    Took the most entertaining cooking class with this sweet chef last night. Seriously the best $45 spent on a Friday night. It's worth so much more than that with all of the delicious food you get to eat (inhale) & the experience. She makes you feel so at ease & like you're just hanging out with friends, learning something new and fully enjoying a 3 course meal. Thank you so much for a wonderful time Chef Ollie, I can't wait to take another class with you!

    Ollie was such a knowledgeable person! We chose her cooking class for my friend's birthday and my friend absolutely enjoyed it! She exceeded any and all expectations! She is so sweet and kind and funny! Her ingredients were all fresh and she is so talented in not only teaching, but also her cooking is chef's kiss!! We can't wait to come back!

    Met Ollie at TomatoMania @ Rogers Gardens and she was so excited to talk tomatoes and strawberries! So great to experience and we took her advice and bought some varieties she recommended. We started following her Instagram and then discovered that she authentically loves and appreciates all the deliciousness nature has to offer. I decided to order a small CSA box, bolla and pesto sauce. The pesto sauce was so delicious!!!! Tasted really fresh, just like my Moms. The produce box included really fun and seasonal stuff like baby corn, lemon cucumbers, peaches, nectarines, fennel, 3 types of berries. Was a great treat and I highly recommend the pesto and the bolla. You can order it via her website!

    I brought my wife for a belated valentines celebration and it was a great experience! Chef Ollie set us up with a tailored Italian menu of fresh seafood and vegetables. The patio was private and offered a great view of the water. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Strongly recommend for a date night!

    The meat is really animal friendly. Pastures and grass fed. This goes for all their meats. It's all in the ingredients. What a great sandwich!

    Pizza Margarita was 11/10!! Such fresh ingredients and super delicious handmade ingredients! I recommend everyone try's this one!

Shrimp bruschetta- A large shrimp on top of bruschetta, placed squarely in a plate of fennel broth. The broth was an interesting take, as the bruschetta soaked it up & became slightly mushy/slightly crusty. Poached sole- A large fillet of sole, paired with carrots, asparagus and fennel. I could taste the sole was previously frozen, as I've caught & cooked sole, which is a fatty & flavorful fish. The fillet could've used more sauce. Panna cotta- A winner! The pulled sugar was fun to eat, providing a contrast in texture to the creamy panna cotta. Service was excellent. Located at Building V, parking is $2/all day at the adjacent structure on Clark & Carson. For a fair amount of a jaunt, free parking can be had at LBX. Wanna feel like a judge on Hell's Kitchen? He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night.
