This is my new favorite place! My coworker recommended this place after I had a few too many bad experiences at the salon I normally went to. The man who did my nails took his time and was gentle the whole time. I'll absolutely go back! read more

I had a spa pedicure and the calf/foot massage was worth the $50 on its own. Vincent did a fantastic job on my pedicure; I'm a bit ticklish, but the only time I jumped was when he used the buffer block on the tops of my nails, so that I consider a huge accomplishment. I picked a neon color and he used a white base to make it pop, and it looked beautiful. I overheard someone talking about the chairs being new, and they were great, the settings made much more sense than some other pedicure chairs I've been in. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Except for the man that came in towards the end of my appointment and had his phone notification volume on high and was constantly receiving messages while his feet soaked. Have some common courtesy, people. read more

I have been going to Belle Nails for several years and I totally love it there. Everyone is so exceptionally nice. I usually get Michelle to do my pedicures and waxing but have used several of the others from time to time. I have never had to sit and wait for any service like I have done at other shoppes in the area. Give them a try. I don't think u will be sorry. read more

very disappointed . uneven nails wanted ombré and came out terrible . if they didn't know how to do ombré then they should've said so instead of my nails looking like this . Won't ever come back again i'll stick to rose nails read more

Belle Nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Frederick, Maryland

Jessica and Vincent are excellent! They both took their time and really paid attention to detail, even though the salon was very busy, so I really appreciated that. Everyone is very friendly and it appears they have a lot of regulars because everyone's chatting which is always nice to see. A gel manicure and regular pedicure cost me $68, which is a little higher than I'd normally like to pay, but I liked Vincent a lot and I felt like he took good care of me justifying spending that much. Highly recommend making appointments on the weekends! read more

I was in Frederick for a family gathering. Cracked one of my acrylic nails and needed to fix it. I was a walk-in and was taken to a table right away. Jenny was professional and did a fabulous job! I even had her do my eyebrows. Very satisfied! I recommend Belle Nail!! read more

They have ample staff and allow walk ins. A good number of colors. Fine for last minute pedicures. Staff are efficient and friendly. Costs are in line with the area. Massage could be more,... read more

I have been here multiple times for pedicures. They always do an excellent job and the pricing is excellent compared to over priced salons like Renaissance. They have great massage chairs for during your pedicure. read more

Poor pedicure, I had to ask her to clean and actually cut my toe nails cause the lady was getting ready to paint my toe nails without a proper clean or even cutting my toe nails. Also, she kept trying to up-sale me which was super annoying. read more

If I could give no stars I would . Went in on a Saturday to get dip powder wanted white the lady suggested a white glitter I said sure . I previously went to another nail salon and got gel so they had to soak it off before I could get the dip. The whole time the nail tech was complaining about taking off the gel. Fast forward I was satisfied with my nails when they were done. 3 days later I noticed on 2 of my nails the dip cracked . I called and told them and went in and the fixed it. I wake up the next day and 3 more cracked at this point I'm annoyed for $50 plus a tip my nails didn't even last a whole 3 days. Not going back read more

Very quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. A friend and I made appointments for a full set and a manicure. We were both done on under an hour. Her polish began to ripple on the way back, but my acrylics are shiny and beautiful. Definitely a clean nail salon and would recommend. I only gave four stars because of the rippling on my friends nails read more

First time there and I had a really great experience. I was a walk in with no appointment and they took me in with little wait time. So friendly and very clean. They give the best leg massages. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

I am from Chicago visiting Frederick for work and needed a no chip manicure. I called and was quoted $35 (which is the same price for a Shellac no chip in Chicago). They charged me $40 at the register. I would be okay with this except the quality was lacking. The polish looks cloudy and uneven, bumpy in some places. Not good for the price. read more

Best experience I've had in Frederick by far. It's clean, comfortable and I really enjoyed my nail tech Jessica. Michelle did my eyebrows and she did an excellent job to top off the beautiful job Jessica did on my nails. I will be back. read more

Two reasons to go elsewhere: 1-They're dishonest; I asked the technician to add a $3 tip to my credit card (20%), she added $5. When I complained about the "mistake", a language barrier instantly appeared, she called over the owner who refused to refund my money. 2-They're unsanitary; I watched the woman complete my pedicure and use the same uncleaned tools on the next customer. Gross. read more

$28 Pedicure and the paint chipped off less than a week later. Staff was pleasant and business was clean, but quality for price not good.

