I highly recommend Bee Nails! Vy is incredibly talented and always brings my nail inspiration to life. Every time I show him an inspo picture, he delivers exactly what I was hoping for. The salon is always clean, has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the prices are fair for the quality of work you receive. I've been to most of the nail salons in the area, and Bee Nails is by far my favorite. I'm always happy with my nails and the experience. Definitely worth checking out!

I've been going to VY for over two years, and he completely saved my nails after they were botched and my nails are consistently on point. Every appointment is worth every penny. My retention is incredible they last at least a month without any issues. I highly recommend bee nails and Vy to anyone looking for quality work and beautiful, long lasting nails!!! The salon is clean and has a nice feel to it.

I was very excited to try this nail salon out it was very nice inside, but unfortunately they don't listen to the clients. I asked for dip on my nails and they did the gel and less than a week. It was peeling and lifting when I went back, a gentleman approached me basically accusing me of using my hands too much and not keeping them under the UV light long enough and I said that's not my job and I don't know anybody that doesn't use their hands a lot. Unfortunately I will not be returning. They charged me $145 plus tip for a pedicure and gel nails that I did not want that ended up lifting less than a week.

This nail salon is the greatest in Riverside! So clean and beautiful with wonderful staff! You will not be disappointed. From the moment you walk in you are greeted right away and not kept waiting for a technician. For the handful of times l've been here, all the technicians do wonderful work and are so gentle, friendly and accommodating with great attention to detail. I've been holding off with this review but even almost 2 weeks later, small little everyday chores have become a reminder of this painful experience so here we go. First off, the salon is beautiful and the two owners seem amazing. Request them if you can. Was intrigued and excited to learn a new spot with only raving reviews for the owners had opened up near Orangecrest. I had been out of town for a while and my go to gal wasn't available so I called on a weekday afternoon and was able to book an appt for later on that day which was perfect. Once I arrived I was sent over to have my pedicure done by an older lady and my structured gel manicure by a younger gentleman with a mask on. (Noting this as he was severely sniffling the entire time, my husband had allergies which flare up during the spring season so I assumed this was due to that but obviously this did not add to a relaxing time as we were pretty much less than a ft next to each other for the entire duration). As for the work, during my manicure the tech used only* a drill to remove the previous polish, destroyed my 100% healthy nails my nail gal helps to keep strong, gave burn marks and scratch abrasions all along the skin surrounding the base of the nails from filing at weird angles, filed multiple so incorrectly on the sides I now have extreme pain in multiple fingers from the sides of the nail digging into the skin as no proper clean up was done (hangnail galore T_T), and even completely shaved one nail down almost completely raw. Worst one is the pointer finger which he put on 5X the amount of structured gel polish he should have, causing it to drip down my finger then again rushed to dry it in that state! At that point the lady tech even started speaking up in Vietnamese which he then ended up shushing her then shaving this nail down so hard, there was literally a divot*** but before I could say something he then immediately filled the hole with the polish so that I wouldn't notice. This act alone should have had me ask for someone new immediately so definitely was a learning experience as I had never had anyone do work like this. Either way I kept having pain whether he was drilling or having me dry the polish causing me to intuitively yank my hand back from the sudden heat/shock of pain but the young male tech continuously kept rushing through and made me feel uncomfortable and not the experience I was expecting for $120ish + 20% tip. In the end a lot of these took over 1.5 weeks to heal and some are still in the process. On top of that, the left hand which was being yanked over to my right side to "get done" had polish all the way up to the skin once finished. Entire structured gel manicure was also done at the pedicure massage chair with no pillow in lap, just being pulled in one direction to get them done - until one of the owners came over and attempted to get me more comfortable at the end of my appointment. Again, the owners themselves seem so lovely and I had a nice interaction with one of them and from the photos/reviews I can see, their work IS quality. But my experience was not it and there's no way I would feel comfortable bringing my friends if this was my experience from this employee at the very least. Super unfortunate since if I did have one of the owners as my technician maybe at least one of the careless/endless mistakes would not have been made.

