I'm currently 9months pregnant and wanted a manicure and pedicure before my 4th baby arrived. The ladies welcomed me and were so sweet to make sure I was comfortable. They tended to me quickly but didn't rush my services. I bounced ideas off my nail technician but decided to just settle on something simple and neat. The place was clean and inviting. They had a good amount of options for nail color. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two ladies who did my nails because I would love to go back and have them again. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued coming back, hoping it was a one-off situation. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. The salon was nearly empty--only myself, my friend, and two other customers were there, with more than 15 massage chairs completely unused. Despite this, staff made my friend stand up because she wasn't receiving a service. The issue wasn't just the policy, but the way it was communicated--very rude and unnecessary. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was the only one being serviced and was prepared to spend well over $300. You would expect a level of professionalism and courtesy, especially from a business that claims to value repeat clients. Customer service matters. How you speak to people matters. Sadly, this place has shown a pattern of disrespect, and I will not be returning. AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER ADDITION!
