Bad experience. Came in to get my gel x remove. This nail tech thought it was okay to pull off the nails without any treatment. I told her no that will hurt please don't. She proceeded to file them without treatment. Then she went in the back to make a phone call for over 15 mins. I had no clue what to do and told my the front to charge me a fair price for what she did. He said 10 dollars. Then charged me 15.00. Such bad experience. Please do better. There is so many things to do in the shop rather than being on your phone you should clean the dust on the place. read more

Had my daughters nails done and person rushed and didn't ask if it was going to be gel or regular she just did gel and asked after the fact. Lady didn't clean off extra nail polish that wasn't on nail. I did my toes and the guy didn't know how to do french tip so I got just white even that he didn't do a good job. Oh almost forgot he didn't even clip all my nails he skipped some and one was not even. this was my go to place when they first opened now everything is rushed and they want you to get the more expensive packages but rush it DONT COME HERE WAIST OF HARD WORKING MONEY. read more

This place is really going downhill I have been a regular for many years and come about every two weeks. The workers are rude. Three weeks ago, I had one guy harass me and argue with me about getting gel after I told him 5 times no I don't want it. Then he paints half of my nail for my manicure and I tell him "there's a lot missing can you add more." He was arguing with me saying it's the light color I chose. No... you didn't even paint it at all, how could it be the color? Then he was giving me attitude and giving me dirty looks, didn't even turn on my nail dryer... he just left after "fixing" my nail. Need I mention, I've been going there regularly. I know the prices. The new owner changes the prices every time to what suits him. I can get the same thing every two weeks and the price is different every single time. They see who they can get extra off of. Today they "jokingly" said that a customer didn't have money to pay for his nails, so "you can pay for him haha." No that's not what you say to your regular paying customer. And to no surprise, my price at the counter was increased. They literally increased my price to make up for who ever couldn't pay their total. When I told the owner since when is the price different he had no answer. Just kept repeating the total. I don't appreciate business that is not honest. You have lost your regular customer. Save your money and get better service at places that don't try to steal from you or talk trash to you right in front of you, despite how often you go there. I will give a 5 star review to Lynn, but she's on leave since she was pregnant. She deserves recognition. read more

Karen is fire with my chin wax she is fire they do very well on their nail game you won't be sorry!

Good work, good price, I can count on them to do what I like for a pedicure and a manicure

Will not recommend this place. I paid $35 for a fill for short nails that pretty much look like natural length. I actually had paid $35 at a different location for the actual full set. Plus, the gel is not evenly spread, were you can see in the pictures. But worst of all, she cut my skin multiple times!!! Too expensive for a service so basic, yet managed to provide such a sloppy, unprofessional work for the high price. Plus, the wait time is ridiculous. STAY AWAY! read more

This place is a great one stop shop. They are very friendly staff and are rather quick! Jason is my "go-to" guy and always gets me in and out in an hour. He's great with Gel-X nails and always seems to accommodate my requests. I've recommended him to co-workers and friends and they have also been satisfied with his work. Lynn is great for pedicures as well. She is very thorough and sweet and does a great job. I would recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. Very reasonably priced as well. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. They do not know how to manage wait times properly and they TAKE FOREVER. All I wanted was a pedicure and manicure with actylic removed. No joke took me two hours, almost three. Three hours of my day spent at a nail salon and i'm not even impressed by the work they did. Don't come. And if you do, make an appt. Ridiculous. Also, while removing my old acrylics, one of the guys kept complaining on how they were "thick" and difficult to remove. Like wtf do yo want me to do about it? Super unprofessional. read more

This was such a rip off the lady probably worked on my feet for a whole eight minutes as she was giggling and talking to her coworkers in their language. I would usually go to Bella Nails for my pedis But I went 3 days ago for gel mani/pedi I guess they are under new management because they had a list of spa pedi services to choose from ranging from basic to luxury choices which was not bad I enjoyed the spa pedi but my manicure was horrible gel is already lifting (3 days) bubbles in the gel I paid $58 for both and I feel like it wasn't worth the $$ I don't think I will go back for my manicure there. WORST PLACE EVER!!! never coming here again. I wanted a ombre nail .. and this is what I came out with ! I told the lady I didn't like how it was coming out and instead of fixing it she kept doing whatever she wanted. At the end when they were charging me I told the lady I wasn't paying full because it wasn't what I wanted and I let her know that. She tried putting hands on me and saying if I dont pay she will cut my nails off. So disrespectful!! Worst customer service. I was left speechless on how they treat there customers. read more

After reading the reviews I wanted so bad to give this place 5 stars but I just couldn't!! They just made it to 4 with me!! Anyways the shop was very nice, small but still a good size! Very clean & the ladies were friendly. After picking my color, although I was the only one waiting they took a while to tell me my water was ready for my pedicure. Ok not a big deal. The two ladies that did my nails where very nice but we're talking a lot with each other & not really paying attention on how they were doing my nails. For my manicure she put my hand in just a bowl of cold water. Ok not to big of a deal. HOWEVER The person who did my toes ended up cutting me once & the lady on my hands cut me 3 times & I was bleeding in 2 places. She tired to play it off by just putting my hand back in the water but no I could feel & see it!! After everything was done my nails turned out nice I just didn't like how I had to go threw the blood & pain to get to the end results! This shop is right around the corner from my house so I might think about coming & trying again! It's still up in the air right now tho. read more

My first review about Bella Nails & Spa was obviously when Jenny was the other ladies were there, and I used to love getting a pedicure and a full set done. Now that there's a new owner and new crew...NEVER AGAIN!! The pedicure chairs don't work, it looks dirty even when they have to be cleared due to Covid-19. And to top it off when I was trying to pay, the guy said cash only. I only had my cards on me and he tells me to go to Smart & Final to get cash. I could have left without paying, but I'm not that kind of person. I'm just never going back there again. read more

Today was my first time coming here I loved it my manicure and pedicure was perfect. Thanks guys for your hard work.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The man that did my manicure messed up the colors. I asked for no gel because I usually get no gel but the nail polish is old. The top coat was terrible and wrinkles on itself. I asked for a certain size and got all different sizes. The corners and sides of the nails aren't even painted right. There's pieces of acrylic still on the sides of my nails. They messed up the color order and didn't even fix it or asked if I wanted it fixed. It was done very very quickly and without Care. There is no Quality to the nails and it is very expensive. They charged me three dollars more for for each color and it's not even worth it. read more

So two days ago I went to get my nails done. I grew my nails long for this moment. They were so long and beautiful. I asked the lady to shape them round but she does them square & short. The complete opposite I had asked for. The next day the nail polish comes off from my two fingers. So today I went to go ask for a refund because of it & the fact that I wasn't satisfied with it & made a big deal out of it, never again will I go here so this should give you more of a reason not to go!!! read more

Do not come here! The guy that did my nails was rushing me and did not even let me pick my own color I wanted. I told him I wanted a nude pinky color and one nail to be glitter and I actually brought my own color and he said no I know what color looks better and after I said no thanks he continued putting His own color on my nails, did not even paint them all the way. After he was done he told me to go wash my hands and as I was getting up he grabbed my phone off the table and threw it in my purse. Never coming back read more
