I used to go there every Friday night, because I lived right around the corner and they're so big that the meal woud last me the whole weekend. I would order the SP1- which was general tso's chicken, chicken teriyaki, and yokozabi. Everything was wonderful the quality of the taste the quantity. You couldn't ask for a better meal. I went in there this evening and it's the first time that I've been in there in about 6 months because I had moved from that area. I was so disappointed I don't know if it has changed hands and got no owners or what the deal is but it was the worst meal that I have gotten in a long time. The general Tao's chicken wasn't even crunchy, the chicken teriyaki was undercooked and the noodles oh my God we're spaghetti noodles that were stuck together. Very very disappointed in this meal I ended up giving it away to one of the homeless people on the corner not that they don't deserve better. But as far as the customer service they were extremely nice kind and funny I did enjoy their company hopefully they can get this right because their general's House Chicken used to be talking to town. read more

Our family's go to spot when fixing to get some teriyaki chicken. I will mix it up sometimes and get chicken yakisoba. The employees are very sweet and they work very fast. It's not fancy inside but I don't ever eat in the restaurant I always order to go. The food is good so I have all but good things to say! I recommend visiting this place! read more

This place is pretty good for an Everett teriyaki joint. The meat seems fresh and the portions are pretty good. I like the sauce they use and include, I think its great on the rice and adds to the meal pretty well. The salad dressing is better than most as well. I'm not sure if its still owned by the same people, but I used to eat here with friends a lot after school during my Junior year of high school (2001), and I really liked the place back then. A year or two after high school, I saw an article in the paper about how this place was temporarily shut down because they were not properly storing their raw chicken. That kind of disturbed me, and I didn't go back there for years. They seem to have gotten the place cleaned up and have their stuff in order now so I decided to give them a second chance. There chicken teriyaki is always very juicy and cooked to order! I usually get the spicy chicken teriyaki....so it's your typical chicken teriyaki that happens to have this spicy concoction on top (and it's not Sriracha). The chicken is over a bed of rice and you are also given a small salad as well. The portions are pretty large here! I usually have to split it up into 2 meals. The family that owns this restaurant is super nice! I have never had any problems with them and they are very polite to me all the time. Even on the phone when I call for orders to be to go! Only problem that I have about this place is that it is a little pricey.....but it seems like every restaurant is increasing their prices these days. Pros: - Always made fresh to order chicken teriyaki - Family-owned business and they are SUPER nice - Very quick service and efficient Cons: - Pricey....but I feel like all the other restaurants are increasing their prices as well due to gas Why I gave it a 4..... This place was close to Flight's Pub and had some time before my gig. After heading to the Mongolian place and saw how expensive they were, we decided to take a trip across the lot to Ichiban. The teriyaki was good, but the yakisoba was even better. Portions were pretty hefty compared to most teriyaki joints. I probably would have to go there again to really give this place a true review, but so far I would say if you're looking for some good inexpensive teriyaki on Evergreen Way then head here. read more

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Terrible Terrible service and the food is aweful!! I ordered spicy chicken teryiaki with egg rolls which cost over $11. The egg rolls were actually spring rolls that they probably bought from Safeway. The chicken was teriyiaki chicken with hot sauce squirted on top and the salad was in with the chicken making it a hot steamy salad GROSS!! I called and complained demand a refund because I was not satisfied and all I got was an agruement and basicly told to F off. No refund and major rudeness. Looked online to order and pulled up the menu, I thought to myself wow they have an AWESOME lunch menu with even better prices. Ordered myself the chicken katsu for what I thought would be $5.99 and when I show up to get it was a whopping $16 !! I told her I cant afford 16 dollar katsu and it said it would be cheaper on the lunch menu. She told me I was wrong, it was already cooked and iI HAD to get it. Probably should have just turned around and left at this point, but gosh dangit i was hungry, and she was basically yelling at me. The only great thing about Ichiban teriyaki is how fun it is to say it's name. Otherwise steer clear of this joint, there teriyaki is far from even average. Now I will say it was about a year ago, but based on my experience I never really wanted to even try this place again. The dish was poorly prepared and it seemed like they didn't use the freshest ingredients. I also was not a very big fan of there teriyaki sauce, which lacked a flavorful kick. This gets my review as one of the worst Seattle teriyaki places I can think of. read more

I ordered chicken teriyaki and the meat was super dry. It seems the chicken was precooked and just heated moments before the order. My wife ordered spicy chicken teriyaki. It was hot sauce on top of an ordinary chicken teriyaki. The person that took the order was nice but speaking a different language. The place was clean but outdated. For the amount paid we expected a little more food. Also charging extra for sauce is ridiculously especially if you have to take it home and eat. There are a lot of teriyaki shops near by and I don't think I will return to this one. read more

How served - Basic Plate - small, no boat = ( Chicken - Cooked fresh, when ordered. Decent Quality Portion - small, smallest i've had at a joint Sauce on chicken - Could possibly be one of the best, its light, creamy. Extra Sauce on table - Its different! The extra sauce is not the same they put on the chicken and they won't give it to you if you ask for it. So you mix 2 sauces together - yuck! Sells their Sauce - N/A, dont bother. Salad dressing - creamy light yellow sauce. Frequent buyer card - Not sure - not a frequent buyer. Service - Quick, delivers to table Crowd - all types, they cater to the local businesses, lunch crowd. Owners - He is really nice, but never visable. She is the biggest (fill in the blank) you will ever meet. Go there often and you will see she is nasty, rude. Sister is really nice. BIGGEST Reason To Eat Here - only if you are going to die from starvation. There are 5 other's w/in a block. What to know before you go: Portions are small, they also DON'T cut the chicken up!! YEA! They serve it like a steak. You have to know they do this so you can tell them to cut it. They don't like doing it either which is strange. They would rather have you use a butter knife and hack at the chicken. There is also nothing better than getting it to go and using a plastic fork in a Styrofoam box to cut your chicken!! If I could choose zero stars for this teriyaki location I would. I called to order two large miso soups and was told that they only had one size. I had ordered a miso soup a week ago and was given a nice large container; so I wrongly assumed if they only had one size I would be given that size. After I received my order the size of the soup was small, about the size of the salads they give you. I called to see why they had sent two small miso soups and and was told they don't have large, they only have one size. When I asked how that could be possible as I just ordered from them a week ago, the employee had no idea how to even talk properly. She said as far as she knew they only had one size. I then asked to speak to a manage or the owner, someone who could explain to me how a week ago I was able to order a large miso soup and now they only offer a small one. The employee refused to let me speak to anyone else and was the worst customer service I have spoken to in awhile. This teriyaki joint is simply not worth it. Nom Nom teriyaki farther down every green WAY offers amazing teriyaki and even better customer service. I will never be visiting this location again. read more

Best Teriyaki in everett!!!!!!!!!!!!! Decent portions and fresh teriyaki! The lady in the front is really nice! They have a variety of different combo plates to choose from and pictures on the wall to see what you are getting. The special combo 1 is my favorite! They are a little pricey but so worth ordering!
