Nice please, nice people. Very rushed. Everything was rush rush rush and they were not that busy. My Pedi with scrub, lotion, callus removal, not the basic but not the deluxe too lagit not even 30min. I had gel on before and I know they use a Dremel to removal but it was so rough and hurt. The tech was nice, but everything was just not relaxing at all just get out of here and rush rush. Even the payment was all rushed and get out of here. This nail salon was recommended to me by a friend. I had a wonderful experience when I went to try it out. They did an excellent job on my gel mani/pedi. The results were beautiful and it didn't take a long time. They have lasted well (no chipping or peeling) and I've gotten several compliments on them. The staff were very friendly and personable. Lots of laughter and fun conversations in the salon. It was also very clean well maintained. They gave me the best foot rub I've had in years! Very relaxing and good pressure. The place was nice and new. However, I went to Bee's Nails recently and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. During my appointment, the technician cut into my natural nail and surrounding skin so deeply that it began bleeding heavily. Instead of stopping, they continued working on the area and even poured acetone over the open wound, which caused severe stinging and discomfort. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this felt unsafe and left me worried about possible infection. Nail services should always be gentle and sanitary, especially when a client's natural nail or skin is compromised. I'm sharing this not to be unkind, but to hopefully encourage better care and awareness in the future. read more

Pros- clean, welcoming, lots of color choices. Cons: Pricing- $55 for builder gel fill. You'd assume trimming of cuticles and surrounding area will be included- NOPE! That's an extra $10- and you get a less than one minute hand (finger) soaking, cuticle remover, and trimming. DO NOT think you're getting a massage or even lotion for that matter, you'll have to ask for that and rub it in yourself. You'd think ok $65- nope was charged $70. Where the extra $5 came from you ask.... I don't know! Maybe the lotion I rubbed in myself? If you want chrome finish $10 more. If you want to use card to pay $4 more. Oh and because you use card, you don't get any stamps on their card- that's only for cash paying clients. So for two builder gel fill/full set, one with chrome was a total of $154.... I don't know but this seems excessive for not even manicures.... Second con is the polish on my nails is uneven. Is it because there wasn't enough polish or what?? But when you get neon nails and you're able to see through, I'd say something is wrong.... I really want to like this place but this is my second time here and I feel some sort of way about it... read more

I brought my daughter along and we had a very nice experience. I got a bougie bee pedicure (very relaxing, thanks Kim) an almond shaped full set with Gel and my daughter got gel polish on her nails and regular polish on her toes. And I paid a total of $138. I came to this place prior and had a good experience. I only come for my pedicures. I get my gel x by a personal friend because that is my preference. Today I had a pedicure schedule and one gel x nail broke and I asked if they can replace the one nail when I checked in. When I did that the gentlemen at check in said they don't repair other people's work. Which I wasn't asking to repair I was asking to replace the nail!I was more than willing to pay for my nail to be fixed. However, he said they don't. Then he changed his reason that they are busy with appointments. So I asked him which reason is it. And he said we are busy with appointments. It's one nail to fix. It would take 10-15 minutes at best but he didn't want to. Now the lady who did my pedicure did it very fast. She barely cleaned my cuticles. When I made my appointment I gave them my phone number and they had someone else's name and birthday attached to it. I am not sure why that happened since I have come her prior. Now i have to go to another salon to get it fixed. As im writing this there are 5 nail techs that are free and they took a walk in. This is very unprofessional. Had it been multiple nails or asking for more services that would take 30 minutes plus then i understand! But its one nail. Needless to say I will not be retuning unfortunately. read more

This shop is beautiful, had a great vibe and listened to me, until I sat down. The owners sat me with the tech who when I was explaining the color I wanted for my base said out loud ," whatever" and instead of leaving I stayed ( my fault) only to leave with lumpy, uneven horribly airbrushed nails, when I asked for a simple pink and white ombre. 4 times she nicked me with the drill and today I have scabs on my cuticle. I left but after showing my nails to my daughters I went back in to share that they looked awful. The color was running , streaking and bubbly. The front desk offered to repaint, but these hands are in need of an entire new set. I've never been so embarrassed of my nails. read more

Hate to do this because after leaving my regular nail person to give this place a try and it being a little more expensive, I was impressed and happy the first two times I went. Clean, friendly and fast. Well.. aside from a pedicure which was subpar but I let it pass because my nails came out so good and they were so friendly and nice. However I just went to get a fill and upon sitting down I was told by the nail tech that it would be better if we removed my nails and I got a new set. Now I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years, I know when the nails are beyond saving. And my nails were not lifting much or at all on the sides so I politely declined that offer. It truly wad not necessary, I had just got a new set the prior visit... so the nail tech then informs me that the service (a fill) will be $55....! What?! I asked how much is a new set and he says $55... so I asked him "so you are charging me for a new set vs a fill?" And he said yes because he had to file my nails done and reshape them. Im not someone to complain so I left it alone because I did not want to make a scene but was very unhappy about this. $55 for a fill? No design, short length AND he did a crappy job. They are thick and look terrible, even someone at work pointed them out. It sucks because despite how much I like the place and the other guys that previously helped me, I will not be going back. read more