Belle nails is under new management so ignore the older reviews. Michelle and her staff give the best pedicures ever and Kenny is amazing for nails. The salon is clean and beautiful and everyone is very friendly. read more

I'm here traveling from Boston for a quick business trip. I had a spare day and was excited I found Belle Nails. Just a wonderful experience! Everything is clean and I had Sammie who I loved chatting with. She helped me find things in the area and my nails are beautiful. I'm going back today for a pedicure with her. Wonderful experience. Didn't have an appointment and got seated right away. Thank you! read more

Great with kids! Have special cushion for the pedicure chair and go the extra mile (ex/ painting different colors and pokadots). Staff was friendly and very thorough with our pedicures (great on my cuticles and calluses and a looong massage!). read more

This used to be my favorite nail salon but I guess I'll have to find another one. I've gotten acrylics before, but this time was different. I've heard of the dangers of salons using MMA (google it) for acrylics but I never put much thought into it until I removed them at home just now. This business has several of the signs of MMA use and I can't say that I'll be coming here again unless I am proven 110% wrong. Such a shame. read more

Love going into Belle nails! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I usually request Sammie to do my nails, but have had others do them as well and they always turn out nice. read more

I love Belle Nails! They do a great job, and there's hardly ever a wait for walk ins. They are always well staffed. I'm usually very picky about my nails, but they are consistently great! read more

I've been going to this salon for a few years for pedicures and I can't say I am happy with the results of my pedicure of late. In general, my technician does a good job, but I believe the problem is that the nail polishes they carry are old and the pedicures are marginal as a result. Additionally, since Belle Nails is not updating their polishes, they have a limited color selection. I cannot say I would recommend Belle Nails any more. read more

Just went to get a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was okay, not the best. When they went to do my manicure though, the technician cut off all my nails and then continued to file them down even more until nothing was left. At that point I didn't even want a manicure anymore because it was pointless so I paid for my sub par pedicure ($32 - about $30 too much in my opinion) and left. My fiancé could tell I was upset about my nails so he immediately went back in. They tried to pretend like I hadn't been there and then laughed when we pointed out the technician that did my nails. Still laughing, they said there was nothing they could do (obviously, because they just cut off all my nails.) They then suggested I PAY for acrylic nails now, which I declined. They said they had no other options and couldn't refund me, so we just left. Only go here if you want poor service and amateur nails read more

I honestly should have gotten up and left when I had the chance. The nail tech didn't speak one word to me, just pre-occupied with her cell phone making a simple manicure last twice as long. She also did not paint my nails down to the cuticle so now only after a few days it's so grown out. What a waste of money. I really wanted to not tip but I am not that kind of person but she definitely didn't deserve it and could use a little lesson about customer service. Go elsewhere. read more

Great pedicure! They even took me when they were about to close. Quality work and quality customer service!

After going to numerous nail salons in the Frederick area including the locations in FSK Mall where they were just down right rude!!! I had a great experience at Belle Nail Salon. They fit me right in and even though I was passed around to a few different nail techs they were all very friendly and took care of me. I was pleased that they acknowledged me being there and didn't just talk in they're language to just each other where I can't understand one word. I look forward to going back to try they're pedicure. I have not had a good one in years. The one place in FSK they don't even use a scrub. I could have done it better myself. read more

I have been going here for months now and my love for Belle Nails continues to grow. The staff are all wonderful and kind! The cost is moderate and they always are happy to take me without an appointment and I have never had to wait! I will stick with them as long as I am in the area. read more

I am a first time visitor today and I am very pleased - Had a pedicure and regular manicure at same time which is such a great time saver! I did make an appointment and I am glad I did so that they could help me this way (Sammy and Jessica) - It was busy when I left - which you would expect for a weekend~ afternoon - I will be back~!! read more

I was a walk-in and the first time. The man who did my gel nails never introduced himself. He and the others spoke Vietnamese most of the time in front of me while laughing. The file he used looked like it had been used on many hands. The place was not clean. I had to file the edges of a couple nails when I got home because they were rough. I'll never go back. read more

I have been to Belle Nail twice now. I had my eyebrows waxed and my nails filled in both times. A fill cost $20 ($25 for french) and they did an excellent job both times. They were polite, the store was clean and they used quality products. read more

