Been to atleast 4 different alignment shops for my coilover duramax... all of them used the digital/computer alignment machine. Dropped my truck off here, man! They did an amazing job ! Don't bother taking it anywhere else, this place uses a human being to adjust your vehicles alignment to make sure it drives straight. Every place that uses a computer/machine is only trying to make the computer happy- not the driver. If you're in SoCal and have a vehicle, this is the place to go. A very trustworthy and professional team. I came in for an alignment due to a recommendation from a family relative. The mechanics did a visual inspection and was able to show me some parts on my vehicle that would need servicing. If I never came here who would know when I would find out they needed to be replaced. I know those big companies that offer lifetime alignments wouldn't say anything. I ended up spending more than I wanted to that day (was planning to only get an alignment) but the pricing was very fair. They gave me a few options on what type of work I could do that day and didn't pressure me into anything. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again in a heartbeat or recommend this place to friends and family. I know this team is going to take care of me and make sure my vehicle is safe to drive on the road. I finally got a much needed alignment the other day. I arrived with no appointment whatsoever and they took me in regardless. I really appreciated that since I saw they had multiple cars being serviced already. I went in for a simple wheel alignment and they got back to me I needed to replace several parts along with the alignment. They were very knowledgeable and promised to do all the work in one day. I agreed and they did complete the work all in one day. They had great customer service and a great turnaround time. The prices were quite hefty but that was because they used "All American" parts. The parts and labor come with a warranty as well. Ultimately the job was great! Great customer service as well. Prices are expensive, but they have a guarantee which is good. read more

I brought my car to Bear after having a bad experience with another auto shop. This other shop did a system flush and a fuel system cleaning. The very next day my car began to buck. That is, it was hesitating to accelerate. When I took my car back, they were not able to duplicate the problem, therefore, couldn't help me. That is when I decided to give Bear a call. Paul the manager was very helpful and professional. He said he would have his master mechanic, Jose to inspect my car. Took in my 4Runner to investigate noise coming from rear. I was told that my tires had cupping issues causing noise and no charge for service. I relocated all four tires hoping the cupping on the tires would go away. Three months later.... the noise from the rear became louder and I suspected possible rear wheel bearings but was unsure. Took 4Runner in last week and they told me tires were the problem and not wheel bearings. Good News....I did not have to pay expensive repairs on wheel bearing. Bad News....I purchased four new tires. After installing new tires, I went in and got an alignment. Drives great. These guys did a great job on my rear differential replacement, and were able to do it before a big cross country drive. 1200 miles later and no issues, so I'm very happy with their work.
