Just placed an order of 14 meals to gift to a sick family member. I am excited for this service. They were easy to order and great communication via text. The value and variety is awesome. They even offer Keto options and all the sides can be changed as needed. Drinks and snacks. This is the menu for this week..pretty cool.

I came back and sadly they're discontinued. I still enjoy a good browse. I found these chips at another market and fell in love. Here, they had different flavors and they were $3 cheaper on sale. They have a bbq counter I've never tried at other stores. I saw a sign they had these new sandwiches and a rib one was an option. Took me back to childhood, hell ya. The guy that made it was an older gentleman, no name tag but super sweet. I saw they pickle their onions and make their pickles in house. Dope! This one had a Dr. Bronners refill station which was pretty cool! Stores clean, employees are great, again they had the LB merch section and envirotokens. I appreciate the place this store holds in my rotation, and I could totally go for another rib sando!

Customer Experience At the beginning of this month,I went…read moreshopping at Lazy Acres with my husband,I have been a customer for a few years now,and I have generally had positive experiences with the cashiers there, particularly because I have food allergies and specific dietary needs that make this store especially useful for me. During this particular visit, however,we had an extremely uncomfortable experience with a male cashier,While we were unloading our groceries, I took out my EBT card to pay,Before it was our turn, I noticed the cashier having a friendly conversation with the customer ahead of us. However, when the cashier saw my EBT card, his demeanor noticeably changed,I observed what appeared to be an eye roll and a change in his attitude toward us. As the cashier continued scanning our groceries, he began handling most of our items very aggressively. Among them were glass jars of Mount Hagen coffee. My husband noticed the way our items were being handled, As our transaction continued, the cashier appeared increasingly irritated,He was sighing, making audible noises, and seemed visibly annoyed while scanning our groceries,At one point, he was looking through a book to find the price of some yellow long peppers we had purchased, and his demeanor continued to appear frustrated and uncomfortable and angry. Near the end of the transaction, while my husband and I were bagging our groceries, my husband asked him, "I'm sorry, are you okay? The cashier responded, "Why? Are you guys scared? We both found that response inappropriate and confrontational, especially considering that we were simply trying to complete our purchase. I want to be very clear,I cannot know for certain what was going through this employee's mind,However, the timing of the change in his demeanor particularly after he saw my EBT card made my husband and I feel that we were being treated differently because we were paying with EBT,His behavior throughout the transaction left us feeling uncomfortable, judged, and unwelcome. I also want to emphasize that this is not my normal experience at Lazy Acres. I have been shopping there for years and have never had an issue like this with the other cashiers. This experience stood out specifically because of how different his behavior was. If Lazy Acres has employees who have negative attitudes toward customers using EBT or other forms of public assistance? I believe that needs to be addressed through appropriate training and management. Customers should not feel embarrassed, judged, or uncomfortable because of the method they use to pay for their groceries. I am leaving this review because I would like Lazy Acres management to take this seriously and look into what happened. I believe I still have my receipt from the transaction, and I would appreciate someone from the store contacting me directly so I can provide the details of the visit and hopefully have this matter addressed. I shop at Lazy Acres in part because the store carries products that accommodate my dietary needs. I should be able to shop there without feeling uncomfortable or judged, and my husband and I should not have to experience what felt like passive-aggressive or confrontational treatment from an employee simply while trying to purchase our groceries.

I hope they continue the breakfast special bc it's such a good deal for folks that don't otherwise shop at the market due to pricing. I ordered over easy eggs, roasted sweet potatoes and toast with butter and jam. The eggs were PERFECT!! Kudos to the maker bc all the white was cooked but the yolk was all there...like literally no cooked yellow, at all. Perfection. Sweet potatoes are yummy and the sourdough toast is so big it's enough to sop up all the delicious yolk with one left over to have with jam for dessert lol (and I think it's raspberry right now or maybe even blackberry, so tasty). And it comes with coffee . Plus bc the order didn't go in until I got there they let me top off my coffee and apologized for a second time (it was no fault of theirs but the courtesy was so nice). I'll continue to come for this and the service! Ps... sorry no picture bc I literally devoured it

We also got their "small shareable" chicken wings - which were definitely BIG SHAREABLE! Ten delectably crispy fried chicken wings that are larger than life! We got their seasonal grape slush which was so refreshing for a hot day. My only critique is that all of the dishes were a bit salty. Service was super nice! There were 2 servers with man buns (sorry! I didn't get their names!). They were kind with ordering and brought out our food to our table. Spacious cafe with clean tables inside and outside.

We did have to pay $1 extra for one of the sauces but also tried the free sauce which I actually preferred. Also tried their lychee fruit drink and it was so refreshing. My only complaint would be that it was really cold in there so it was a little bit uncomfortable to eat especially when it was already chilly outside. Not that it needed to be warm in there but room temperature would've been nice. I think maybe it's because some of the veggies were out on the counter? Lastly, it got busy on an early Friday night and only one person was making all the bowls so there was a wait.

The fruits and veggies are delivered fresh once a week, however everything else is awesome. If you are looking for milk, flour, protein shakes, protein bars, breakfast cereals, canned goods, cheese, etc.. this is the place to find it without having to read labels. It seems everything here are either organic, or GMO free or the best next thing for your health that you can find on the market. It also has drinks, hair products, paper products etc. I found the lady and the gentleman who run the place very informative. When my doctor recommends that I take a supplement that I have not tried before, instead of standing for hours to do a deep dive the owners/managers seem to be very knowledgeable. I consider them an asset to society. I have been coming here for years. The place is run down, so do not expect a posh bistro style lighting with some fancy decor. It is bare minimum metal shelves and isles of products. It is most likely 20+ years old place that has never been renovated. A family owned "Whole Foods" type of place with better service and no fancy shelving. The shopping center where the place is located has plenty of parking.
