The mechanics did a visual inspection and was able to show me some parts on my vehicle that would need servicing. If I never came here who would know when I would find out they needed to be replaced. I brought my car to Bear after having a bad experience with another auto shop. This other shop did a system flush and a fuel system cleaning. The very next day my car began to buck. That is, it was hesitating to accelerate. When I took my car back, they were not able to duplicate the problem, therefore, couldn't help me. That is when I decided to give Bear a call. I finally got a much needed alignment the other day. I arrived with no appointment whatsoever and they took me in regardless. I really appreciated that since I saw they had multiple cars being serviced already. I went in for a simple wheel alignment and they got back to me I needed to replace several parts along with the alignment. They were very knowledgeable and promised to do all the work in one day. I agreed and they did complete the work all in one day. They had great customer service and a great turnaround time. The prices were quite hefty but that was because they used "All American" parts. The parts and labor come with a warranty as well. Ultimately the job was great! Great customer service as well. Prices are expensive, but they have a guarantee which is good. read more

Took in my 4Runner to investigate noise coming from rear. I was told that my tires had cupping issues causing noise and no charge for service. I relocated all four tires hoping the cupping on the tires would go away. Three months later.... the noise from the rear became louder and I suspected possible rear wheel bearings but was unsure. Took 4Runner in last week and they told me tires were the problem and not wheel bearings. Good News....I did not have to pay expensive repairs on wheel bearing.
