Omg this is the absolute best! I just started my keto journey after using another meal prep service before. I don't live in the area, however I was willing to drive to pick up the food because it was in alignment with my goals to go Keto and is one of the only Keto spots I found. Order meals by Thursday and pick up Sunday between 12:30pm-2:30pm. They are super organized and text you a reminder the day of, and have a station set-up for pick up with a team in place to help you. You get these nice thermal bags with your meals with a small ice pack which was nice because I usually run errands on Sundays and didn't have to rush home. I'll admit the window of time is not my preference, but it's such a small inconvenience and part of running a business so I totally get it, especially since the food is so amazing and her customer service is great! Plus they do offer delivery for a small fee, I just haven't taken advantage of that yet. And I liked that everyone is masked and clearly following health protocol with the pandemic right now. I've used a variety of meal plan services over the years and have gotten used to a little bit of limited flavor in exchange for health but that is not the case here. I ordered the 10 meals pack and the food is delicious! From creamy cauliflower mac and cheese, cheese chicken breast, steak slices with onion, chicken salad, cauliflower chicken fried rice and so much more everything has been amazing! It was so good that after the first week, I decided to order for the month (she offers a 4 week discount if you order in advance) and again, not disappointed at all! Also, she's super encouraging! Like I said, I'm new to keto and started instagramming my journey and she comments on every post with positive motivation and it's super helpful! You can tell she really cares about her clients. I've recommended a bunch of people already to try her out already and hope they do! Oh! and I forgot to mention, she also has some great snacks. I had this little keto ice cream ball and it tasted just like frozen cookie dough in my opinion lol which brought back childhood memories. So good! First I'd like to note that I'm not a person to submit a review for everything I try on Yelp. I'm very old school when it comes to compliments and reviews. I feel that everyone has their own experience and it is different for everyone, but I will go out of my way to write a good review when I feel that something phenomenal happens and it's well deserved. With that said, every meal I have eaten that Lee had prepared has been delicious and very filling. I was very excited to have found a local meal prep place that not only has fantastic food but has a true home cooking flare that is fresh and flavorful, unlike competitors that are bland and/or packaged manufactured meals. All meals are delicious but I do have my favorites that just feels like home (ensalada de pollo and lasagna). And each week there are different meals that don't make you feel like it's a routine. As an added bonus, Lee went above and beyond to correct an oversight with my order and I was extremely grateful for the extra snacks and meals she added to my order. It wasn't just the extras she provided but the extra awesome customer service she provided. I will continue to order from Lee for the great food and the customer service when I am keto'ing. When I first started my keto journey at the start of the new year all I ate was bacon,eggs, and whatever salad I can find at a fast food restaurant. I was still able to lose 40 pounds from that but I notice I couldn't sustain the keto diet if I didn't switch up my meals. This is where Keto Meal Prep by Lee comes in and saves the day! Funny story I'm a chef at a corporate closed kitchen and I cook for people for a living. However after ten hours of cooking for 500 + people I just wanted to come home and enjoy a meal where I didn't have to prep or clean. Now that COVID has changed up all of our daily lives I was still determined to lose weight and achieve my weight loss goals. I seen Lee's business page on Instagram and once I saw her menu I booked my first week worth of meal. From then on I haven't stop ordering and it's been 2 months now. I can say that Lee changed my outlook on the keto diet itself. I finally have a diet that I can stay with consistent and have delicious meals with it. Best of all the customer service is 150% here. They catered to my exact needs and I can't thank Lee and her staff enough for keeping me on pace with my goals. I lost an additional 15 pounds in the two months I've been ordering from this meal prep delivery. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are just perfect and at times more then filling! This meal prep service is my go to without them I think I would have broke the diet months ago. I'm going to very honest. I understand keto is an attractive lifestyle but you really have to understand that it is more than low carb. Keto requires eating healthy fats, especially clean healthy proteins. Frozen or microwaveable sausage patties is not keto. They actually even carry 2-3 carbs, per patty. Keto is healthy oils like mct or coconut. I purchased the 7 meals for 4 weeks and 3-4 meals I'd trash because it's unhealthy options. Know what real keto is. This is good for someone who needs portion control. It's better to just have a low carb meal replacement shake and decent proteins with vegetables vs packaged meats loaded with cheese and oil. read more