I just happed to drive past this place on my way into Frederick (I needed to get my eye brows waxed anyways) so I decided to give it a try. I was the only person in there, mid afternoon two days before Christmas! A few people came in to purchase gift cards, so I'm assuming that people must go there. Anyways, the lady was nice - she didn't say much though, i didn't really expect her to I guess. She did a GREAT job on my eyebrows. She took the time to do it right and make sure they were even! Price was fair at $10 - similar to the college town I just moved from. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is the fact that the bed I had to lay on had that wax/sanitary paper on it and it had clearly been used before. I'm not sure what standard procedure is for those kind of things in nail salons, but I am a germ freak - so the thought of my head being where someone else's possibly grease ball head was kind of unnerved me. If I'm in the area I will probably go back, just because the lady did such a good job. read more

This was the third place I tried on a Saturday morning, and boy am I happy I ended up here! There was only one other customer in the place, so they took me right away. My tech, Sammy, was great - very attentive! I'm not a big talker when I get my nails done, so she just let me do my thing. I got a manicure and pedicure for $37, which I was pretty happy about. The thing I love most about this place is how relaxing it is - not loud or busy at all, with soft music playing. Reminds me of an upscale salon! I'll definitely be coming back here every time! read more

Vii is very professional and tallented. She gets what you want. Artistic. Very natural and not bulky/fake at all. She has a good eye for what fits your fingers' anatomy. Highly recommended. read more

I have been here a few times and want to like it but I just don't. They are ok for a quick pedicure or eyebrow wax but for manicures, I'd stay away. The past two I've had, the technician cut my cuticle so bad it bled. The first time I thought it was an accident, but the second visit it happened again. My finger was cut so badly that it was bleeding for a few minutes. Although he was extremely apologetic and offered me a few dollars off the price, I honestly doubt I'll be going back after that! read more

This is a great nail salon; very clean, friendly staff, convenient, etc. Have been going for years, but consistently in the past year. I especially like Sammy who does a good job and gives wonderful foot massages when getting pedicures. Definitely recommend them!!:-) read more

I absolutely love this place! The friendliest staff in any nail salon around here and I am not yet considered a "regular" so the fact that they treat me the same is a huge deal!! The work is good and the atmosphere is relaxing and clean. The ladies were actually interested in getting to know me and didn't put on an appearance of being bored by what I was saying. I will definitely continue going here!!! read more

Went here for the first time today for a manicure and pedicure and Sammy didn't disappoint! He was very thorough with both, and did especially well with foot and leg massage. I left feeling so relaxed and very pampered. Very quiet and professional atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and will be going back for my next one read more

I have been to this Nail Salon multiple times since it opened last year. I have always enjoyed my mani-pedi's services & can't complain. I lived in the Rockville area for 15 years so I know Rockville prices and service quality. I have lived in Frederick for over 7 years & was frustrated at the lack of good nail places. I could not find a place that was clean, updated & pretty as this salon. This nail salon offers a lot of nail services. I know the prices maybe a bit much, since it mirrors R'ville prices, but I only get a regular mani/pedi w/ designs, I don't do acrylic or gel nails so I do see how this place can get pricey- - nonetheless their service is great. I get 1 pedi and 2 mani's a month so its not an everyday purchase. I get a mani-pedi with 2 toe designs all for $47. Thats not bad. I love designs & I am picky- I do not like to rock the usual flower or designs that I see most women wear so I always push my nail tech. to design something new & creative & she does an awesome job. I get complemented all the time on my designs! If I get a design on each nail finger, she charges me only $1 per nail! So they are willing to work with you. I last got my pedicure done May 1 & my nail color has not chipped at all and here we are 3 weeks later. I got my manicure done & that chipped after 1.5 weeks (I did my gardening so maybe thats why it quit after 1.5 weeks instead of lasting me a full 2 weeks); I'm a daughter of a hair stylist and I know in the beauty industry, you are supposed to service your nails every 2 weeks so don't assume your regular manicure is going to outlast 2 weeks. But for $3 extra you can get the gel top coat which keeps your reg. manicure chip-free & last longer rather than using reg. top coat. All in all, the place is beautiful, super clean, the pedi-chairs have great massage thingies, and the place is walk-in & get service ready. read more

Took my 5 year old with me here...Jessica was awesome with her. We had pedicures and they were fine...nothing extraordinary but met the need. I wasn't impressed on the cleanliness...I wasn't really sure if they were re-using tools or if they had been sterilized (the clippers were pulled out of a drawer and then put back in). I didn't notice them cleaning the tanks (water bath) put either. read more