Kenny nails this every time! My nails last through rough days when it comes to my job and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

I take my wife here to get her nails done, and Bee never disappoints! The atmosphere, quality of service , and professionalism of all who provide a service at this establishment sets the bar. My wife loves this place, and never feels cheated when she leaves. Over the years I've taken her to various spots, but none come close to the quality given here. My wife and I come here every 3 weeks like clockwork, and we always go for the Princess Bee pedicure. We absolutely love it--no matter who does our service, it's always great. The salon is consistently clean, and the service is excellent every time. Highly recommend! read more

It was my first time ever going to this salon & the experience was great. The lady that did my pedicure took her time and gave a great massage as well even though it was busy! Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment because these guys are popular. When i first walked in, it smelled fresh and it was so clean. They have steamers for your legs as well depending on the package. Everyone is very friendly and super funny! Can't wait to go back :D read more

First timer to this new spot Beautifully decorated ~ clean ~ super duper friendly staff. I arrived about 10am on a Saturday morning they were a tad busy but the wait wasn't overly long. I opt for a gel pedi ~ the menu to choose from has many choices with a wide range of packages to fit any need. They have your entry pedis up to full service which gives the patron lots of options for time allowances & budget. Bee was my tech & she did a wonderful job on the pedicure and the services I pot's for. The salon has tons and tons of color choices. Stevie is also a wonder asset to the salon, with great energy & a welcome heart to anyone who walks through the doors! I will definitely be back due to convenience of location ~ ambience ~ variety of services offered. Prices seem fair for the industry. Thank you, Bee & Spa I will be back! read more

$72 overpriced. I asked what she was charging me for. I was charged for the fill a broken nail to shape my nails and cut them down. It stated $45 for gel refill so $27 was add ons. I would think $5 to fix a broken nail but I got charged $22 to shape and cut down which is ridiculous to me. It comes standard with the refill charged. I also called her prior because I was on my lunch break and she said yes come now. There I go only to have to wait another 12 minutes. Sad thing is I was looking for a nail place close to work because I just got transferred here so definitely not going back to this place so they can overcharge me. They would've had a new client if I was ripped off. read more

I go to either Kenny or Felix depending on who is available and they always are able to give me exactly what I want! They both go above and beyond every time to give me beautiful sets. I've done builder gel and gel x and I'm satisfied every time. I have severe eczema and they are very accommodating to my dry skin. I am very self conscious about the dryness of my hands, but the sets I get from Bee Nails help me feel beautiful. Thank you so much Kenny and Felix, I appreciate you! read more

I'm new to the area and have been struggling to find a nail salon I really like, but I finally found one! They had a great selection of gel colors including some I've been searching for everywhere. The shop was very clean and organized, and they were extremely detailed with my pedicure, especially the toe shaping and polish application. I had Cherry Overall, a great, clean experience. I'll definitely be coming back and think I've found my new regular spot! read more

I have been coming to bee nails for over a year now. I can honestly say this is the best nail salon and I'm someone who has been getting their nails done every 3-4 weeks for the last several years so this review comes after a lot of trial and error. The service is consistent and perfect every single time. I mainly request Kenny out of habit (he's amazing) but I've had my nails done by many others and they are all equally as talented. I've been getting pedicures and manicures for over 20 years, at various salons. My previous nail salon was starting to get sloppy with my nails and my time, so I decided to try somewhere new. This was my first time going to Bee Nails for service and it will be my last. I appreciated that they could do my pedicure and fill at the same time. The person doing my fill used a gel builder instead of the usual acrylic powder that I'm used to, but I was okay with that. The guy doing my pedicure seemed to know what he was doing, but the end result has me upset! After I got home and took a closer look at my toes I could see blood crusted up between the nail and the inside of both of my big toes and neither of my baby toes were painted properly. The area around my cuticles and top of my toes were dry with dead skin left in those areas. This has never happened to me and I'm disappointed that I'm having to deal with it at home. Also, I can understand paying extra for gel polish because I always have, but upchanging you for each service you have done when you pay with a credit card is a bit much! Never have I ever paid close to $120 (before tip) for a fill and a pedicure! The service may be quick, but what difference does that make if you have to go home and doctor on yourself and make your toes look nice? It's one and done for me. read more

