. We then moved to a table. There is a serve yourself station with tea and water. The place was incredibly clean, and there were nice details like having ice and lemon fresh in the water pitchers. In very short order we received our orders. They were HUGE! My veggie rolls came with a green sauce, with worried me. I asked the gal, and she was more than happy to tell me the ingredients. (Unknown food items are scary to a Celiac!) It turned out to be a wasabi mayo, with was gluten free by nature. The veggie rolls were massive, and had yams in them. They turned out to be singularly the best bit of veggie sushi I have ever had in my life. Combined with the slightly sweet, and spicy, wasabi mayo, it is something I am definitely going back for. My smoked salmon rolls were also amazingly well done. The rice was perfect. It wasn't overdone, or mushed together like you see in a lot of sushi joints. I could have eaten a bowl of the sushi rice just on it's own. The salmon was melt in your mouth fresh, too. I was very impressed with how nicely the food was displayed, and how fresh all the ingredients were. My husband's bento came on a HUGE square plate, with a giant mound of white rice. Once again, the rice was perfect, he said. It wasn't one of those things where you ignore it as a filler, in case you are still hungry. It was good. There was a decent sized salad, with a dressing reminiscent of a peanu gingert thai flavor, and two heaping piles of pork and chicken. The meat was nicely cooked, and well flavored. The portions are very large here...expect left overs. Stopped in here for lunch. They have daily lunch specials, sushi, salads, stir frys, and teriyaki. I settled on a norm chicken teriyaki. Dishes come with rice and salad, but if you ask for no rice, they'll gladly give you more salad. The teriyaki was good, not overly sweet . I opted for a simple order of chicken teryaki. My order arrived quickly. The prices are prices are good for the portions you get. Half the box was rice, the other half chicken. A small box of lettuce (aka salad) was also included. The chicken teryaki tasted fine, it was nothing special. Definitely a good spot to eat a quick meal or pick one up to go.
