After the starters, service got very slow (without anyone coming to explain the delay) and silverware sat uncleared between the main and dessert course. It was difficult to hear the explanations of each course and the server, though friendly, quickly ran through a laundry list of ingredients and sometimes seemed to struggle to remember all of them. After the first course, I'd also asked for flowers to be left off future dishes (though beautiful, it was a dietary restriction that I needed followed), but the prawns came coated in blossoms, so we barely had any of that dish.