First time here after reading great reviews. Customer service was absolutely amazing but my gel x service was very disappointing though. My nails are lifted because of the amount of the bonding they use ( not requested like this ) . I had to ask the tech to replace two after she set them and weren't straight but she trade to just file them . I had to show her a few times how it was the nail not the shaping that was the issue. Now I'm looking for a salon to take them off while on vacation read more

I absolutely love this place! It's clean, the staff is super friendly & attentive, & they have so many nail options and colors to choose from! I've gone and have never waited more than 10 mins without an apt, most the time they seat me right away. Every person I have gotten my nails done from has done an amazing job I always leave satisfied! Definitely don't skip this place if you are looking for good quality nail service! read more

Love love this shop! It's beautiful and clean inside. I had initially reached out via Yelp and they answered super quickly and got me set up with an appointment. I believe Stevey worked on me first and he is very comfortable with ingrown nails. I can't pretend it wasn't uncomfortable, but he dealt with them swiftly and very well! He's super nice and has great energy. If I'm correct, Ivan finished up and he did an awesome job. I got the Princess Bee pedi and it was amazing. I had all these things that I can't fully remember lol. But there was some sort of machine with steam, scrubs, lotions, a foot mask, and a little heated neck pillow. I was even given this little goody bag, which was such a sweet touch. I will be back again . read more

This is my second time trying this place. The techs are very good at their work, however, their prices are ridiculous for being in the IE. I get the same, beautiful work in Newport and the prices are less. The owners are not very friendly, they definitely show favoritism towards different races. Not sure I'll ever come back. Just be aware of the prices and additional fees that they charge just to use your card. An additional $4 paying with card vs using Zelle or Venmo. I paid $189 today - insane. read more

Bee nails and spa is the absolute best place. Bee is the sweetest, kindest nail tech ever. I have been going to Bee for months now and everytime she always exceeds all expectations for every set idea I bring to her. First time coming here and I LOVED IT. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. I've had trouble with specific nail design requests in the past but they nailed it! As you can see in the photo, my nails were left unnaturally red, chipped, and filed to the bone. The nail tech working on my nails was ripping off the gel x nails off of my fingers and constantly applying and reapplying a product that I'm not familiar with. Normally, I don't question the techniques of workers at nail salons, but at some point, I literally had to pull my hand back because of how much she was hurting me. I'm sure the other services here are great. Just don't request a nail removal from here. I still had to pay full price despite the pain and how chipped my nails were.

I've been coming to this salon for nearly 7 months and have always genuinely loved the work, the quality, and the kindness of the staff. I've never had any complaints and have always made sure to thank and compliment my nail tech for doing such a beautiful job every time. Unfortunately, my experience today was very upsetting. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by I believe his name is Stevie that the nail tech did not feel comfortable doing my nails because I was "too particular." I was completely caught off guard because I always ask for a simple square set with one color, and I've never been rude or difficult. The only time I came back was when several nails broke within a day -- which had never happened before. That is not normal for Bee's Nail Spa work, as their nails are usually very strong and of excellent quality. I requested the fix because I believed in their work, and even offered to pay for it. They were kind enough not to charge me, and I left happy and thankful. I also want to add that I rarely ask for adjustments. The work is usually excellent. The only times I ever do is politely requesting minor changes, like if a nail feels too thick or a French tip is a little uneven. I always ask respectfully because I care about the final result -- that's part of being a client, and it's part of being a nail tech. Asking for small adjustments is not disrespectful, and it is not being "too particular," despite what Stevie said. Today, when I politely asked for clarification about what "too particular" meant, Stevie immediately became argumentative. I wasn't trying to argue -- I was just confused and wanted to understand what he meant. He kept repeating that he couldn't force the nail tech to provide service, even though that wasn't what I was asking at all. The whole interaction left me feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly, very hurt. I don't want to attack anyone -- I've had nothing but positive experiences here up until now -- but I do think the situation could have been handled with more kindness and professionalism. I left feeling humiliated for no reason, and that truly broke my heart after being a loyal and respectful client. read more

I am a regular at Bee Nails & Spa in Riverside, CA, and I couldn't be happier with every experience! From the first time I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and organized the space was. The staff greeted me with warmth and friendliness, making me feel right at home. They only use top-notch products and have a wonderful selection. At my last visit I opted for a acrylic fill and pedicure, and the attention to detail was remarkable. My daughter also loves getting her Gel-X and pedicures here @nailsbyamieeee. The technicians really take their time to ensure everything is perfect, and I ALWAYS love the end results! I am impressed with the entire staff who all demonstrate incredible skill and make the experience enjoyable with their cheerful personalities. Stevey will crack you up! :-) I can personally vouch for their amazing work @bee.nailsandspa, @nailsbykennydo, @nails.by.si It's also worth noting how accommodating they are for walk-ins, which is a huge plus for anyone needing a last-minute pampering session. I had a play date planned with my three nieces and decided to take them to Bee Nails instead of their usual salon, since I had previously enjoyed my experiences here. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing! My 11-year-old niece got a basic gel manicure with a design. It was not acrylic, not gel builder, just regular gel polish, and we were charged \$95 plus tip. To put this into perspective, I got a new Gel-X set with 3D art for the same price. My pedicure with gel polish was \$45, which I happily tipped $20 for because the pedicurist did a great job. The pricing for my niece's manicure made absolutely no sense. What bothered me even more was the behavior of the staff. While my nieces waited for me to finish my pedicure, my 11-year-old niece noticed, and my other nieces confirmed, that two manicurists were pointing at her and snickering multiple times. She is a child. For adults to behave that way toward an 11-year-old is unacceptable. My niece is usually very confident, but no child should ever feel ridiculed in a place that is supposed to be fun and welcoming. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to Bee Nails. No business should make a child feel mocked, or charge \$95 for a basic gel manicure. read more

OBSESSED. Stevie and his crew are everything! The vibes and energy here are hands down the best I've ever experienced at a nail salon, it's seriously my new nail home. They're so up to date on everything trendy and have every design and color you could imagine. I'm absolutely obsessed with the cat's eye look, and every time I go in, they make sure to bring me all the options for my next color choice. They just get it every single time. The whole team is amazing! I've even had two people working on me at once (one on nails, one on my pedicure) just to make sure I'm in and out quickly. They're super efficient and always do what they can to stick to the schedule and not fall behind, even with so many appointments coming in and out throughout the day, yet they still deliver flawless results every single time. And most importantly, my nails are always fabulous. I'm obsessed every single time! It's always such a fun experience! You can sip on wine, watch cute little animal videos (yes, that's all they play on the TVs there), and just escape into a little pocket of happiness while getting your nails done. I super recommend coming to Bees Nails & Spa! This was my first time here, and I had to leave a review because the experience stood out right away. The staff was super nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. One thing I really appreciated was how attentive they were. They offered me water, and when they noticed I only had one hand available (since my other hand was being painted), they opened the bottle for me without me even asking. Another small but thoughtful moment--there was a breeze coming through the open door, and after I fixed my bangs, a staff member who wasn't even working on my nails noticed and closed the door. It just showed how considerate they are with their clients. They also had a huge selection of colors and cat eye options, which I loved because I came in for Gel X removal and a new Gel X set. However, l'd recommend making an appointment during peak hours to avoid waiting. The environment was so warm and welcoming, and I absolutely adored their bee-themed decor. All the staff wore matching bee aprons, which was such a cute and charming touch. Kim did my pedicure and Liam worked on my nails--both of them did an amazing job! I've been coming to Bee Nails since they first opened, and they never disappoint! Everyone here is incredibly talented and truly knows what they're doing. My husband and I always treat ourselves to the Princess Bee pedicure--it's our favorite--and I also get builder gel on my nails every time. They consistently do a phenomenal job with all of our services. On top of that, the shop is always spotless and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
